The new server grouping is definitely a bug that needs to be fixed. Why are you ripping the groups of people apart, that are in the process of transferring to another server. Eg it is no longer possible to transfer from 654 to 671 or 685. That is a shame.

Yes it is a shame, and it’s like why continue to play if you can’t continue to play with your people, I mean it’s all fine and dandy to meet new people, I have a second account for that on 1003 and I met some from 711 with my team, When we transferred their the first time, I send my second out normally to get a feel there for a new server, So when I transfer I use more tickets at once than most 😂 I jump twice from two different servers on two different accounts, The second gets transported to a random open server, The main goes to a server with my crew if it seemed a good fit. I could just make an alt. but I got bored of doing that to check a new server out, So decided to transfer in with another level 80 account, So if anything I wasted tickets moving my alt. away if I new they were going to do this.

Gorups are being placed together not ripped apart. There have been plenty of posts stating that servers are being aligned. It will take time, please be patient.

I was talking about groups of players that met each other are ripped appart in the process of server transferring. One part of the group have already transferred and is now divided from the rest of the group. I would prefer an emergency transfer window for servers that are now divided.

Regular attk and hero proc are not the same. Regular attk is just the normal unit attk. Hero proc is their skill. Only way to stop that is Nemo

It is a bug, or a wrong tooltip. Either way it needs fixed.
Maximo could read: “Units in mid row has a chance to trigger his Laser”, but it specifically states regular attacks, and therefore the gold chip should block it.

In maximos skill your reading a placement. After the troops attk. Meaning he doesn't proc then the troops attk. Vs at battle start like some heros. And I'm sure there is other variations. It's not saying the troop has to attk. Top war has always been difficult with terminology.
914 is a good example trying to understand his skill when he came out.

Yes, this is a common issue when using the browser version, sometimes it creates a new progress/character and you need to select back to main character

I believe multiple heros have it like that, most newer hero's will have the ability to trigger (but usually doesn't gain rage points/similar if main attack is blocked). I believe this is to not make incapacitation/gold chip too OP - but like you said, that's just guessing.
If you have a list of hero's where the description is unclear in that regard you can send me a list or put it in #📝│translation-suggestions yourself directly and Mango (who helps Loki/other devs run the translations of ingame labels), they'd be able to update the labels as they are written and to confirm with designers whether they function as intended. I believe among others also Prey can still trigger if he's incapacitated, while the description seems like he can only trigger after launching main. Then again, that also depends how you read the description, whether it's "after having successfully launched main" or "after having attempted to launch main". So again, this is best addressed towards linguists to confirm.

It's not a bug. If someone is in EL their account status will show "online" on the server despite them being actually offline in EL. So this means the whole alliance which you shared (except for one) is either online on the server, online on EL or offline on EL

When I had this issue on an android device (Google play) I could purchase things for any game except here. I used my personal credit card to purchase something here for $0.99 and it worked, I then went back and tried to purchase with my Google play account and it worked. I've only had this happen twice in two years only with this game. I advised the development team that there is something in their transaction process that corrupts the stored credentials. Using another payment method clears it. Both times it happened was on a Thursday morning. Good luck.

Are you sure both those marches consist of the same hero's, skills and were sent out with the same base skin? And it looks for me like the bottom one was part of EL, which has vastly higher default gather rates, and the top one seem to be from your normal world/server.

It’s not a bug. It’s obvious the developers cut way back on payouts and stuff. 1). You cut it so much 2). You did it in way too many areas. 3). It’s way too obvious. 4). To prevent negative game experience for rest players we can:

Turn off the helper after zones stop providing CP.
Add "i" button with needed remarks.

Won barley nothing in gathering (the special fiels became quasi obsolete with res6 fields) and added like 40% dmg when making a rally but already with missing 6th skill I lost 45% dmg (3x 15%) and red/blue tower are ok but take far to long to build and I need to go small base to actually build on 1 field which makes me loose all base advantage.

Your new skin event just sucks. Some get 100 and 200 Tickets within 6 Euro and reach 350+ tickets. Others has to pay 30 € + to get 200 Tickets for the new small skin. I was more than 1 year MM and you prove again how little you understand about the game mecanics.

Pro /contra should level up but the current differences makes it quasi impossible to stay MM as top player of a server. Technically it is easy to even up the 2 classes.
Give MM 6th skill and same number of march and leave the reduced dmg as it is. The proove that I am right is that you do not find any good player, playing MM outside EL

Sorry buddy but this channel is rather meant for bugs in game 😅. Anyway, as you already figured out there are two bots on the server. One of them - top-war-bot is an official bot developed by devs and the second - Top-Bot is a voluntary project made by one of the players. As for the official bot, idk where it takes its info from, the fan-made one takes the info from no longer updated chart. I heard though that the player already contacted authors of that chart to make it up to date.
Summing up, both bots are still in beta so we need to be patient

Yes Risti - and for many people they couldn't even log into the server - locked out for ages and even when they get in, even the world map wouldn't load, let alone trying to send a march. The main issue I have is that 4 weeks ago, I reported exactly this lag issue when 770 fought 1112, on this bug report channel. I heard nothing back and we have another repeat of it, actually even worse today than it was against 1112. I'm not sure what the point of reporting the bugs is if we don't get a reply when we first report the problem. It might have been solved earlier without having a repeat today.

It’s a known bug the DEVS and <@&651622161219584000> @crystal nymph have known about. When servers spam refugee camps and radar missions it creates game overload. They know about this and still let it be a part of SvS.

SIMPLE SOLUTION: Ban refugee camp spawns and doing radar missions during SvS times. Just like you can’t have troops in repair etc for WoO. Make it lock that feature out. Has to be a few lines of code you will fuck up anyways.

We know that 770 was ahead in points when the glitches started. However right around when the glitches began is when, for example, we had 770 down to a single weakening tower left around their ruin. It's very possible 770 would have still won even with no lag and no glitches. However it's also possible that things could have been different. We had major players entirely locked out of the game not able to do anything for the final 30 minutes, which everyone knows is usually when SvS is decided. That is why quite honestly I would love a rematch along with compensation, and I feel like 770 would probably like the same. Make it a fair fight for all involved.

Please don't take what I said as trying to undermine the fact that you won. I'm not disputing that. All I'm saying is that it's impossible to know what could have happened had everyone been running at 100% for the full svs. After 6 months of mostly boring SvS's where sometimes it was a challenge to literally find enough troops to kill to get 30K points, I personally would rather fight you guys and only you guys every week for the next 6 months, regardless of the outcome.

Yeah it sucks. You know I am humble in defeat. S770 has 240 points then game went to trash as the level 3 ruin opened. Couldn’t do anything at that point. 1 or 2 players at a time could log in. Our top strength player finish number #50 overall in server alone points and over 100th place in total kills. Should tell you something. When he does less damage than a 22M CP MM, it means something is wrong. NVM only got top server points because he was latency locked on their server and they just spam hit him until he burned.

This doesn’t discuss the bugs though that caused the issues. This is the big report channel. Fuente video clearly shows she was lagged out from 12-18 minutes and 41-60 minutes. I was completely unable to log into game and see anything at the 24 minute mark. It effected each player differently. Some didn’t have a single issues. Some were locked out the entire map.

Your initial push on the level 2 ruin got you ahead by 240 points before latency kicked in. When it did we had all ruins back and were rebounding for a decent fight. Would we have won, who knows?

I like the fact you immediately thing the bug helped us because the point gap would of been bigger. Just the before basically everyone got booted out we had all our ruins back and tried to go on offensive but the game wouldn't allow. I'm not taking the fact you won away from you it was a great fight to start with but very quickly became unbalanced and unplayable. The whole reason for this room is bug talk. The bug is the spam of the radar missions and refugee camps which causing extra server stress. Then it causes latency and disconnection issues. So I will talk about them here to nauseous amounts. That is what this channel is for. It took roughly 12-14 minutes for it to start effecting the SvS between S591 and S770, in large scale amounts on both sides. So @proud sail and team need to review the data Load and figure out why it happens and implement fixes.

Sounds very reminiscent to our pleas when we lost our capital to 1112. We didn’t dispute that we lost SvS. They definitely won. But we were locked out of the game for the final minutes unable to have the chance to save our capital (which we were doing pretty well defending prior to the crash).

My point exactly was that it was unfair we didn’t have the full 60 minute SvS experience we were supposed to have. And it’s appalling that TW still cannot provide stable servers for this type of gameplay. It is literally (maybe other than EL) the pinnacle of their game and players spend 98% of their time between SvS battles passively preparing for the next battle. The whole point of the game, the “war” of Top War, is faulty and the Devs turn a blind eye to it.

Anyways, I want probably as much as anyone for a server to bring down 591 lol. But I want it down fair and square in an enjoyable gameplay experience.

all I can say is to the best of what we were able to tell - because literally we couldn't load the scorepage for most of the event - we had retaken the ruins on 591 and had them down to only one weakening tower around the point that capital opened and the game became actually unplayable for the last 30 minutes. They were up on us in points at that point, which is why they won. I won't take it away from them that they absolutely did outplay us at the start that way. However when you have players like Lorca and nvm completely unable to do anything for significant portions of the event, I imagine that's not the victory that they wanted either. The first question a friend of mine in 770 asked me after the event ended was "Where was Lorca?" I saw people in 591 asking "Where was naruto" as well. The lag definitely affected both of us at different times, and if TW isn't able to provide a stable playing experience to what are demonstratably their top 2 servers, th long term growth and health of this game is in trouble.

@fair raptor .... until the first 35 m of the svs 770 was ahead with 720 points, not 240. You are an experienced player enough to know that you cant cover this gap by just recapturing your (591) ruins. You would need either 770 ruins, which you didnt get on first half of svs or the capital. As some of your players had issues, so happened with 770 members. I totally agree that a STRONG compensation is needed from Topwar. As far as 770 and 591, i think there will be a chance for the two servers to meet again. So lets focus on fixing the glitches and lags until then (which were alot for all sides) rather than arguing who would be first when someone got first, in this match.

as I said, I honestly couldn't see the score, so I'm going by what I saw from screenshots, and yes, I know that we had nothing on your side during that time, and continued to have nothing on your side for the rest of the event. Trust me, I was there in the 770 server for all but the first 10 minutes of the game when I had remained behind on 591 initially and saw the ruin that I was at go under a shield twice in that 10 minute period from 770. I'm not here to argue strategy and who had the better one though. Just wanted to say that lag affected everyone's ability to actually implement strategy.

This covers the issue referes to about 240 points etc. It was not 240, it was 680 and above , before glitches / lag started. And the gap increased. We both agree that there were MANY SERIOUS lags, affecting all SvS. And everyone affected must be seriously compensated. Last, if the ability to fight was limited only for you i would definitely say you are right. The lags affected equally the 770 players and as numbers , strategy and activity clearly showed at that point (where lags started) - its not good even to imply that 591 would win. The value of your opponent gives credit to you. Today two very strong servers fought, one lost one won on the SAME circumstances applied to everyone. I hope you agree with me on this and this closes down the assumption of "what if". Lets fix the lags and improve the game and our future battles 🙂

I’m not here to argue who won or lost. I know exactly when I lost my ability to play the game because I took a screen shot of the alliance members list when it happened to help track who was online and who was getting kicked, hoping I could get back in.

I know what happened on my end and exactly when I got back in 3 times, to only teleport and then be kicked from “connecting to servers”. Any attack I tried to send was a blind attack that may or may not have gone off on a random base or building because I could see anything.

Stop trying to say all latency and all players experienced it the same, that’s not how it worked or ever works. Some don’t get hit by it at all, some have it worse than others. Come back to reality.

Time of when I took screenshot is at the top. Which was 24 minutes in for me when I completely got kicked. At about the 14 minute mark when Naruto or someone zeroed my base it never recovered and everything was 10-15 seconds delay for about 10 minutes, then it was completely nothingness attacking blank spots on map.

I login after ten minutes, just to see all my castle burning. I try to attack, the game wont let me. And many more , as i know guys from 591 had this too. Do you understand now what i am kindly trying to explain to you all along? Our aim is for Topwar to fix those issues and compensate everyone

What we experienced yesterday was the worst experience since I’ve been playing this game, terrible lagging, disconnected during the fighting, I couldn’t see any reports, couldn’t scout players, couldn’t run attacks and if I do it never landed, and so on.
This is an example of what we both servers suffered yesterday during SVS. Needless to say that during the first minutes was fun as it should be, then all this bugs messed our fun.
We prepared ourselves for two weeks for this event, you finally made it fun in terms of the pairing system.
Developers should work on this and we should be compensated.
