Well since you took voice it out off, here’s a complaint that is not getting fixed. The past skin voucher events were available to accumulate and purchase at a later date. Then, y’all decided to change the format of those events and make them available only once. So, now we have skin vouchers for events that are not going to return. Yet, when I brought this up last time y’all put the old skin vouchers in the exchange store the very next day. This is bad business. It falls under bait and switch, misleading sales, and fraudulent practices. I made the suggestion to exchange the old skin vouchers for the carnival vouchers since they have the same value. If you are not going to bring the old events back then at least exchange them for something of equal value. That’s what I was buying and accumulating, thinking that I would be able to use at a later date, however you choose to blow off the idea with no warning and expect this horrible exchange store to be compensation. It fails to meet the skin voucher value. I was accumulating carnival vouchers for the same purpose. But now I know that you will end the event whenever you choose and leave everyone with worthless vouchers that you are not willing to exchange for equal value. So I will not be purchasing anything else for use at a later date. This was guaranteed money that would be coming in the future. But your untrustworthy business practices have proven this to be a very bad investment. Please exchange the old skin vouchers for the carnival vouchers and save face with your companies trust.

You are talking about 2 different products. Carnival vouchers are from decor redemption event that can redeem old skins.

The skin vouchers are vouchers to purchase the new release on skins. They aren’t the same. There are many events that are use it or lose it with rewards and tokens. Such as the enegon cubes you have and the chocolate heart. All outdated product can be exchanged in the exchange store. But it’s the players responsibility to use the limited time tokens before they expire

I’ve already sent this issue to devs in game. The old skin voucher events were repeated and available for accumulating for a later date. They only recently stopped. All 3 I have in question were accumulated from more than 1 event. These were not the ones that expire. They have changed formats for how they make these available. They all stated to be able to save and use later.

They use to repeat the skin events. So sorry you weren’t aware. I wasn’t even playing this game when the cyberpunk base came out, though it repeated twice before the final showing at the gacha event. The arc came out a month after the first transformer event, and the storm factory appeared right before the first EL. Then appeared again a month before the 2nd EL if my memory is correct. Tell me if they didn’t repeat , how did I acquire these vouchers.

I am not sure if this falls under bug report, or should it fall under request. An update with made to introduce universal decor shards. Prior to this. When you went into your inventory, then went into the decor, then selected index. You could tap on details. And this would show you everything that you own. How many are on your base. As well as how many are in stock total. You also had the ability to bring everything that was on your base back to your inventory in a quick tap of a button. Now I cannot find where it went. As it is gone. I hope this is a bug and you're going to fix this and bring it back. If this is as intended. Then that is one horrible change that you have done. Please fix this.

Warzone is a joke now. Since a few weeks when topwar started to play around with trigger probability, inferior player with 600% less attack and 400% less HP and 50%less dmg inc/decrease, and 20 less units in a march can win fights in WZ while they defend.
=> all of my friends in same and other server report me the same. WZ became completely erratic.
=> during game now at once certain hero can start to trigger every single time, so that in a round of 9 you have like 14x triggered on 3 hero, while your own hero just do not trigger at all or once.

You have noted a less than 100% difference in attack, but not noted the more than 10% difference in Dmg.
Atk:Dmg 10:1 roughly.
You may have more volume in perks, but he obviously has a more balanced account to be that close to you. This isn’t an unexpected result in my eyes.
I think I’m more concerned that you attacked him 3 times at least 😅

It's the same item you get from refugee camp. One is before the update named treasure wheel lucky chest, but the update changed the name to refugee lucky chest. No they are not military tokens are not under achievements all you get are the eternal signets and Ancient tokens. Military tokens is what you're supposed to get for killing troops but I killed level 80 troops at a level 79 and neither one of us got military tokens. So what's up with that.

@white igloo they are good about addressing issues. Bare in mind the event is still got its time left and more than enough to fix the issues that everyone's posted. A piece of advice for those with issues, kindness goes a LONG way. Take it from a long timer here and on other MMOs. Since we're in slowdown mode hence the long message. I've seen and experienced this game go through many stages and updates, some good,some great and some that have kinks. Just be nice to mods, admins and all players. Not saying anyone is being rude but wanted to give my two cents here ( not that anyone asked for it) just giving it.

It is happening when someone above your damage has same damage for example 10.0 aa dmg dealt by someone at rank 8 and 9 may be the cause of this bug. EL SRA tiles glitching again like last EL. The march indicated was at that tile but shows vacant still. Took at least 20-30 seconds before it showed occupied. This is resulting in attacks on tiles people are thinking are vacant and causing issues amongst servers.
