Well that’s the process that has been set in place and the process that will continue to be followed.
Your option is to take this into DMs with a player mod, report them in game. The next step actions are then up to developers in the game.
Spamming the concern and/or posting screenshots isn’t acceptable either. I’m willing to work with you on the issue, but there are also rules that have to be followed on these channels too

There’s no possibility of them ever removing a player. I’ve never seen or heard about it. All they get is a mute, possibly extended mute, but that’s it. Threats of rape, murder, accusations of being a pedo, wife beater, you name it, wasn’t enough. Max was a 3 day mute, which didn’t end anything, rather forced escalation.

Only option is for server to agree to rogue and burn the player relentlessly to stop their growth. Takes a while, but they’ll stall and wither in time. Meanwhile, keep hoarding tickets and stop spending until sorted. There are better servers out there, and It’s pointless spending if fun of game is destroyed by bullies.

Personally, what bothers me is the games complete lack of responsibility and actions to protect people from abuse and online bullying. Being an adult, I’ll survive, but I’m sure others will struggle more and need the protection any serious game developer should and would offer. But hubris is real: our rogue player drove server spending down, not up. Had they engaged earlier on they would have earned a lot more. Their loss, really.

That‘s why we tested - the point is, that the exchange rate announcement is misleading.
The exchange rates obviously reflect several limits, too, depending on lamp level.
But the daily limit is far from the announced exchange rates limits.

You start the lamp at lvl 1 and then progresses up so the exchange rate today was still 1:1 - but I think the cap is on VIT so u can only use 500 vit per day 😂

IMO, having only the Leader and Vice Leader able to send emails to members is a step backwards, since it puts all of the work on two people. Within our alliance, we share the work between all of R4s enabling us to not only assign areas of responsibility to the R4s, but also provide the ability to communicate out in the event of an emergency. Please enable all R4s to be able to send emails. Thanks.

Is there an issue with TW on iPhones, I’ve recently switched from Samsung and the game is unplayable. It’s very laggy and half the things don’t load, the only solution I can come up with is to delete and reinstall the game as you get a few good hours before it turns unplayable again.

Bumblebee was a limited edition release. This was communicated on the release of the hero. He also doesn't have an Exl skill. You will have to use Universal shards to progress him further.

I was just wondering people experience of vit recovery decorations.
I have 9 of them and thought I'd do some experiments especially with a spend your vit type event.
(I restarted the game between each test, and each test was done when under 40 vit)
Started off taking them all up just to see what impact the VIP vit recovery on its own did. Then added each decoration one at a time to see what drop in time was.

Each decoration after 3 gave a decrease of 3.2% to 4.55%
But the %age drop wasn't always getting smaller, drop of 4% was followed by 4.55.
But over all from 9 decoration and VIP vit thing my recovery is only down 28% rather than 45%+VIP.
According to the help team the algorithm is correct.

I listed the order that I want - AF, Army, Navy. And I selected heroes for each of those. The heroes selected match the order I selected. However, the label above each hero set does not match the troop type of the heroes selected, or the order I selected.

So I have done test with the megatron queue and the timing of it reaching the target is not in sync with timer for dark force. In fact one situation my queue arrived before a fellow commander by 3 seconds. During the explosion I watched his army create the little battlefield for a x5 hit then my megatron queue left the battle and his stayed with a report basically saying that I was too slow. I have never seen someone else hitting during the process of the explosion and it says that I was too slow. So I did many test. And the results were always the same. The megatron queue arrives at the dark force army/navy/air force target up to 4 seconds before the timer. However, the dark legion remnant is on time. I took several screenshots and sent it to the in game bug report. And I get a BS statement in return with obviously no investigation into what I sent. So here is what they sent in return and 2 of the screenshots I sent in to customer support. They replied “Hello dear commander,
This time is included in the departure until the completion of the battle time, the remaining three seconds are used to complete the battle.””” First of all I’m trying to make the game better for everyone, and this is not the first time I get some irrelevant answer obvious that the situation was never addressed or even looked at the proof I’ve sent in.

This clearly shows the 2 different types and the 2 different times they arrive. It’s imperative to know the correct speed for svs, and el when everyone is racing to kill the dark force for points. It’s impossible to determine whether or not to use the speed ups and if the queue isn’t correct it’s not going to get used.

It will only count the 500 VIT used on the rub, then it’s reset, the used VIT doesn’t accumulate after that or going into a “bank” to be used

If you used 1000VIT It will still give you the message above saying 500 VIT will be used. That’s how we know that is the limit. 500 per rub. Any more VIT used will increase the level and give you better returns for the future days events

Just to point out I got credit for 515 vit last rub and someone else in my alliance got credit for over 600 vit. Anyway you can ask a higher mod(if you cant) to find out how and why the daily limit changed. Some of us would like to maximize daily without going over.

Comps are set at the moment you set your defence. If WB comps are on when you set the defence and you dont re-set your defence them they will always be WB comps, even if you change comps in the game

It’s not an DMG decrease. Fenrir do more damage. Jörm-Val’s only do more damage against tanks. The HP/DMG Screen of the Val’s has no effect on the real unit. It just shows you witch benefit is better.

Call it survival skill. The better the survival skill, the higher the HP bar will be displayed. 🥴

Why did it happen? My initial chronology had problems with account login not being found, then I deleted all game storage data, when it was deleted I updated the game back to the new version and My screen becomes a tank not moving at all

I would appreciate some help from developer. i opened too many material boxes from the wheel that I purchased and merged them before releasing that I have too many. I now have 10 too many of level 5 glass. I messaged customer support immediately when I realized it (same day). Then there was many many days of going back and forth with customer support. And then suddenly, after I didn't reply back right away, customer support closed the ticket and told me to open a new one. Which I did. and now customer support is saying that it's been longer than 7 days (it's been about 1 month in a literal non stop back and forth in messages). Yes, every time an update is released, it will automatically return to the old data after a period of use. I often need to clear the data to return to normal.

SVS in 1258 today was a catastrophic failure on top war’s behalf. The same old issues of game lag, unit merge failure, base port failure, game freeze, game reboot in the middle of the event, some couldn’t log on at all during the event( myself included) all I’ve gotten the last few minutes after the event has ended is the following screenshots. Please fix these issues as players in all servers deserve a proper gaming experience and we are the reason this game is profitable. FIX THE ISSUES and give adequate compensation to all players!
