It does not add up from previous VIP levels, you get whats on the VIP screen of your current VIP level. What's on VIP 11 slide is what you get, you don't get 1+2+3+4+5...+11, its simply just whats stated on VIP11 screen.

For players that want to actually dive into battle reports to determine how and where their opponents were stronger this Data is Necessary!!! Additionally... through this test there is no decor stats for the super ammo workshop or gun turret. Please include all decor data into battle reports as it directly affects battle results!!!

It won’t shown up in the stats, because this decor rises your hero attribute. Just look at the attributes. Take it off in your inventory. Look at your attributes, than place it again and look at the attributes 😉

What you mean with brought hero’s. All of your hero’s gets this Attribute buff. If someone helps you with a defend March, than he won’t get that buff for his hero’s. So it’s only for your own hero’s. If that was your question 😅

Two issues too report: 1. After using the "stacking Troops together function" some of my Tanks get invisible, which makes it really hard to get an overview how much soace you actually still have. Tried to reconstruct the issue a few times. Normally switching to Woldmap back and forth will fix it but sometimes the issue gets stuck enough to actually stay until game reload.
2. If you use the new Button to help other players, but someone is few milli seconds faster. The button to help will not disappear.

The way I understood encirclement, as long as you have mixed troops inside (not necessarily the main player only), you should get both buff. Please check on this as it was previously available in the old battle report.

I've had this issue happen twice in two years. Exactly what you reported (once in a OnePlus 7 Pro, and the other on a Samsung s22 Ultra). This issue happened immediately after a TP update. The only way I was able to fix it was to make a payment using my credit card and it worked. I then went back and made another purchase with Google play and it started working again. The developers advised that they would report my findings to their team. I suspect there is a bug in their transaction handshake between Google play and TW. Since it happens after an update, I suspect the attribute for the account number gets corrupted and that by me putting in a credit card number overwrites the corrupted value.

Some long events like Transformers? Or short events? I can claim Baking Event and Flippy Cards, but they’re significantly shorter than Transformers.

From the feedback here, we can clearly see that habits create different expectations and require more obvious noticed than the (i) on an event graphic. Habits could require more time for information to spread and get recalled by players if someone wanted to change or modify the habits.

Maybe I’ll make a feature request that research be done on player behaviors

Not sure if this is a bug or design change request and may be better posted in Voice It Out ######There is a lot of chatter about how Transformers ended. ..and that it just ended without the usual 24 hour period to redeem, like Baking Master, Vein Miner, and others. Realizing that Hasbro has a contract, is there something that can be done for the players who had 1000 TF emblems and were working on a skin? The gems would not compensate the price of a skin. Personally, I spent about $40 in gears to get the TF emblems to pick up Mining. However, I did use them well before the event ended. Several of my teammates did not and are a bit upset. Many are p2P though some are F2P and equally as valuable. #####Apple Store - Some folks are requesting refunds. Apple is investigating these and appears to have put a hold on purchases per a guy I talked to in the Apple store. He told me to wait a few hours and it would be sorted out as the vendor worked through the backlog. Not sure if that is RG or Apple vendors

In most scenarios players with excess Emblems can reach out to CS to ask about redemption on a case by case basis. One thing is clear (Not noted in your message but asked several times already) you will not have the ability to add more emblems.

I logged a ticket with Developers yesterday about 2 points.
• First being that we extend the redemption window. This is being discussed and contracts reviewed as far as i'm aware, may take a few days.
• Second, to CLEARLY define the terms of the event and claim period in the (i) of the event. This is the case in most events, but some like baking arent defined. I have made the suggestion that the last point on the info is the claim time after event has ended.

Im not aware of your second issue, I made apple purchases just now no issues. But I can raise a ticket for you, if you haven't already with CS.

Is there an error with the VIT requirement per level for the crescent moon event? It appears that the red boxes should be marking level up points, at 500, 1500, 3000, and 6000..... Makes sense

but i just finished the first 500, and it is saying that i need 1500 MORE vit to get to level 3... which would put me at 2000.... so am i in error of assuming the red boxes are markers, or should i only need 1000 more VIT for level 3 and there is a bug?

R4s can no longer send mail for some reason, only the leader and vice leader have the ability now. This completely ruins our staff organization, we had specific tasks assigned to each R4 to delegate mailing responsibilities and now its all on me and my leader.

Its a visual issue, the event is use VIT, when the glitch clears you can collect still. IF you are eager to see your progress you can log into the browser account and see it there.

NOTE: Make sure your app is upto date. If you are unsure, uninstall and reload the app (making sure your account is linked)
