Hi Devs/Mods, I purchased 50 eur of titanium coins but they were not credited. Neither were my 500 leaves in the blessing clover event. Both events are about to expire, and despite the many screenshots in game, emails, account statements, it is not moving. @austere needle the new training base does not seem to give any decrease in time to build troops. Troops set with base skin (lv4) on are same amount of time as troops set without skin on. It is the same time as they were before I ever got the skin. Is there a bug or an issue in how they have to be deployed to the training ??? UPDATE! it only works if you deploy to an empty queue. If anything in training for that barracks it will not apply the decrease in time. Is this the proper way for this skin buff to behave? A bit annoying for sure but if know the proper way I guess can make use of the skin still. Just super annoying to have to destroy what’s in queue or wait for it to be finished before being able to add more with the skin buff!

It is a class revamp, everyone was returned the resources and class items they had used in the previous tree, if the revamp placed everyone at the exact same progress as before then it wouldn't really be a revamp. However, new tree actually costs less class items to finish than old tree did, no reason to rush it - can be gained by daily grinds

Class revamp!!! Should be further along than previously??? So why was I about to add an extra hero skill prior to the “revamp” now I’m about 600 name plates away. It costs less to finish, those who finished specialized before revamp will be able to finish this one, but not entire 8th (that dead end one) and general perk, if spent wisely. However those in mid-tree will end up at different progress, depending on that. But it's the same boat for everyone merely based on plates and rss spent prior.

I’m sorry but this makes no sense. If I was complete on hero’s extra skill. Then why am I over 600 name plates away. I didn’t even use any nameplates or rsss on the defence element and still I’m way behind. So no the reset was done to benefit the devs pockets and to take away from us. Because certain elements were moved further down, such as extra skill, where previously you had other stuff at the end of the tree, after the revamp more crucial stuff were moved down

So I’m correct in my point that the goal posts have been changed and because of this we are weaker players.

That'd depend on the point in tree one previously was yeah, if you for example had just unlocked one extra skill, you'd lack a lot of resources to be able to get the extra skill in new tree, but that'd effectively be the exact same weakness for everyone else who had that same progress. I do feel for the annoyance about missing a skill you usually had for a month or more, but it is a class revamp - we had TM's who built their way to Elite units who are entirely removed as well

Many of the old players also felt bit betrayed about the permanent premium where people could study two perks at the same time; where as old players needed to gem or speed up progress and spend way more to reach goals. It's just the way of the game, every tiny or large change will affect people at different progress little or a lot, in the positive or the negative

Why make such a drastic change that pushes those that spent money back? That’s the point. We spent money on speed ups and gems to get to where we were. Then they changed the entire tree, pushing us back behind where we were. That’s the issue. So for us to be where we were we then have to spend even more. Making the devs even wealthier. This is the point. Instead of just adding a few things onto the tree as in expanding it they pushed people behind where they were previously.

Your percentages and math don't add up. Your skill tree says a 10% increase in ATK. Nimitiz prior to training the skill has a WAR of 41545 prior to training, and a WAR of 48975 after training. That's 8.1%, not 10%

You didn’t get gems back, but you did get that value in speedups. Gems spends effectively replace speedups. The whole premise behind a rework is that things change, therefore some players will not be at exactly the same phase they were at before, but the overall balance has now improved.
While I understand that feeling ‘weaker’ than you were pre rework is frustrating, it will be the same for every player.

Please contact support. Nameplates and gears do not switch. You have to work down the tree that you have the items for AND THEN switch. This is the only way to "exchange items". If you dont get a response from support in 3 days, please message us and we can escalate the situation.

During the perk tree rework rollout i went from CE to MM to CE using the re-select tickets. i unknowingly converted my nameplates to gears using the also provided reset ticket while on MM. When I went back to CE, I now have all gears which are useless. The answer I received was basically, "Use your re-select tickets from the 29th" after I already stated i had used them and they didn't even bother to review my acct.

No. I selected CE initially (free no ticket required). Researched the tree 2 two rows passed 3HM. Then I switched to MM (1st re-select ticket). While on MM I used the reset ticket (1 that they provided). At this point it reset my tree and converted the nameplates to gears which I did not know at the time. I then switched to CE (2nd re-select ticket) to go back to my original tree which was now blank and I only have gears. The issue is the "reset" ticket while on MM which converted to gears. To fix now I would have to spend 20k gems to go back to MM, research the tree using the gears I have now, then use another re-select back to CE.

UPDATE : I was wrong, It was not about the Snow-y overlay at all and I figured it out for real.

If you resized the window of your browser on the World Map, it will prevent Screen-Wide Touch Feedback (SWTF) to work.

Going back and fourth to Base and World will make SWTF to work again.

Resizing back to the previous window size wont make SWTF to work again, you need to go to Base and go to World to have SWTF working.

This bug does NOT affect other menus, including Base, only the World is affected (which is the most important one)

If you unlock a new hero (get 10 shards), and you already have that hero unlocked, then you get 10 shards for it instead

From the 3pm update I could not access until after the server reset. It was 9 hours minimum. This wasn’t sleep time for me. My days are aligned with the server. I had expected to get back on to the game in the afternoon to get the event finalised. After the reset I was unable to. I reported it here. The fix did not apply until after server reset. 9 hours min, not 5-6. 9 hours of game time, not sleep time, where I am. I feel screwed over with this. Again, I am not putting money into this game anymore. Don’t put this crap back on me when the devs drop me out of the game in the finals stage. Not my fault. BS move.

Hey all. I don't usually comment here but am not sure what to do. Following this morning's update the game has suddenly become very sluggish. All the marches and so forth on the battlefield screen are a bit juddery and it's as if the screen is stuttering. Prior to the update, I never have had such graphical issues with the game. Please advise.

Edit: From what I can see this only happens on the battlefield map, usually when moving around the map but it still something I'd like to resolve if possible.
