Usually I just come here to report and complain because "new" things and updates tend to be a disaster. However, the "new" things added to EL worked very well. There was only one glitch that I experienced repeatedly. When looking for monsters in the special RSS, I would find an appropriate monster and get it centered on the screen and then go through the steps to send a march only to get a message about failing to march. I would then have to scroll around the screen and it would update showing that someone was already attacking that monster. This happened enough that I would use my finger to shake the screen and force an update to see if that monster was already being attacked. Just to be clear, there were no red or yellow/orange lines appearing for that monster before I attempted to attack.

His “recommendation “ was mind blowing : ask google/Apple for refund and we will add a gem penalty

We “may” add buffs on them in the future. And there is no ETA whatsoever about that atm

After being this mind blowing experience,I wrote a message to Hu Chao the CEO of rivergames describing what this we experience here as “support” on this holiday deco pack issue

I asked what can I do: 1. keep it and we will fix later (we have no plans atm) or 2. ask google /Apple for refund : warning: this may result in a gem debuff on your account. I have already applied to Apple for full refund of this 4 packs. So in circa 48 hours I will get it. I will let you know what gems debuff i got on my account (aka :what gems value the devs consider it’s worth)

When I go to set my heroes up for my defense it doesn’t keep the order of how I set them up. For example I put Nimitz in the first hero slot and Simon in the second hero slot but when I get attacked it uses Simon in the first hero slot and Nimitz in the second hero slot . When I go to reset the defense set up it shows that I put Simon in the first hero slot when I had originally put him in the second hero slot when I set up the defense.

I experienced a very unfortunate delay of loosing shield message. 😳 apparently my shield dropped at 22:37 I got attacked twice starting 22:45 and when I was still wondering I finally got the message with timestamp 22:52 that I lost the shield at 22:37 and should be careful… lost nearly all valhallas. Not very happy as you can imagine. So what went wrong and delayed that message for 15 minutes?

I have an issue with the "super magnetic field" potions. I used one for the first time a few minutes ago and it did not work! I clicked the players base to use the potion and it was removed from my inventory. The player I used the potion on was able to teleport his base less than 30 seconds after the potion was used even though the description says it prevents relocation of the base for 2 minutes. I would greatly appreciate a response to this issue as I've put alot of effort into unlocking the potions and to see they do not even work is highly disappointing 😞

How long into capital was it? If you read the rules there are 4 stages. The transition from stage 3 to stage 4 is an instant win on change of ownership of the capital. No time held required to win sadly.

I have a 43% Basic VIT Recovery speed buff. From a new account I created I can see that a 0% buff is 6 minutes to recover VIT.
So with my 43% I should be getting a recovery of 3m25s but instead I'm seeing a Recovery Speed of 3m59s. Doing the math it seems that for some reason my "BASE" VIT recovery speed is 7 minutes and not 6 minutes like other players.
I have messaged support in game who just tells me my "calculation" that I shared does not match the "algorithm" used for VIT recovery but won't tell me what I'm doing wrong. Can someone here please give me a hand with this 🙏 please.

the Math I'm using is
(7 * 60) converting minutes to seconds so you have 7 minutes * 60
(1-0.43) Subtract my VIT recovery % from 100% to get the number to calculate against the time
(7*60)*(1-0.43) = 3.99 <- Observed Result
(6*60)*(1-0.43) = 3.42 <- Expected Result
So my timer is 3m59s when it should be 3m25s with my bonus of 43% Recovery Speed
