In Eternal Land I have to restart my game to see battle reports and resource gathering reports. Like the red notification symbol will be there but no reports are visible until I restart. Anyone else have this bug??

You have to own a gate in order to teleport across or interact across from where your base is, link can stay alive tho despite. But player interaction across the gate requires your alliance to hold a gate.

Never leave your base outside of the range, if you’re not sure if your alliance can hold the range to your base I would definitely use shield in absence

It can’t get hit until later in EL. Like they can’t hit you inside your own area. Area 2 is accessible from inside area 1 as long as the gate is held, which can’t be taken by another server until late stage EL, so yes you’re at a disadvantage if you build too close to their gates or place your base outside range of forts and power station.

Hi, I don't if it just me but There are 2 bugs at the Alliance. The first one is that when you promote someone Sometimes it doesn't appear saying in Alliance Chat. Just now I promoted 3 players to R2 and only appear in chat the ones that I Demoted.
The second Bug is that the time From the absence of the players, my Leader and other players were online after Reset Yesterday and I went to see the Alliance players at 2am, and It was saying they haven't log on In 1day.

Dark Guardians search issue: Dark guardians seem to be having an extremely difficult time showing you they’ve spawned when you search for them. If you click search it will say there isn’t any level available but if you swipe your screen 2-3 times you’ll find various level dark guardians. Mechs have has this issue a few times but dark guardians is the biggest issue.

Usually that is because either 1) you asked for a refund so the gem cost of the items was deducted 2) payment failed and above happened

It takes a while for the playstore to deduct from your bank so I'd check that

Because their power stations are in their servers area, and others cannot hit them until the battle stage of eternal land (when you can enter opponent servers areas). They can however hit across as long as they hold a gate towards the area and the links touch.

Check if you are taking the right ruin, there is 2 units ruins , 2 atk , 2 HP . You might be taking the less upgraded one

Not sure where to post it, so I’ll try here. The in-game support is TERRIBLE.

I ask a question, I get a nothing solving generic response. And immediately with that the ticket gets closed with a pop up asking me to rate the response, which I can’t even see because the popup is on top of that response hiding it and not letting me see it unless I rate the response, which I can’t see 🤯

So, once I rate it to at least be able to see it, the ticket is immediately closed. If I have a follow up question, it opens a completely new ticket and the next support person has no idea what I’m talking about. Please, FIX IT!

Because THIS IS THE WORST IN-APP SUPPORT I’VE EVER SEEN.

Is there any way to actually have a meaningful discussion with the game support with an option of a follow up question and not getting just pre-scripted generic answers?

Just a few things in general I'd like to mention as someone who has seen some pretty heavy fighting already in EL, which I recognize is a thing that some servers have faced, while others haven't.

• Scouting reports often lag to the point that you assume the target you are hitting is empty, only to later find out that nope, it's not empty, I just suicided troops at something that I wouldn't have had I known. (when you go to check the scout report in battle reports it's correct, but when it had popped up immediately nothing would show up.)
• Lags in not allowing you to click the confirm button in placing down a power station.
• Just general freezing/lags in the absolute heat of battle - to the point that there have been times I'm force-closing out of my game every two minutes or so to try and stay on top of it.

In a lot of ways these are to be expected, I just have concerns since at the moment, these have been popping up in what's just been a heavy 1v1 battle. I worry just how bad things could get when there will be more servers involved in the fight at the same time.

Had some major issues with our War of Odinium on server 1061. For starters our alliance is like 230ee for cp and we were matched with an alliance that was 1.93ff. Other issue is once troops are sent to repair they still show up when you go to send a march and after you hit send, you get a message saying the troops dont exist.

Odin has been very glitchy. I moved my based, it showed it was moved, but I somehow got ported at a transfer station I wasn't at. I used all my repairs to heal troops but I couldn't send out a march (kept getting error reports), but it also shows I had no troops to repair.

Purchasing a shield with gems while war fever is up makes you loose the amount of gems you paid.
The other day I did this with 24h shields which are 240 gems more than 4 times, meaning I lost 1k+ gems.
At the time I did not realize since I had over 7k gems but now that im in a tight spot it was more than evident.

I along with others in my alliance have noticed an issue when using 3 day extra marches in Eternal Land. Namely they aren't lasting anywhere near the full 3 days. I made sure that I had at least enough for the entire event but it seems that I am going through them at a rapid pace. Today I made sure to check the time remaining on the last one I used (yesterday) and there was 1 day 23 hours remaining. A couple hours later that extra queue expired. This is extremely frustrating as now even if the remaining inventory last the correct time I still won't have enough to finish EL the way I had planned and saved for months to do.
