please fix the issue that universal heroes cannot be selected in your defensive garrisson...

There seems to be definately some bug with VIT consumption.. i added vit of 50 .. to make it 56 - made 4 attacks and what i see i lost more VIT then i should have

I have had overall 50 VIT earlier in hand - and i was able to make 4 attacks on warhammer.. unnoticed .. i added 50 VIT power .. and then again i was able to make only 4 attacks post that 😦 - i lost atleast 20 VITs in transit somewhere.. i been noticing this since the fresh update .. possible bug / issue!! pls help resolve!!

@brazen plover The deep sea hunting part of the event did have an end date of today’s reset and exchange is available but the voucher part is still displaying end date for tomorrow’s reset which indicates that the vouchers should still be available to drop from WH and DA.

The exchange portion of the limited vouchers typically lasts 1 extra day. It also specifically says that event is for using the vouchers to redeem rewards and doesn't have the event where monsters drop vouchers

Type 1 - "Component Chests" which gives "Armor Buff" "High-Rate Fire" "Dex Buff" "Weapon Buff" "Crit Buff"

Type 2 - "Component Chests (NEW)" which gives " DMG Increase" "DMC Decrease" "Crit DMG." " Crit Decrease" and "Hit"

I have just tested this this morning and I'm getting all the identified items based on the type of box I'm opening. Are you sure you were opening the Type 2 box? They look different and have a different name. I've opened both types and got the expected Components from them

The placement of that bonus message is intentionally misleading then. There's legit a bubble with an arrow pointing to the energy cubes. It's never been there before only inserted with the addition of the energy cubes all other bonuses related to gems are a flat bar above the cost as you can still see in the $1.99 option.

@grave quiver that is because those energy cubes are tied to the Drill event. The energy cubes are not related to the Gems and are used in the Power Drill event which is a "passive" event. which is for every purchase you obtain more cubes and cubes are not used for anything other than obtaining the rewards. Those "Bonus" are not gems but bonus cubes for the event

According to the purchase screen, I should have received 1,520 energy cubes. 1,000 energy cubes is no bonus and in line with the standard rate of 10 cubes/$1 spent

Something broke after the maintenance a little bit ago. This is the garrison units selection screen in the War Hall. I can pick heroes, but my units are missing. I can only choose "quick deploy". Tapping the Army/Navy/Air buttons do nothing.

@soft tinsel Well its possible to create an account across on another server once a player reaches a particular level they can create an alliance so there is not much that can be stopped about that.

As for how that impacts SVS its not so much of a bug per say more just of a nuisance

As for the border you mention it looks like it is bordering it but it does not overlap in fact their territory is cut off by yours.

@forest junco the Island Battle is a sliding scale as you get stronger they also get stronger. There are a lot of factors that go into Island battle too that will also give and provide you an upper hand such as the unit specific buffs. All stats are taken into consideration to determine if you are able to beat the island battles. But the sliding scale has been part of island battles all along. Ask around in #☕│off-topic if you want some help from players on how to perform better in there

@frail karma the devs don't know what they're doing, as it should be tab per tab. Whatever tab you have open should "place" all other comps not in use back into your inv, theoretically. Then if you merge, you don't have enough of that level comp when you switch back tabs, then voila, it's just not there! It's really not rocket science, they're just more interested and finding ways to make this game a money pit, instead of fixing what's wrong.

@shut minnow this is a visual issue at times also if you are on the second page now the stars reset and show you progress towards second page. Sometimes when you close the app or go to the overworld map and come back it will adjust. I noticed this happening when I was still on my first page of my research

I think this must be a bug (or a disconnect between dev’s and the actual implications of their work) for the new weekly quests. 1.5k monsters is 7500 vitality (4500 with Diana). Which is ~650 vitality daily using Diana exclusively (1100 if not using Diana at all). Unless you’re spending thousand’s of gems on vitality or crazy money on vitality capsules it’s impossible. If it is not a weekly quest, I can guarantee historically I’ve killed 1500 already (and it’s saying I’ve only killed one, from the “level 5-22” quest completion by killing a higher level one, mentioned below).

@gusty roost I agree but free is free lol and the quests are cumulative, not weekly. Granted, most above lvl 50 have probably finished that quest once already. But i'm guessing the system didn't keep a record of this previously, as there was no need, so we start over

@brazen plover that is one of the better responses I’ve received, thank you. Almost all of the heroes on the game state that “there is a chance,” but I always interpreted that as there is a chance their exclusive will trigger, not that it will trigger and not actually work. Sid is the only hero I’ve had this occur with. It seems strange. As far as world boss goes, it would be nice if his exclusive worked on boss, but that is not as important to me.

There is this new bug in the game.. whatever advertisement have play after the ad preview.. gets crashed .. and the whole game gets restarted !! it was 1 ad earlier now its all the adds that are made interactive

The levels of comps aren't showing anymore on inventory icons. They show in the equipped screen, just not inventory screen.

It dont make diversion.. I check m inventory had 131 march an attack and waited till my march got back, read all 5 reports counted 10 batteries got back to invnetory and i had 134.. So i got 3..

@brazen plover this only goes into effect when the "crit" hits on the tax center. so if usual "crit" is 3 it may go to 5 after you get a crit hit. Tax crit normally only triggers on the 11th hit. That is, if I'm reading this right. It may hit more frequently .

I think the drop Rate for the helloween is a bit Low this Time. I get 90% 1x Ghost batterie - 9% 2x Ghost batterie and only around 1% 3x Ghost batterie.

There is a bug in the new 5 times attack.. For the game.. I initiated 5 times attack on the monster. I got 5 messages confirmation for the same. But the problem was the amount of rockets received didn't make it up completely in inventory. As per records I should have received 8 rockets but just got 3

#

I am attaching the screen shot taken. I can say it 100% because just before I could have received it... I emptied up all my rockets..

@mild hawk when you ask when does this get fixed. What do you mean by that? The event on the calendar just shows the day in which that event occurs. The event is 2 hours long but it occurs on the 26th of October and the reason it has an end date of the 27th is so that it allows for the 24 hour period to redeem your rewards.

I play on a android device and I have a available balance on google play but when I get on the game and try to purchase a pack it says my google play balance is 0. I have tried closing and opening the game, uninstall and reinstall, restarted my phone. Nothing changed. I checked in another game and my google play balance was available to purchase, so it's only a problem in top war

When I use 5* Nimitz and 5* Sid in battle vs world boss the damage is the same even when Sid full firepower is triggered. I get more damage from Simon than I do from Sid. Why?

I've hit a bug with exchanging perks in the new hero interface. I exchanged perks between Rambo and Ricardo. The skills swapped, but so did their upgrade progress.

In the previous hero interface, upgrade progress was retained by the hero and applied to the exchanged perk. I was expecting that same behaviour, and am now out a lot of shards.

Bug in the skill bank. When you merge skills, it has a visual glitch and won't show the merged skill. Ex. Merging 3 level 1 will give you the level 2. But it doesn't update graphically. It still shows the level 1 skills. You have to back out of the skill bank and go back into it, in order for the visuals to update.

I am unable to access the extra hero skill for my 5 star SSR heroes that are already level 120 and already had the skills equipped.

OMG!! And I just realized that the skills that I had equipped in that spot before the update are no longer in my inventory. Even when I go to the other tab where you can use the same skill again for same hero it doesn’t show up anymore. I am going to be super upset if I lost those level 5 and level 6 hero skills

the Attacks on the world boss from 21:00 MESZ was at 18.7 up to 20.7 B the Attacks at 13:00 MESZ has been with the same troops and the same heros but are between 16.2 up to 18.6 B Damage thats a loss of over 2B Damage

When merging skills in the skill bank, 3 skills are merged and the new skill appears, but the skill, level, and count stays the same. Exiting the skill bank and entering again refreshes the skills to correct new counts and levels.

Previous to this upgrade, we can set a skill to a hero and then change to skill set 2 and use the same skill in the same hero. That is not working after upgrade, please, fix it.

When merging skills in the skill bank, 3 skills are merged and the new skill appears, but the skill, level, and count stays the same. Exiting the skill bank and entering again refreshes the skills to correct new counts and levels.

Found another bug within the hero merge section.

If you merge, it does not update with the newly merged shard.

You have to come out and go back in to see the newly leveled and acquired shard.

Example In screenshots.

Merged 3 level 2s and now just shows 0 level 2s, but no new level 3.

Exited the screen came back, now there is 1 level 3 and no level 2s.

hello i have a bug can anyone help me? Server: 577; I have 74 lvl 17.2ee experience at 31.3ee. I unlocked tiles on an island where only decorations can be placed. The first one cost 2ee gold and gave 544dd experience, the next was cheaper, 16dd cost and gave 1.7ee experience. I unlocked 8 more tiles for these two and each subsequent one gave 1.7ee experience. The problem is that experience flew to the lvl bar, but the bar didn't count it. I should be at level 75 by now, but I'm still at 17.2ee with 31.3ee experience points, unfortunately if I wait a week for the situation to be resolved, this experience won't be worth anything, please help urgently. thank you in advance.

1- make sure of your Internet connection ( turn on and of to fly mode)
2- make sure your game is up to date
3- if your game is bounded by Facebook or gmail or Game Center so delete the game and reinstall it. If none of above worked contact in game support. Have an screen shot of your ID number and give them your server number, your I’d and which IOS you use.

My conclusion is you definitely won the fight but I’m pretty sure the reason why you weren’t able to kill all of his units despite being the superior type is that you guys both have the same amount of perks or you have less than the other player does. Also considering you have level 7 skills, you have a really small march

If i know before that mechanical is a combat support, I will never chose it, I tough with crafting we could compete grand Marshall but is worthless, marshal with 4 5 shots destroy facility's, we take a lot to build it, spend a lot gold and lose many troops and the strength is good only for those on combats is one go

@patent turret , buddy I think it's just a message result of the battle issue. I'm sure you gain a lot of kill points from it. You killed 311 units and you lost only 92. I also noticed this during last SvS. The message was "Defeat" but I kill 249 (lvl 78)+ 201 (lvl 77) tanks + 60 (lvl 77) planes, etc with my 74 tanks... So, I'm guessing they just need to re-evaluate the conclusion of a battle

@rapid spire same thing happened to me when I was a new player. The claim button on top from Recruit Trial becomes unlocked on 63/65 quest completion but upon claiming, the rewards is not the skin. 🤔 Maybe that is intentional. It has to be 65 right?

I have completed Recruit Trial quests 64 out of 65 when my main account is just 5 days old, the claim button on top became green. But it did not give the Recruit Trial skin.

On my other account which I just created recently, same thing happened. despite the completed quest, 58 out of 55 (which used to be 65)

I think I am not alone, others could have the same issue too.
