Today’s issues (so far) new event doesn’t work, either says parameter is incorrect, tells you you need to enter through the portal, asks you repetitively to pick a flag and region, or fails to March. Then all the forts have red dots to build them, however they are all already on the map. Bases are invisible and if you try to move you are told they were destroyed and moved to another location. But before this the map was glitchy during the beginning of svs and several people had their game crash. After yesterday you would think TW devs would have the system better prepared. As much money as players pour into this game, you would think at minimum compensation would be sent. After yesterday, I won’t hold my breath. Do better TW.

Why does this event port me somewhere not on the map to only not port me back where I came from? This event has no clear instructions (people keep hitting it and wasting VIT since there is no direction), it has been bugging since it flashed that forced video after SvS, to only have it not ready to use. All these pay to play events, the least you could do is spend money on a QA tester for these so they roll out smoothly. Look at that screenshot and explain what this gives the players on how to play this event. Now that I think about it, maybe some technical writers would help too.

Good evening, I activated a 24 hour shield on Friday 24.03.23 between 10-11am with the skin bonus (30%). This means the shield has 33 hours in total. I have checked this and this shield duration was also given to me. Nevertheless, I was attacked 4 times in the SVS where I was not present. I am aware that the server was bugged in 1255 and had to be reseted. However, I lost 40000 odinium 40 million resources each and 23 +2 units of the naval category. Since there is a shield function for exactly such cases, I find it a great pity to lose enormous resources in this way. I am not the only one on 1255 who no longer had a shield. Is this bug known and is there any compensation?

You can use VPN , change your location and login the game from web browser version than you can attend the event, thats the only solution i can offer for now

I understand this I told in game support that in two years of playing I have never had a lvl9 or lower troop degrade and they asked me to show them where it said this. They then insisted it was a bug as all troops degrade. Don’t shoot the messenger. I simply wanted to know why my level 1 troop disappeared and they told me it degraded. Someone posted a scout of a ruin that just went to war, when you press the cords in chat it took me to S73 ruin. If you open scout and press same cords it took me to my servers ruin where the scout came from.

Okay thank you I always thought if you were in an owned Transfer station not being contested you were safe as attacks never really used to happen unless you lost the station or it was being contested. Moderators are just players who help the chats with what we can, usually to help understand if it's not seen by the player.

Calculation for vit is incorrect. The vit that I spent before reset is not at all considered. It's only considering after the reset but I spent more before the reset. When I rub the lamp yesterday it was 10661 and now its 11566 means 900 vit but its showing only 357 which is calculated just after reset

VIT that goes in calculation depends on when you rub the lamp, and when you spend VIT.

Each day you can convert 500 VIT. And day is from server reset to server reset. Then there's time of rubbing the lamp. If you have already spent some VIT before you rub the lamp, then VIT from previous day and from this day will be included in that rubbing, but next day you won't get it included.

To help explain it with an example. Let's say you have spent 500 VIT yesterday, then today 100 VIT, after that, you rub the lamp. You'll get 600 VIT converted (500+100).

Then you spend more than 400 VIT after rubbing lamp, and next day you go and rub the lamp before spending any VIT that day. You'll get 400 VIT converted, as you already converted 100 VIT in previous conversion.

You just have to be careful when you convert VIT, if you want to convert 500 VIT each day. And, judging by your image, you had converted all days 500 VIT per day in total.

Here's the proof that the vit calculation is incorrect. Yesterday 2 seconds after rubbing the lamp I took the screen shot at that time total vit was 11566 and now I took before rubbing the lamp its 12326. 12326-11566=760 but only 632 vit is considered what happened to 128 vit
