I have made several requests for compensation for in-game damage that resulted from the severe lagging. These were denied by support, claiming it is my own fault that my app lost connection to the server and my orders weren't received (or were received twice). This is inscrutable. If something is clearly not my fault, then the game supplier needs to compensate for that.

So I'll from now on cease all purchases. I'll not buy any more packs. I'm recommending anyone else who is active in this thread to do the same. These game devs don't give a damn about us, they only want our money. I'll also inform all external groups about this habit.

A subtle big, but easily fixable. See the timer there? It says 00:02:23. But it has on top of the timer a number "5." This "5" character belongs to the gold mine behind it. It shouldn't be on top of this timer.

As expected the issue has resolved itself but it was persistent throughout apk, fb app, and web browser.

If you want to talk about the process use my DMs. Nobody gets an exemption if something is reported if it's valid. I've muted and changed many due to names and PFP as have many other Mods as I'm sure Customer service have also. So I'm not sure where you get the idea that recording these things aren't being done. If you report something and it is then changed there is little that can be done about it. Not unbalanced at all you just don't have the full picture.

When you request army units x3 through alliance help request ( i only used army units, didnt try the others) you receive it just randomly sometimes you get them 2-3 times in a row, sometimes you get nothing multiple consecutive times. What I think this is it auto places them on your base if you are in your base when claimed. When in the world and looking at things its different and will put it into the "units" tab of your inventory.

yes you are correct. if you are inside your base the units are placed automatically in base and not shown in inventory under units tab. only if you are outside base viewing world map they are placed in your inventory>> units. all forces means all unit types (army, navy and airforce) , usually there's base skins that boost only a certain type of units, like golden dragon boat, valhalla units are separate from the normal units and they don't share the same boosts

that's not a bug, it's been updated to 2 screens, decor preview and decor upgrade, you can still click on the small icon of the decor and it will take you to where you can upgrade them with decor shards and you can find the little check box

We have daily 3 special missions in the radar (first screenshot) and after we made them they disappear which is fine, but if you wasn't online since some days the first mission comes back after the three missions. First 2 Photos show how much Damage my Katyusha does and how much a friends Katyusha does.. It shows the same.. but when I look at the same report on my Navy account (other 2 photos) it shows me they have less damage.. I have another friend who looks at it on his account and it also says different numbers. I am 100% certain this should be showing different numbers per person, but the same number for each person on any account that views the report.. my actual Katyusha should be showing 83.3% to anyone who views a report of mine.. but for some reason whatever my heroes skill says does not actually show in the reports when others are looking at it. It shows them the same stats as whatever their own hero has.. so if I attacked my Army with my Navy account, I would see my Navy Katyusha (3 star) stats instead of my Army's 5 star Katyusha stats (with WAR Increases added in). This is also done with all the other heroes in reports as well, it was just easiest to show using Katyusha.

It poor programming. if you look at my reports you'll see it shows the es7 attributes for both mine and his despite him having es5, then if I look at the report on my alt it shows a base 5* hero stat. Basically the devs didn't want to actually write code to calculate this, so they just copy/pasted or linked to the existing code and patted themselves on the back. The entire game is rife with corner cutting like this.

Odie 1287 . I have an upgrade issue involving HT chips. I have a purple lvl15 chip and a purple lvl2 chip of the same type for the same slot. I'd like to use the lvl15 to upgrade the lvl2 but when I try the lvl15 isn't in inventory of possible upgrade fodder. Yet when I look at my inventory it's sitting there plain as day and can swap it in or out for the lvl2 to insert it into place. Neither of the chips is locked and I can't understand why I'm unable to upgrade one with the other

Solution found; make sure to check all presets, including those still named "-". Don't listen to farm animals.

Problem: Level 20+ gold chips cannot be consumed for XP. This means that any time you replace a high-level gold chip, you will be losing 100% of the invested XP, since it can only be used for overclocking at that point.

~~Description: Yesterday, I got a new gold chip that I want to replace an existing lvl 20 gold chip with. I tried to upgrade the lvl 1 chip with the lvl 20, but the level 20 chip would not appear in the menu to be consumed, despite me removing it from the preset and HT. I don't see anything in the HT descriptions that say chips become "locked" at lvl 20+, so I can only assume it's a bug that hasn't been encountered much yet. ~~

Testing: Myself and 2 others have reproduced this issue. We all made sure the chip was removed from preset, preset was saved, and HTs had no chips equipped. I also tested by slowly upgrading the lvl 1 chip, and checking at levels 5/10/15/20/21 if I could consume the lvl 20 yet. At none of these levels did the lvl 20 chip show up, though. In addition, while upgrading, I saw I could consume the new chip when it was lvl 15, but once it hit 20, it also disappeared.

Hello, this is not a bug as you can see in the screen shot i can totally consume it while it's maxed.

You can consume any chip and use it as a fodder even if it was leveled up, try to make sure that the chip isn't locked first, the go thru your Chips Presets and make sure to unequip it from all the pages first, and make sure to save your changes on each page.

For 5 days in a row I've been on 9 purple cards, and for 5 days in a row I've pulled 0 purple cards. There's clearly some code you've put in place to make the odds harder at the end, but it's broken and this is the second time this has happened.

If the purple cards are truly 50% chance (I firmly believe you're lying there), then that's 10 pulls with no card 10 times in a row. The statistical odds of that are 1/1024, or 0.0978%.

So either my luck is 1/100th of a percent and exponentially growing or your system is bad, you're being dishonest about the statistics, and it needs to be fixed.

He's also including details into his issue and not making any feature requests. 0 cards on 14 pulls is a statistical anomaly, and is very clearly not the intended outcome of the rand() function they were unable to correctly write.

While you are right that it -could- be no ticket 100 times, the -factual- odds of no ticket 10 times in a row, is 1/1024 or 0.0987%. so while it is -possible- it is not -probable-. What is more probable is:

A) they are putting in code to make it harder for players to pull when they are at 9 (given other posts most likely)

or

B) they are using a faulty RNG algorithm which uses poorly derived seed variables which create consistent but inaccurate results

Regardless of which it is, as long as it is considered a "50% chance", I will continue to report it as a -BUG- as we continue to enter statistically improbable situations.

I am not asking for a feature, I am explaining that a feature is not working the way it is advertised and asking them (the devs involved not a mod) to further look into or explain it further. I don't feel my request is unfair in any way. I'm a paying customer and I'm being polite with it and within the bounds of reason and the discord rules.

I had something similar, for some reason Google play store didn't work correctly, so I had to reset it somehow. After I managed to reset it (in best case, just restart of phone can be enough), everything worked fine again.

I guess that you don't see your gold blocks because they aren't in USD, and system currently thinks your currency are USD.

You need to check battle report not your calculate. In WZ you need replace your Trupp before the buff show up. In live battle the buff should be instand show up in battle report if the deco is placed. If not than restart your phone and try again

I’m telling you that for servers 2100+, it is correct to only receive one lvl 3 comp box each week from the vip store. That’s how it’s always been. In older servers you got more, now you do not. It’s not a bug, the game just changed over time.

TW, please hire an experienced UI designer … or increase quality control. We spend enough money for the game and at least you can provide proper UI. Dark text on dark background … serious. Please think about user have to use your UI.

All 529 got converted to coins. Wht is written is not matching with wht actually happened that's wht i meant. It said per use 500.i used 500 yesterday and got mpre thn 500 today as well. I was amazed how ppl got 2000 coins. While i only got 1200 bcoz i stopped at 500 vit daily

No basically limit Is 500 on reset but if you used 29 vit After reset but before rub the lamp It Will count It so probably you used some vit before rubbing It and thats why you got more than 500 vit
PS:It count the vit you spend before reset as limit 500 plus another 500 limit for After reset but before rubbing It

I already contacted them. Not only the members that went to that Stone cant log in. Others have Problems too now and Skins dont load etc

I didn’t know how fast they can interact but I send it with high Importance

I can only recommend that all those affected first close the game for perhaps 10 minutes. Maybe the server is overglazed because of massive logins + bugs.
