For the decor redemption gift event where you can get older base skins, having a mini version of an upgradeable skin doesn't help at all, you still need to get all the shards that you would need if you didn't have the mini version of that base skin... Makes no sense, what's the point in getting a mini skin and calling it upgradable?

the basic crit rate is 10%. if you have 100% crit in stats, you'll have 20% crit chance. if you have 71.3%, you'll have 17.13% chance to crit.

Whenever I roll 2 dice, and get under on each die, we do not get credit for the low numbers roll. I believe if we roll a 3 and 3, we should get credit for having 2 under-4 rolls because we are spending gems to boost. I have made an in-game comment on this too.

However, if the Vice / Leader deselected all members + confirms and don’t add new members with a check mark so no one is in the event/member list. Edits of Member lists as well as times for the start are only possible in the preprocessing phase.

Idk why.. i run the game in iph6. But i believe it is mentioned it can go with it in the appstore. But, with the lastest update installment, both manually and auto via the game opening updates, it all always takes me to FORCE CLOSE per movements i did on the game.
For instance, i open the game. Landing on the base. Advertisement pop-up. Close the-ad. Scroll down to south island. Force close.
Reopen the game. Denying to have advertisement popping up, went to the world map instead, search rss (or even base target while svs), garison/gather/attack/scout... force close.

Worst case scenario i had? 10x searching for terror4k to finish perday mission, 13x force close needed.

Does it intend to say i need to use the lastest machine? If so, change the requirement needed on the appstore. Say it truthfully that at least higher iphone machine can run for this game.

hi, iOS user here. Version stuck at 1.323.0.133_1.323.1.107 From experience, for iOS, the game usually updates itself, by downloading content of a few MB as stated on the progress bar. However, this time the loading screen doesn't seem to know that it is outdated and loads straight into your base.

1. Turn off WiFi and/or cellular data (not airplane mode)
2. Open the game and wait approx 20sec
3. Turn on WiFi and/or cellular data
4. Game seems to detect old version and starts downloading content

I am unable to upgrade my decor “Bring that fire” using UNIVERSAL decor shards.

Now I’m going to make the assumption that this was incorrectly coded, and not intentionally misleading. But that’s probably not the right assumption considering the previous Flora/Piedmont debacle regarding shard upgrades.

A quick google for the word “universal”: “of, affecting, or done by all people or things in the world or in a particular group; APPLICABLE TO ALL THINGS”.

Why is an item labeled “Universal” unable to work for ALL THINGS in that category?

It’s a pretty clear attempt by the devs to intentionally mislead players and encouraging them to spend to get decors that are unable to be upgraded with UNIVERSAL materials.

It’s unequivocally NOT a feature request. It’s a bug report.

Words have meaning. Using the term “universal” when describing a digital object that a player pays real money for, is absolutely misleading.

There are ZERO disclaimers in the game to indicate that “universal” in topwar does not mean what “universal” is in the real world.

Again, this is either a visual BUG (incorrectly named item), or it’s a functional BUG (item does not work as described).

This is not a feature request and I dislike that you’re suggesting it is.
I will agree that an easy fix is to simply make anpu and bring that fire just stupidly expensive in terms of universal decor shards

Like usual, every new skin and game feature from this event is not available in browser version of game. New base skin is invisible, so is new march skin, and all of the new decor items. Even the icons to access the individual events is missing and if you cheat and go in through the portal while in your base, all of the event screens are blank.

Hiii Top War. Thank you for announcing Rei as a hero. 5% per rage consumed is definetely interesting. I wish to check the status of the famous Defense rage glitch where players who send their rage heroes into buildings such as a Ruin or Capitol , while they are not fighting (someone else is) the system enables them to pre stack rage. Example: servers exploiting this using Cromwell with Maximo so it can be a boom boom bye bye instantly.
So... if this is still unpatched releasing Rei, a hero that will provide damage on hit per stack of rage consumed, is your system capping at 7? (Visually 7) Your system traces over flown rage although players can only see 7 at a time. So I ask, are you releasing a hero to be exploited in major events by whales and they will literally one hit anyone because the system is giving a .5% multillier per stack owned and if someone has 50-70 rage stacked from this glitch, will players who play fair like the fireworks?

Ms. Rubes I do not seek to know the hero description. I seek to aware how your game system is assessing building defense. System giving rage to eligible heroes that are not fighting, let us call it pre-stacking, will instantly activate round and round until all this pre-rage has been consumed. Reports of Akatora, Cromwell activating continously is abnormal and definitely not something pure luck based. Servers are exploiting this to kill instantly enemy attackers with certain setups thanks to this system 'glitch' / bug.
With TW releasing a hero that consumes ALL stacks of rage to increase the base acting as a multiplier is a good concept to have BUT not good when your engine is pre-stacking 50+ rage. What happens? The defender using Rei instantly wipes two unit slots thanks to the glitch.
This is what I wish to aware Rivergames and players alike because I know the servers who have been exploiting this will love Rei and also anyone reading this will now be interested to exploit.

There's a problem with 6th angel, at least on smaller servers. We can't control when cannon will fire, and attacking through regular attacks does only small damage.

And, if we get close to firing cannon, someone outside our only working alliance can fire it, because there's still someone who don't know what to do.

We at least should have some chance on small servers to kill 6th angel.

In image shown, cannon was fired by someone outside alliance 6 minutes too soon, and we can't do much about. Getting all people in alliance to know what to do is hard enough, but controlling people outside in dead alliances is impossible.

Please, make it at least possible, I do understand what you want to do with 6th angel, firing cannon etc

It seems that players who connect to the game from their Facebook account have this bug which prevents them from participating in the football event when they have flags to do so. The solution I have just found (but too late to be able to bet on the first match and the second ) is to access the browser game and click on "continue with Facebook" to connect. I was then able to bet on the next matches. but this bug prevented me from participating in the first 2 matches .Once you have finished betting on the teams, you leave the browser game and open your Facebook account, then click on the TopWar icon, as you did before. The event then appears normally .Tell me if this solution works if you had a black event window before.

Crystal Cabin artificially slowing marches to bases that’s within 5 seconds March time is still a problem. Noticed it again this svs. My marches just hovered over a base right next to me for 3 seconds. I have shared countless videos with support over this and finally someone told me it seems to be a system limitation. • Fix the Base skin ZH-2 Conqueror / Wavebreaker, skill isnt working anymore and it isnt a device problem nor a user problem. Not working on PC or on 3 other different devices. Bug report: Alliance territory buffs do not calculate (trigger) correctly when my base is inside alliance territory.

Steps to reproduce:
Start with a 2x2 (big base) and put it on the northeastern edge of your alliance territory such that half your base is inside the ally territory, and half is outside. Now send a march to a darkforce.

Your battle report should show things like “hp inside fort” and “Atk inside fort”. This means ally territory buffs are triggering.

Now without moving your base, switch to a 1x1 base (small/default). This should mean your base in COMPLETELY inside ally territory. Now send a march to a darkforce.

Your battle report will NOT show ally territory buffs.

I’ve been extensively testing when these ally territory buffs get triggered and it is incredibly inconsistent and makes no visual sense. Can we please have someone try to make this at least make sense to users?

I will mention that the above steps do produce a bug. However, there are many other ways to “break” the ally territory buffs from being triggered. Please please please look into this as it’s currently convoluted as hell to trigger ally territory buffs

I hit VIP 13 today. My garage, hangar and airport capacity should have increased by +3 and my march size should have increased +1. There has been no change. Also, the VIT increase is very misleading. It says +190 but in reality it caps you at 265 regardless of what you had at previous VIP levels.

Rei does not appear to be receiving the extra attributes described in her level 7 exclusive skill.

Using her with navy, my opening regular attack is 164B x 3 = 492B. Rei then fires two missiles, each dealing 904B on similar troop targets. Total is 184% damage. This percentage is repeatable across multiple battles.

This is equivalent to 111.9% x 1.34 = 150%, plus 5% x 7 rage. But a level 7 exclusive is supposed to increase to 10 starting rage, and add another 10% damage per rage. 150% plus 15% x 10 rage = 300% damage.

Please correct this soon.

Circling back to this since nobody responded and in-game support just tells me there are secret modifiers that I don’t know about and therefore shouldn’t be comparing percentages (which is BS) — the devs definitely made an update since my initial post, but Rei still isn’t completely fixed.

Now my first missile damage is 262%. That represents about 150% plus 11x10%, or maybe plus 7x15%. However, it should be 11x(5+10)% based on the description (around 300% damage — 11 rage for 10 starting, plus one from first regular attack). A later missile in the same battle was back down to 183%, which is about 150 plus 5x7 (rage was only 7 for that one), so it did not get the extra +10% per missile.

I also checked another DF, and now I’m starting with 6 rage (better than the previous 3, but still not the expected 10).

I would appreciate it if someone could reply to say the devs are working on this (or have fixed it). In-game support seems to prefer to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about rather than asking people with knowledge or admitting a mistake.
