All well and good but than the unit attack should be higher as they do an additional attack and that's not shown either as I said yesterday see the sandtable attacks.

Mine is 450 with her and about the same without. It should be closer to 650 or even 700.

I have seen that screenshot as well but it isn't shown for us me.

As you can see in the video I made no results in the DMG I did two attacks on one she didn't trigger. Funny enough there the DMG was higher.

But if you she her attack she attacks 3 rows times. Critical DMG is 310 and normal DMG is 510. Which should come down to 2.625T I guess.

I did the math, there are 7 slots.

7*365 critical DMG= 2555
2 hit off 701 = 1402
2 hits off 628 = 1256
3 hits 510 (Serval) = 1530

Which comes all together to the following.

Total DMG: 6,743T
Unit DMG: 4.118
Serval DMG: 2,625T

So why isn't any DMG of Serval reflected in the report?

Unless you tell me my math is wrong, here you have the replay and the report. Please let it get fixed as it's not correct from my point of view

Nemo skill reads "Active attacks include hero skills that are triggered by certain rage value and hero skills TRIGGERED AFTER REGULAR ATTACKS LAUNCHED BY UNITS"

Serval skill regarding 2nd attack reads "Each time air force units in the back two rows launch REGULAR ATTACK, there is a chance to launch another regular attack.

That reads that Serval 2nd attack should qualify under Nemo freeze ability. However, TopWar drops an additional description in Serval that says Serval 2nd attack can't be frozen.

So, for those that paid for Nemo skill now gets hosed because suddenly there is a stipulation because TopWar said "That's that" (Yes, I was told this exact phrase by support in a chat).

Is Nemo skill now broken because the freeze skill does not work as description reads or is Serval broken and needs reworked so the 2nd attack can be frozen as described under Nemo skill?

Hero skills triggered AFTER regular attack, meaning the silenced opponant CAN Do basic attack but cannot trigger After ( Maximo, megatron, Optimus, Kat etc... )
Serval is not counted as a trigger ability because it "only" does regular attack again.
Nothing wrong with how both hero works, only topwar wording is bad and confusing
Serval Can be counter by pulse jammer, it confirm what i just said ( pulse jammer silence BASIC attack but not trigger skills )

the problem is not understanding where the stats are applied. if the original poster has 120% dmg increase stats and the game raises that to 176.2%(56.2% increase) you'd see a 2.762/2.2 = 25.54% real damage increase - the stat increase works very similar to maximo's dmg decrease for front row, it gives less total effect the higher your stats are.... which isn't necessarily a bug that needs to be fixed... @shell anvil

Thank you for the explanation. It feels a little like funny math to advertise higher numbers on heros, but the numbers you provided calculate correctly. How does this equation work with regular damage and ATK? For example when a hero 'does 40% damage', or 'raises ATK by 50%'? How does that translate into the actual damage inflicted?

The SVS matching is broken. their top player is 55m CP, ours is 28m CP. Their top 40 is 900m CP, ours is 450m CP. How hard is it to get an evenly matched opponent? This is why people quit.

The fact that this size of a server is even in our rotation is mind boggling, Top War please fix this issue. Look at your servers closer and fix your match making algorithms. Going just off SvS score throws in too many Flip Flop match ups. This server we are facing, their top two guys can take our entire server. That’s ridiculous.

Facing a better server would be fine, facing a completely out matched server is a whole different story, you can’t take a group of servers that perform at a certain rate and then pair them with with another set of servers that’s on a whole other level just because the points value is the same. The points value is only the same because we won match ups in our region against servers similar to ours. I assume they did the same, if you keep this logic, then every 4-5 SvSs are a complete flop for one or the other. This is like throwing a D1 college team at a professional team lol. There’s no comparison. All I’m saying is the points scale you’re going off of, isn’t the right way to do it. Top War could do better.

If they went off a skill or CP based match making then a server could apply strategy and tactics to over come a possibly stronger server, but like you said, brute force wins in this game, so a server with more than 500mil CP more than ours across the top 40, obviously the winner has already been chosen. My picture shown about store items changed after i collected tickets and waited event ended to exchange it. It happened to me 3 times. Last time was comedy consortium heroes events. I recorded all the debates with CS, 6 weeks and no solutions, funny things one of their answer is "its not fair to other players that have exchange it before store items reduced" , when i asked "do you mean its fair to us after paid and waited and you suddenly changed reduced from 15 items into 4items and not informed us at all?"

So many tricks that happened one way after buyers paid.
Also serval heroes increase damage 2nd row and 3rd row not correctly calculated.

The additional exchange stores are always more limited bc everyone shout use the voucher in the actual event, and the cs can't change the store for each individually so no one buys limited items double

About unit+0, players that only exchange it and planning not using it will never ever clicked at the icons. So the tricks from developers is to hide the informations in the items icon, why not write it in "i" that not all items can be keep, users need to click at each items to see other info.

Additional exchange stores are always same items, not always more limited. Dev created events that need collections and missions and money to achieved, so it was not fair if store items deleted or reduced without proper informations that payers need to exchange because of this uncertainty on items.

Please see last dig up events, the exchange store after event ended is still same.
It is because dev always put 1D after event ended.

And one time cs also replied and apologized many times that the store have to decreased items because the system not capable to show all. So i replied why not put the options that most players paid for. Like universal exclusive skills boxes, level 3 skills choices, why put old items as we must take?

How come we collected and waited and paid but we deserved fairly like we are late to exchanged? The store name still same, items still on stocks 100/100, but why dev did reduced to items that are no longer needed.

All your answer already been debated with my answer in 6 weeks debated. They apologized again and again.

The store after the event ended is limited. you can't get a skin, march skin, equipment all those items are limited within the event, so the additional shop ( that just comes bc people keep forgetting the event ends) can't have those items in so people can't buy those double.

Last DIG UP event is not limited. Players still can exchange to complete 15 items choices. Yes its not a bug. And i played this shopping catalogue for 2years and more. Only this lately many various tricks come out. It happened 3x, before comedy consor, there was piedmont hero, but it never happened before. It is consider a bug if you guys still not put it in information, because no one can know what happen after event ended. @languid basin the event stores end at the end of the countdown. After that countdown the devs may release a second claim period with lesser rewards. It’s your responsibility to read the information about an event and spend reward tokens before the time expires.

All hero events that last 14days or more DO NOT have a 24hr claim after the event has ended. Some events do have a 24hr claim it’s why it’s important to read the info.

Again as @charred oyster said this isn’t a bug. This “debate” isn’t going anywhere and needs to be moved to #☕│off-topic , #📱│game-discussion or #📮│game-suggestions

My original complaint about serval bug in increase damage. But i can not send big videos or many screenshots easily.

I tested 1st , 2nd , and 3rd row serval 4star, not using any skills, use 50% inc damage components, and hit world boss admiral.
1st row airforce made 678M and 2.76T crit damage, then the 2nd and 3rd rows made 678M and 2.96T damage also there is 2nd attack which triggered by chances and it did same 678M and 2.96T

So my curiosity is do dev have different basic damage to calculate? Yes i know each heroes have different basic damage.. but
On serval skills described fix 77% 2nd and 3rd row inc damage. So where did this calculate for

I read the above chats and you are 100% right. There is no guarantee the devs release a second claim period, so that’s why it’s important to use the tokens before the end of the countdown…. OR risk losing it all. In this case you were lucky to get a second claim period, and it was with lesser rewards 🤷‍♂️ guess you won’t make that mistake again!

Its about there is no basic damage stats shown on everything. Anything in game should be use basic stats before added buff or debuff, especially in percent. So players can know exact math. For the random chances trigger, it is random wethere it happen or not, but if its happen the next random would be wether its critical hit or enemy doge or have shield or invulnerability.

I have tested serval with 50% inc damage from components, and also without it. The differences is near to 50%.
Also i tested with dragon skins 35% effect, it have near 35% differences.

I think all players should know basic stats, it is very annoying not to know basic stats so can not complaint like how much serval fix increase damage, because not knowing to measure it.

And if i already tested it with many other inc damage components, why only the serval damage skills is not calculate same by using exact 80% inc damage x basic damage?

today's minor bugs about +1 technology :

When I researched the +1 technology, all my soldiers died on their own. None of them were out of base. (around 20 Valhallas was on repair station)

Also, I did not receive any compensation for the existing +1s in the castle as it was written. All of them dropped to level 79, I took damage.

Also, after this update, I can't see the cost of odinium, time, resources etc. when repairing valhallas. Especially if you don't have odinium, the buttons don't work at all. I have a high level scaramanga. I can't calculate them all.

The option to repair everything is that it's not working like it used to. Units up to level 82 can be repaired by selecting one by one. The valhalla (83) only with odiniun but this visualization of how much we need to repair does not appear.

Please confirm with your team the system is reading the correct strings. I am going to report this as a bug: the new trooper feature was released today, and we could get the items for it via radar missions. This way you made the progress dependent on how many missions players had left at the time. Some players ignore their missions and have a full bar. They get the trooper instantly. Many players are at night and had some missions. Myself, I had just done the daily radar bonus, and I had no missions available. Why did the devs choose to give me the trooper a day later? And why was it decided that I cannot do the challenge with the trooper today, do I'll be missing those rewards as well? This really sets me back. I know it's not a bug but a feature, but I'm going to ask compensation for it. I want to have the rewards as if my radar were full at the time of release added to my account. Please.

If so, these can be only obtained from radar missions, as you mentioned. Radar missions refresh within time, so I am not sure I understand why you can't do missions, do they not refresh for you?

Bug 1 - video : the number of units from the trooper is 24 in the final report, but only 20 are shown in the replay. (This value changed through time also, as I remember seeing 16 units yesterday when I watched the replay. Then, an alliance member saw 17 after sharing the replay in chats, and 20 today).

A HT (air/navy) sends attack to 1 target whereas a regular ship and Air will hit 3 targets. Regular troops will do more damage than a maxed HT .

Only Army HT is useful as an army column for encirclement buff.

Please fix it to do at a min same or more damage than as a regular air and navy troops does by attacking 3 targets. Otherwise it's useless for PvP.

(Long post which I need to do as 2 messages). Part1. This isn't a standard bug I'm reporting, but from testing the new heavy trooper, it looks like there might be an almost catastrophic imbalance introduced into the game with the extra statistics of the heavy trooper including attack speed. (Just in case this slipped through all the testing you did pre-release). The details are quite involved for this bug report page (sorry). The attacker already has a significant advantage in any battle - a feature of the game already. But with the heavy trooper only being able to be in any one march at a time, an attacker can always choose to use it and any defender who is defending without their heavy trooper (or who has a lower rate of fire with the heavy trooper) has no chance since the attacker can get 2 strikes in initially. By using only 1-2 stacks and with some specific heroes (like Maximo or Akatora, but there are quite a few others), then it effectively means small and weak attackers can destroy hugely stronger and larger defenders. It makes trying to defend anything utterly pointless, which will destroy most fighting events.

Part2. Furthermore, it makes all the other heavy trooper skill chips irrelevant (no point trying to get gold tokens, or extra ATK and HP or trying to upgrade any of the tokens) - every player is better just collecting the low level white and blue tokens if they have the attack speed statistic - it so swamps the battle results that many other factors in the game become irrelevant - any heavy trooper token that does not have attack speed is effectively worthless. (It's a bit like when Rockfield or 914 were released, when there was a temporary problem in the game until the imbalance was corrected and you fixed it). The only solution I can see is by removing the extra attack speed statistic from the extra statistics so it no longer appears as a possibility. All the rest of the heavy trooper set-up looks great and interesting to develop apart from this. Sorry for the long post but I think it's vital this problem is studied as quickly as possible (and hopefully rectified) - to try and catch it early and solve it as soon as possible.

I play on a pc on bluestacks. It started when I tried to run 2 instances with top war simultaneously. That was never a problem before.

I know that eventually I will get to change character setting where I'll be able to get to my main character.

Also, there in process appear some strange messages that look scary, like, they found character with unknown level, etc, are you sure you want to proceed, etc. I don't even want to try to go through this again.

Anyway, the reason is, I should be able to go to my main character if I log in with Google account and I have main character that's already built. If I want a new character, I should open it like on the phone, through manage character option.

Please, try to use browser, you'll see what I mean. It's a bug, I should not start a new character if I log in with previously connected credentials. It's simply bug, hence I'm reporting it here.

About HTs, in the promo video I saw the HT hit an entire row of troops. I assumed this was the navy HT. I just tried the Airforce HT. It did not hit troops in a column. Is this expected or a bug?

can't completely garrison my base when using the PC version. Can't even click the units like it's frozen. I have to use mobile version to make any changes. I think the HT is causing the bug since the empty space should have been the HT when checking via mobile. If you would also check the list of units, the image of HT is missing.

In SvS, when attacking ruins vs attacking capital, the attack and rally buttons are in different places. I’m posting in bug report because I’m assuming this is not the intention and they’re meant to be consistent.

If we check plan 1/ plan 2 or plan 3 of component set up , there we might find equipped HRF LV.8 . That can be one reason we are unble to find it in inventory

Combat orders have timing 23hrs and 30 minutes.. after they’re disappearing, so it’s not a bug
