in standard the same effect kinda exists because jenebu's account host(ed) a lot of the items, but its way way less noticable for your average player bc in standard a 100 div fee and a 1 mirror fee are kinda the same when high end non-mirrorable items can be tens or hundreds of mirrord

all builds have weaknesses, and ggnoobs_III can be straight up one-shot by a lot of builds

you can only make a build have so much damage reduction, and even with pvp damage scaling, eventually that'll be overpowered and no amount of regen can prevent going from 100% -> 0% in 1 hit

ill tell you right now that even if you follow the build to a tee you're not ssfing sub-3

sub-3 requires intricate knowledge of exactly how zones are laid out, where to go and when, how far to level, what to do if you get bad rng, the exact sort of things you're looking for, how to modify your run depending on changes in the league

i think with a good levelling build and practice that most people could get their campaign around a 4:00:00 before they had to start really learning more about poe than the mechanics you experience in mapping
