i dont mean to be rude, but, i dont think that counts. if you reported to ggg, "hey - this player is requesting in-game currency from another player for an entire build made from the ground up, and is keeping a portion of that currency as a fee for their part in it", i think the response would be, "okay." thats along the same vein of a crafter selling an item for more than it took them to craft it, theyre getting currency for their time spent making something in-game for someone else

if the entire service was "hey i'll make a pob for 10 div", then yeah sure. but rmt rules are about preventing trading non-poe stuff for poe currency. if youre getting items in path of exile for path of exile currency, that doesn't really count as rmt

It's a decent QoL upgrade, but in practice I wouldn't get your hopes up for "faster rep farm" too much, since for single-game service providers, that "second season" will be during dead league. And for those that provided services in both games anyway... Most people don't consistently play both games, so I don't think there's that many cases (as a fraction of the whole) where a provider got only a single unique vouch from a player who bought services from the same provider in both PoE 1 and PoE 2 during a period of overlapping leagues.
