the way her device works is it's like an emergency med pack. on her s2 she functions closer to a healer but gives units barrier instead of health. it can make them survive things they wouldn't have otherwise since it goes over their own hp like the cannon from episode 10 or it could help with high damage scenarios where units get close to oneshot
