That tends to be a software feature outside of some specialty cams, not a hardware one.
For example the Facecam Pro could be used with the Nvidia RTX face tracking and does a decent job - but so can just about any camera. It has no bundled tracking software, but should work fine with most that just needs a regular camera.

It‘s the HD60X. I had to mute the capture card software because i had double audio.
That fixed the double audio issue.

However, the audio of the switch was completely missing in VoD.

The only reason to record 8K would be so you can zoom into what has been recorded in editing so that the quality is still great. That's why LTT records at higher resolutions mostly.

Not many PC streamers need a capture card. Two PC setups are rare these days.

I love my two PC setup, but it's complicated to get set up right and can get expensive quickly if you want to do certain things

I currently have two capture cards and a sound card in my streaming PC. If I upgrade to this new 2.1 card, the basic 1080p Elgato card must be swapped out.

I might be tempted to get the external one for another input, but we will see the asking price. Might make more sense to get a 2.1 matrix if I care about making my life easier.

I'm curretly running 2 hubs since I'm on a laptop. Ideally don't run them on the same "root hub" on the motherboard if your laptop has more than one, and make sure you've got enough bandwidth over the whole mess for any capture cards (easier if you're working with Thunderbold or USB 3.2 or 4). Not familiar with the caldigit ones specifically.

I have dbrand darkplates 2.0. They give better airflow, and I put mine horizontal due to liquid metal in the ps5. Hope that helps, if you’re looking for ps5 plates.

Generally, yes. The min spec is typically to ensure that the system is powerful enough to handle the amount of data it takes to bring in the video (focused mostly on the USB port or PCIe), and to ensure it has enough power to actually encode that video in real time to keep up with the recording so you don't get a stuttery mess for output. A while back I added them all to Wave Link, my entire computer kinda froze for 5 minutes scanning them all, was fun ^^

Limiter, Noisegate, Compressor, EQ etc can easily be added to any mic in Wave Link, a good package is the ReaPlug VST pack, it's free 🙂

Sonar from Steelseries will cause issues with Wave Link, it's suggested that you uninstall Sonar and only use Engine for your headset instead

Hey everyone, hopefully this is the right place to ask a question. If not, I can always wait until the Elgato support staff are online later. I've been getting Audio Crackles on any output after I've applied the NVIDIA Noise Removal VST effect to my Wave 3 inside the wave link software.

I found this article acknowledging that it was a known issue and should be fixed by updating to NVIDIA GeForce driver 536.99 - https://help.elgato.com/hc/en-us/articles/18340170805389 . I'm currently on version 551.23.

Was wondering if anyone knows of a fix? Thanks ^^

Okay, I'm not familiar with this "Screen Merge" you're talking about though? I may know it as something else though.
That said if the monitor supports HDR, there should be no issues recording in HDR - aside from a few steps on disabling hardware level HDR to SDR tonemapping on the capture card if you're doing it outside 4K Capture Utility. Is this is indeed related to capture card HDR, please move the question to #capture-cards and we can pick it up there.

#question-of-the-day the best part of my setup is the technological integration enabling me to work more smoothly with my software automation (SoundFlow, KeyboardMaestro,) and accessing those shortcuts and macros via Multi-Action and hardware Knob controls on SD+...... It's wonderful seeing icons for rarely used but desired function instead of remembering swiftly so many keyboard combinations. Work is more effective, fast, easy, so more focus allows for better achieving my overall purposes and goals.... And since I use my SD+ every single day I use my computer, and my work is on my computer. I do not stream or create too much of "my" content. But I am editing and the "quick access" that helps streamers work effectively is equally relevant for not stumbling around failing to remember shortcuts (over years adding up) for hours and hours! So, I'm better achieving my overall purposes and goals in life lol. That's what I like about my setup... 😅
