I use mine with a 3.0 powered usb hub to a Sony A6000 and it works flawlessly. However if your port is plugged into a usb port that’s not 3.0 you will have hiccups. Could you Dm me your cam settings in discord so I can see?

I have a Stream Deck and Wave 3. I set my deck as a soundboard and using Wave Link, I have the volume at 50% for my audio and 100% for broadcast so I only hear the audio at a lower volume. BUT, every time I reboot, the first, and it only the first time, I use the deck button, the sound comes in at 100% volume, instead of the 50% volume I have set in Wave Link. But every time after, it is fixed and only plays at 50% volume. Anyone else have this issue?

I downloaded the new Stream Deck for iOS last night and connected it to my computer without an issue.

Now I am looking to purchase a lifetime license for it. But before I do can someone please tell me if I can run my normal Stream Deck along side the phone app version as I noticed a drop down selection box that said Stream Deck or Stream Deck Mobile? So I just wanted to double check if I can run both at the same time?

I have the stream deck XL should I get a stream deck plus too?

It really depends on what you want to use it for.

IMO though yes its worth it. The Stream Deck Plus allows you much better control over your audio. If you already have a Wave device as well then it makes it even better. If you dont it give you access to Wave Link which is an audio audio control program. It can also be used to enhance your XL. I myself mainly use the XL however I have set my Plus to profile switch for the XL so I can have much faster access to all the profiles and controls on my XL through the Plus.

Recently bought a Stream Deck+ and updated the app, now my GoXLR won’t connect during boot up. Have to manually connect it. Is there any other reports of this or just my end?
Edit: Problem is the newest update for Stream Deck. Which was version Elgato Stream Deck 6.3, downgraded to 6.2 and it's working again . Thanks

The facecam is a USB webcam. It has no use for a camlink. A camlink is for connecting a camera to your PC via an HDMI connection.

Has nothing to do with streaming to 2 different platforms at the same time.

Its just like what it sounds like. It captures the audio/video from one source and enables you to view in on the PC its connected to.

You can connect your game console to your PC via a capture card and then stream the console gameplay to twitch.

Most people use a capture card when they have a 2 PC stream setup. 1 PC is used for your gaming while you have a second PC with a capture card in it encoding and broadcasting your stream.

You can reduce the stress on your PC when streaming by using a capture card to completely offload the encoding and broadcasting of your stream to a second PC.

My issue is that these programs are so badly optimized that running them at the same time really conflicts with windows and causes BSOD

because the hardware is fine no issues. But the software crashes like hell. So I can really do one platform at a time instead of two. Which pisses me off to no end

i honestly don't think that would be necessary only because of the fact that you have the stream deck buttons to the left and if you add the bar to swipe through like on the stream deck plus I think the library of profiles would be endless at a swipe. I do see a lot of empty space there in my design, but the only other thing I could think of to put there would be to move the dial over to the left and add a second one and have two Mic inputs for a podcast type set up

There isn't much we can tell you about official support times. If it was passed to the devs then there is likely sometype of bug or issue that needs to be addressed more broadly. If that is the case they won't be able to provide you an ETA or update of anything more then "the devs are working on it".

If this is related to your previous gifs not playing issue and you believe that it happened due to a software update you may also want to try reinstalling an older version of the software and see if it will work with a previous version.

#qotd Headset, integrated with the mic and streamdeck software in some innovative ways. Also maybe a "stream-mouse" combining the functionality of a mouse and the streamdeck...a button that toggles between normal mouse operations and streamdeck buttons...and a keyboard with streamdeck functionality on it, and the knobs as well. (see Logitech Options keyboard/Options MX Master mouse for some ideas...you can build macros/KBS shortcuts into the mouse buttons, I have 2 and they are dope!

Hey everyone. Wanted to join the server to ask a question. I am using a Mac Pro mid 2014 running on Big Sur (that is the newest update it will give me) and attempting to integrate Elgato Camera Hub into my Discord to use my iPhone as a webcam. In the Voice & Video settings, Elgato Camera is not an option and only allows me to use the built in camera. Am I missing something or did I skip a step? Thanks in advance!

I have gave way too much money to Elgato in the past month lol

The only issue I have is with my streamdeck playing sounds through stream yard. Other than that I love everything

I spoke with a dude named cass from customer support. However their policies are odd about communicating after the initial interaction. Therefore I’ve been relegated to having to open another ticket to resolve my issue

I’ve bought the wave 3, wave 3 Mount, shock mount, pop filter, 2 sets of light strips, light connector, strip light connection, steam deck xl. You’d think some priority would be given but nope

I guess you could add the EpocCam app for an additional 7.99 but that isn’t gonna get help either. Love the products, not the biggest fan of the support

Add it up I’m sure it comes to maybe just under 1000 dollars
