Hey everyone, I have had an issue with using the Elgato HD60 S on my computer, it used to work on my computer but now it doesn't. It has been about a year since I used it and it was fine up until now. Within that time frame I have had to get a new SSD so I had to re-install everything. It also does blink 7 white lights twice which means it is connected to my computer...right? But nothing shows up when I run Game capture HD. I have also checked device management and it doesn't appear there either. I don't know what to do and I have done almost all of the things in the troubleshooting section. If someone could help me that would be amazing!!!!

Firmware and software are up to date

It occasionally flickers between that image and me with extreme lag before flashing back to that image again

I feel like everything at this point 😆

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the software
• Running the camera hub as administrator
• Tried multiple different USB ports
• Contacted tech support (they didn't seem to speak English and they were just copy/pasting FAQ's that weren't relevant )
• Updated it all, drivers and firmware etc
• Tried it in several games on different engines (Unreal/Unity) with no luck, problem occurs on both
• Tried running the game in windowed fullscreen instead of proper full screen but that didn't help

Honestly not sure what else to try at this point 😛

It's lately an issue for some reason and its not always the same app 💀

The stream deck app i just notice pretty much directly but wavelink is a different story or control center.. camera hub also an issue 😢

(With hanging i mean it freezes while starting up the app and need to be forced close in task manager)

The desk mount does fit the keylight air though. I got my keylight air's deskmount from the multimount kit.

Hey fellas hope y’all are doing well. I recently built a stream pc. AMD ryzen 5700g/Asrock B550 phantom gaming/gskill 16gb ram/ crucial 1tb nvme. /Elgato 4K 60 pro. My stream on twitch is terrible it starts good then it gets blocky. I heard some YouTubers state that the CPU’s bitrate is too much for twitch to handle. Would adding a gpu nivida help ?

I'm trying to get my 4K Capture Utility to allow me to have HDR 4K outputting to my TV but in the app displayed as 1080p HDR because whenever the source video is shown as 2160p in elgatos preview it is super laggy. I have a 2080ti / 9900k and I have had this working like this before I'm not sure how I did it or what edid settings I had. Anyone know what's up? It almost feels random? Also whenever I try changing the internal EDID it changes the output resolution making the TV PS5 turn to 1080p

I set the EDID to 1080p

But turned off simple link to stop the TV and PS5 from communicating the resolution switch

So basically only the capture card changes it's internal input

And not the PS5 base resolution

So like, I have 2 streamdecks and each one of them is connected to a different one, of two PCs.

The one on the main PC had no problems before this.

The other one kept asking me to log into Twitter every time I started the PC.

So I gave up and just removed Twitter from connections

Which is not great, because now I can't use any of my Twitter-based buttons

If this keeps happening now, I'm also going to lose all the Twitch stuff because I can't have BOTH my PCs opening that tab every time I start them and having to keep closing them.

The app can't even start minimized... You'd think that'd be a basic functionality, right.

So yeah what I'm talking about is not stuff that's broken just this patch. What I'm saying is, it's been broken since forever, and they're releasing patches that are making it WORSE.
How does that happen?

I recently purchased Elgato - Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2. I am using a dual pc setup. I rearranged my displays and mirror them. I have 240Hz monitors 1080p. I see everything on my streaming computer coming from my gaming computer. But noticed that the Hz on the capture card is only 120 Hz. This would be better in #capture-cards . But if your computer does not have a USB 3.0 port, a desktop can get a pcie expansion card, laptop not much can be done.

hello everyone! So, as i am working with the stream deck plus, i love it so much! Although, i would like to give a suggestion (if i may). You know how you can easily work with the elgato key lights using the dials? Can we get a similar function with the facecam too?

It would really help with the zoom and iso if needed. It may not be much, but i personally feel many people would find it useful during live streams.

@urban bloom the plugin auto-updates have been having an issue for the past couple of versions, you should be able to fix it by reinstalling whatever plugin that is (OBS?)
