Honestly I feel like it makes sense being the ult cause it's not really about how worthy something is, but how relevant it is to the story

I'd prefer seeing mouse grey dress as opposed to moth pants because that's the original dress Ninny has before mama makes her a new dress, but I can see why they've used moth pants

Although if I stare too much into the reasons behind Ninny having mouse grey dress and compare it to moth pants I would question the decision because mouse grey dress is probably to highlight how timid and afraid Ninny is, whereas moth pants to me shouldn't have those implications, like they're just pants we start off as

But they are probably as unassuming as Ninny dress is and probably felt like a good way to connect the season that bit more to Sky

As for it fitting the story - well it's Ninny in her invisible form, it makes sense being regarded as an ult because of that. It would be nice if it's IGC ult so it's more accessible to everybody during the season, and I can understand why people would be upset if it's not because it's a new feature of "invisibility" that I'm sure lots of players would enjoy but can't if it's locked behind a pass

But overall, despite that, it makes sense to exist as an ult

I'm not sure why it wouldn't suit a skykid, the implications exist either way because the whole point of the story is Ninny losing her voice, visibility, and worth because of her mistreatment and to me the moth pants invisible still gives that implication because it represents that time in her life - that's personally why I feel it would suit more to have the distinction away from moth fit, but I do also respect that they may want to bring Sky into the season in just a lil way with moth pants

Sometimes, you get a season that has actually ult-feeling ults, and 90% of the time it's a cape, the other times you just get whatever was left lying around and recolors

I literally left feedback when Days of Moonlight was still in testing to ask they do something about the tree. If I was gonna have to go there multiple times a week on my aging Switch (once it reached Live), I wanted at least less lag to deal with.

Thankfully it doesn't lag at all now! So I'm hopeful something can be done about the Moomin seasonal area.

Because looking at the moominvalley area, there might be problems with rendering the trees so I think it could have been the way to prevent phones from potentially crashing

Also it's not 100% tgc's decision, it also may had been Moomin's company decision

I am not happy about the amount of iaps this season has, and I often wonder if they made these iaps cheaper, then i think more people would buy them, resulting in possibly more profit and a satisfied fan base? (Hopefully satisfied of they can keep making some positive changes and listen/collaborate with us the players as well)

might be, after all it's a collab season so oftentimes the IP have a final say to this

With the amount of iaps, it seems that there might be the cheaper iap alongside the pricier ones (but usually iap pricing have been consistent). Also splitting the packs into smaller items (due to feedbacks of not wanting to spend a lot on a pack just for one item) might had contributed to the number (similar to Aurora splitting Runaway pack into pants and hairstyle separately)

Looking at non collab iaps, tgc had always been Very consistent on the pricing per item type/category so if one collab iap is more expensive, there's usually more factors to this for example; extra features and IP decisions (see how expensive Aurora wings are, due to the concert feature and all that)

also the iaps existing during the collab seasons is a way to pay back for the licensing fee (which I can imagine is hellish expensive)

It's a reference to Ninny losing her voice and the longer she spends with Moomin family the more confidence she builds, her voice comes back partway through before she regains full visibility in the story and at first it's quite timid and small, the sound is nothing like it obviously since it's sky-ified into a honk rather than an actual voice speaking

If I remember correctly it's also about her finding her voice through the frustration and anger and those being good emotions to have, but I don't know what relevance that has to the actual call, so yeah I do get why it's very much a key part of the story, but the call itself is just an interpretation of that

I think it's easy for people who don't beta test or who don't actively read the beta channels to believe that beta is another version of live, or to think that whatever is in a beta build is going to be final. I also know that language barriers play a role here, because a lot of players care across the world deeply care about what's happening with the game and what is coming up, and English is the only language we're able to run the beta program in.

I (We) try hard to emphasize in every post that beta is not final, that it's an environment very much for testing and experimenting with things. That content and files get moved around, changed, or even taken out, and there's so much happening that we aren't able to explain the reason behind every change. And that that is all a very normal part of beta testing for Sky and for any video game.

But I think that that very important reality gets overlooked sometimes.

Based on the comments i have read so far, some of the players want more clothes (especially pants) or hairs instead of little/small items such as accessories. The rage was on since dev announced the Moomin ears+tail and the green clothes+orange scarf all went to IAPs. Many players are mad that they could not even have a single costume even when they are pass holders.

If you look at the charts’ appearance, many of the cosmetics are small-shaped and the spell icons take so much place, therefore the fury was then shifted to the spells, even tho the spells amount is still the same as cosmetic amount. This is like uhh….Interface problem?

In general, tho, moomin is a season I've been most excited for since aurora. The cosmetics all suit my tastes a ton.

As cy had pointed out, this season's story focused a LOT on Ninny, one of the characters in Moomin that's the crux of the storyline (literally the main character in the arc), we already have Ninny dress for that. The umbrella and moomin plushie represent her supporting characters; Too Ticky and Moomintroll family

I do believe obtaining the basegame “no face” mask shouldn’t be a requirement for the call to appear. Still need to send feedback about this!

I don’t mind it being tied to invisible pants and a bell, but the no face mask is 30 hearts, and that feels like a lot in combination with other things

I’m smallest height in Live (and I was in beta until I tried my luck again), but I didn’t have any issues getting the call with small or tall height though!

But I agree, I would like to wear other masks. Maskless mask is something I never / very very rarely wear

No it's not an issue, it's just for me I've been trying to get the smallest height for a long time but kept failing so I stuck with chibi mask the whole time since i feel a lot more comfortable being small.

It has to be Proud Victor's "maskless" mask; none of the other similar masks (Aurora face paint masks, NCD Princess mask, etc) work.
