she lived in the vault of knowledge, an apprentice soon to graduate into a librarian. she was proud of her achievements, yet wasn't looking forward to spending her life sorting diamonds and whatnot. she wanted excitement, something to set her free in a sense. the darkness came, and the others ran. but she stood with open arms. she willingly became corrupted, and soon had the features of a krill, and was much bigger than her original size. her friends and family were horrified. she fled to the wasteland where she caused more havoc, nobody dared set foot where she attacked. by now her original self was gone, overtaken by the darkness, her only thoughts were to destroy the light. now she roams the wasteland, watching the rolling dunes like a hawk for any sign of the unwanted.

I dont use any weird things- but i do have sky on mac because i still havent gotten the oppurtunity to add my sky account on another ios accepting device, if you play sky on mac- are you able to move at all after the recent update- because i cant

There are always bound to be spoilers, and it is unavoidable but I'm one of the people who don't care about spoilers. What I kinda mean by staying off socials is just avoiding places you know have spoilers, and this is more so in the context of a quest just being released.
With movies, the only spoilers you can really get are leaks? So I don't get how there'd be many spoilers for something that hasn't come out except for speculation.
I just don't want people to get mad at other people for being hyped up about something that came out and doesn't really require spoilers? If you get that

Hadar? Just suits em. Ey do have another name (which I haven’t decided on, that probably deviates from the rest of my skid names) but this one was likely chosen as to cut ties from eir past

Keshet has Enchant connotations and this as a visual motif - literally ‘rainbow’. Jealous of zeim for that name I Want

My main skid’s name is “Leander” , as you can see in my current server nickname. 💛 It comes from a Greek myth called “Hero and Leander” which is about two people; Leander, the lad, and Hero, the maiden who lived in a tower. They were deeply in love with each other, but they were far away from the other since between them there was a narrow called “Hellespont”. So, since the family of Hero and Leander was against their relationship, Hero and Leander planned a way to reunite each night. Hero will start a fire and carefully watch it so that it never becomes extinct. That way, Leander will be able to cross the narrow since the fire acted as a lighthouse in the middle of the dark.

Sadly, one tragic night, Hero fall asleep while waiting for Leander and the fire extinct. And Leander, who was in the middle of crossing the narrow, lost his way and ended drowning and perish. When Hero knew about this the next morning, her pain was so big that she decided that she can’t live without him, so || she throw herself from the tower she lived || perishing in the process. Their parents were so hurt about losing their child, and so regretful for having forbidden their love, that their bury them together so they could finally reunite and be forever together.

This name describe a little part of my life, as a person. And I identify with this tale, too. The person I love and cherish is far away from me, and even when there could be some people against it, we can’t wait to finally be with each other. But this time, I will be the Leander who can cross the narrow and reunite and live happily together with my Hero.

My sky kid's name is Space since my online name has been SpaceRebel for a while. They have a bird theme because of that one quest in Flight where you have to rescue the birds got me and I was imagining Space setting the birds free with the Light Whisperer and one of the birds comes back and perches in Space's hair, so Light Whisperer suggests they keep it as a friend since Space is rather lonely to begin with
That's why Space always has the bird accessory on their head

another thought about the next season from the news post: it could very possibly be to not reveal any info about the seasonal area yet, but the fact that it shows a very dramatic seasonal change in regular prairie has me thinking that the quests will have us traveling far outside the seasonal area and realm and have us traveling all over to complete them kinda like the very early season quests like from lightseekers and enchantment but i think the stakes are gonna be a lot higher and the quests will be more involved than the ones from earlier seasons, and possibly collaborative

I started playing at July 17th 2019. At first, I was so confused about everything. Some nice “orange spirits” (that’s how I called the Gratitude spirits) around. Moths everywhere. Everything was so new. Things that changed and become the present features we current know. And I want to say that I’m so glad that I joined and grow along with all of you, Sky community. I will never forget the ones who stay, and always cherish in my memories the ones who couldn’t.

you can get them for 3 candles from any non-seasonal spirit, and questgivers let you buy multiple hearts after you do their quests you can also trade with your friends, but setting up trades in this server is against the rules you can ask ingame or in other servers though

Next beta having some thing different

This will be a permanent additi that will allow us to do some cool event based storytelling.

This new Season will hit beta within the next few days, and there's a chance that you may see other folks sharing images and videos on social media that do not feel like what you may be used to seeing. Likes the spacey style of the Vault but could never learn through sitting around reading books and being cooped up somewhere. Also likes the flight area because it was their first season, and ||Orbit|| because space-theme.
