I had a quick look online and you seem to be able to get them from amazon or ebay if you're having trouble finding them in physical stores, there's the old school paper frames with cyan and red filmy lenses and there's the ones with plastic frames which were more hardy iirc

you can "vanish" from another player's sight if you toggle airplane mode on and off quickly and move away. it will keep you in the same server but gives you time to escape while the game gets you reconnected to the servers. so you could do that and move to another place in aviary village to watch the parade in peace

if it's on switch, there's been connectivity issues ever since nintendo released the software updates in advance of the switch 2's release.

if you keep getting dialog windows that say "error communicating", restarting your console entirely will resolve it.
