Grandma is only twice assuming you're able to collect all the Light, and the Light for this is in the same pool as the Light for Turtle so if you go to Granny's twice you can only do the Turtle event once

i would say stay but limit activity and walk away from anything negative. take a small trial run to see how you feel and if your feelings don’t change after taking it easy, do what you think is best for yourself and your mental health. you can ALWAYS come back if you change your mind (i myself took a break and came back after about a year). the community will always welcome you back but put yourself first!

With the part of the cape I’m attempting to dye that actually gets affected being near the bottom of the cape, I have to frantically spin in circles or smush my Sky Kid’s face against the wall just to try to see what my choice is gonna look like. It’s not fun for me, and I bet my Sky Kid doesn’t enjoy it either. I really hope it gets improved soon, because if the preview function for dying outfits doesn’t fully work as well as it should, that might be 4 or more jars of dye you just wasted on a color that you didn’t want and couldn’t gauge, because you couldn’t see what it properly looked like.

yeah, those shared spaces were safe (as far as i could tell) and you're correct, tgc did patch them out because they're not huge fans of afk farming (from what ive heard, don't jump me pls)

i feel like the best practice for granny's atm is the being the mischief cauldron so you have a burn prop and something to sit on in case of the butterfly bug. chances are you'll merge with someone who's activated a burn memory anyways but as long as YOU don't interact with them yourself, your account should be fine

Or avoid friends who frequently employ such tricks

BUT I don't think shared memories in grandma count as a hack exploit bc it seems to be using the normal shared memory prop usage feature. Kinda like how you can see a player using a "ghost" duets piano in a shared memory, showing what they're playing on etc

What I'd say is avoid the tent teleport shared memory. Bc I can't figure out what normal gameplay glitch it uses since it passes through barriers otherwise piggyback jump trick wouldn't pass through

not a hack exploit, but definitely exploiting of a bug (more props than can be placed appearing in a recording)

i haven't tried doing it, but my guess is there appears to be more props because you place and remove and place and remove during recording. and something about that action makes multiples of the same prop appear

Vault is composed of 2 different vertical "rooms", with 3 levels each. The reset barrier is in between them. Only that you can piggy rocket from level 4 straight to 6 just fine bc it's all within the same loaded vertical room. However the sus tent trick somehow could pass through level 3 (lower room) to level 4 (upper room) without suffering from getting hit by reset barrier

the tent shared memory is much more recent, and is actively being used for exploits.

Yes, it is possible to make those memories at Granny's without hacks. Also, I once tried to duplicate my plushies with the same trick and it worked (on IOS). Is it recommended? No. Will I tell you how to make them? Also, no, but trust me, it is possible, but it is bad. Overall, I suggest that they play it safe and not use the shared memories for the people who use hacks to make them. Plus, using them can cause more bugs, and it takes away more of the magic in the game

Anything technical related things about the game such as bug fixes, updates and season content are managed by a dev team with each members are specialised to different things but mainly focuses on the gameplay aspect. Contests, on the other hand, are community focused so it doesn't involve the technical team. It is very likely to be handled by community devs (like Tio for example). Even there's the new Creator Troupe applications going on as well ^^

So don't mush all activities together and act as if tgc has a lot in the to do list. They're managed by their own respective departments
