Oh no I definitely don't want to criticize everyone with adhd (because I also have it to some extent ). I honestly feel adhd is pretty normal for ppl to have, and like probably a ton of people have it without even knowing themselves. It's just sometimes when ppl act rude, then go like "I'm struggling with adhd, it's not like it's my fault". Unfortunately with how already large the key button system was mobile, transferring it to console does not bode well when you need to play a bajillion notes in the span of 4 seconds. I wish there was a way to easier map the keys for the controller.
