For big darkness plants yeah I agree. For dye plants though, sometimes I just gotta honk repeatedly for a bit because someone at that gremlin company decided to make hard-to-reach vines impossible to burn with a candle. At least this is doable without deep honking, just holding the button a bit makes it so that the vines burn

I don't actually think I have many 'nopes' when it comes to Sky OCs, honestly? I do know I'm not as keen on skykids drawn realistically (I like the whimsy of skykids in masks, like ingame!), but that's a personal preference thing, and ultimately harmless, even if it's not a style that speaks to me. Besides that? Eh, might need to give it some thought.

Yeah, same for me! I've always been in a weird kind of place where I do see my own (non-canon) skykid as being a little on the older side.

Which has led to my own personal bit of Sky lore that "sky child" is the collective name of their species, due to skykids maintaining that shape for basically their whole lives. Skykids descend fully-formed from the stars, and any changes are made by their own hand.

Depends for me! The oldest skykid I have is Jag at 16, and he's in my canon the eldest living skykid. And yeah, he's very similar - he helped to rebuild Aviary and restore the Crescent Oasis.

Shadow and Rosa are both abut 9/10, too. Oracle is only a concept for now, but I imagine they'll probably be a touch older at 12. And I had an idea for another skykid OC, Cinder, who'll probably be about 7 or 8.

I'm going to be honest, I can't quite reconcile them as kids internally. To me, they're like 18-19 year-olds. Young compared to the 20s-30s of many non-elder spirits, but even still...

It's a half-formed idea, but I had the idea of, months ago, of a skykid committing a great act of heroism, and ascending to the role of Elder after death. But that's a fair bit different, though, because they do still maintain their body, they just have some shiny new magical powers and authority.

Yeah! It's over in Forest's Boneyard. If you're entering from Brook, go up and to the left, past Apologetic Lumberjack, and about where you'd find the WL in the treehouse. If you keep an eye up above, you can see it drift past if you wait long enough. I'd recommend perching on a high-up light bloom for that.

Like, we have dedicated tools for installing and uninstalling Spore mods, even for Linux too. AFAIK Minecraft doesn't have that be the main method.

So I just started playing yesterday and i technically beat the game someone said since they helped me find all the spirts (expect 1? I legit can’t find it all my constellations are done)

I would recommend going through the realms again! Your WLs will have respawned there, and if you haven’t done them already, there should be new spirits across the realms now. Plus there’s the seasonal areas! I’d recommend doing those questlines.

Been a lot in a routine of "ok so I HAVE to go there and do that and collect this because it's Efficient and I Have to get all the Things". But breaking away from that is really nice actually. Like hopping thru a realm just to go to a place I like to sit. Or going backwards throuhh forest because I forgot to talk to Tanis (Baffled Botanist). It opens up that sense of freedom and messing around again hehe

I've actually found that I really enjoy slow walks. Like in Isle of Dawn or Prairie peaks. It's a little hard to control cause my little skid likes to just sprint all over the place, but just taking one step at a time at the slowest rate and just... letting the mind wander while the beautiful scenery slowly changes is really, really nice
