If you want to friend people, I do have a few tips:

Help other players out even in simple things like candle burning or opening doors.

If you have emotes, use those to play and goof with people.
Also take time to sit down and listen to musicians and applaud them ^^ If you need help with Spirits, there is a "request help" action and you may come across a friendly veteran who will show you around.

That's how I made friends despite being deeply shy, anxious, and introverted. It built my confidence over time.

Yes but only in the area close to where the days of style is being held. You can't really bring the cosmetics with you outside of the area. Still, you can run around with it, fly around a bit, jump, emote, anything as long as you stay there.

Honestly for all animals I feel like it should be more often stated and explained just how much care and responsibility goes in to take care of them
So many people seem to think all it takes is feeding and pets

Pet shops shouldn't sell people tanks or cages too small for the animal, I think it should be law that they can't sell you anything that's too small for them

The game itself i feel does convey that decently
Once you reach its doorstep after vault you can tell the vibes are shifted
I did eden before meeting steward back in like the last micheif week, eden was quite clearly an important place imo
