Geyser, Granny's and Turtle happens in the same hour, and it's either every odd hour or every even hour. Geyser starts 5 minutes into the hour, so I head there first, then do dailies/cr for 15 minutes (closer to 20 if I'm in Forest), and head to Granny's which happens 35 minutes into the hour. And then run straight to Turtle as soon as Granny's is done.

In my experience, there's a 50/50 chance you can burn the plants in Sanctuary and you get another coin flip every once in a while so you can try again
Sometimes I can run Sanctuary before Geyser, but if I can't, I find that that's changed by the time Geyser is over.

Between the big clam on the island and the plants on the Turtle being burned above water, I guess you really don't have to swim unless you want the little clams and the tiny bit of light the turtle produces 🤔

It is doable alone. I recommend starting on the branches of the tree on the Turtle's right side first. Since Sanctuary server merging broke, I've had a lot of practice burning those plants lol

I do the same. I start on the side with the most branches to wittle them down. It's tedious but I can do it.
For the underwater portion, if you have yeti goggles, it will eliminate the blurriness in the shallow water

Yeti goggles are a Feast item (which will appear in mid to late December) for around 60 candles :3
Hopefully the blurry water will be fixed by then though, but it also helps lower the brightness and bloom of the game when activated

I haven't don't turtle much since sanctuary issues, it was one of my favorites because it took like 2 or 3 minutes and gave so much wax

Means your candle is grayed out. You have depleted all the chevron and then some. Gray usually signals that you have gotten 20 candles worth of wax

Most likely because you miss a couple dumplings in the process on being AFK. In the third visit you can pickup whatever was missing and you end up stopping to receive wax halfway through the visit

I usually do a wax hour run which consists of: full sanctuary cr (currently unable to do huge plant because of server issues), Geyser, Run forest up until broken bridge area, then run to Granny, and finish with Turtle. That will net me around 15-16 candles, and then I finish off with candle cake realm and Village of Dreams + Hermit Valley cake and race + Harmony Music Hall Sheet. That won't always get me to 20, but pretty close, and then I do another geyser and granny and a run of the Wind Path cakes (Starlight Desert, Cave of Prophecies, and Windpath)

A good rule of thumb is that at least 2 visits to granny is enough to exhaust the wax she has for you

If you run out of energy and you get hit you start crawling, which is a good bit slower than the slow walking, rock hits also take out more WL when they hit you point blank now 😭

5 wings lost per crit, if you're crit hit you collapse into a REALLY slow crawl, and then the last stretch of eden (towards the dunes and crystal) is all spent crawling, rarely standing

all krill exploits were patched a long time ago. however you could try the mischief krill repellent, sold for 2 AC per spell at the Cackling Crab by the gift crab. the krill will still roar and charge but as long as you have the spell activated it won't hit you

also, if you mean the big tree in the graveyard, don't bother. it gives a mediocre amount of wax compared to, say, going to grandma's

There are a couple of tricks I've learned, 1) wait until the krill is locked onto you and just as it charges fly out of the way. 2) You can avoid krill by flying over them (they can't see you if you stay above their line of sight)
