@elfin raft They're solid games! But be prepared for a grind if you do. They usually end up being my longest runs because the grind in between Claire and the E4 is so long. Especially if you lose vital team members late in the run. Do you have any idea how long I was training my Ampharos for in my last HGSS run after I lost my Jolteon? I don't know either, but it was a long time!

swsh was easy for me but i don't know how much of that is it being easier than earlier games or me having played pokemon for over 10 years and knowing all the mechanics already i do think it was less obnoxious than the gen 7 games though, the part in motostoke where you get guided to a building already onscreen was ridiculous but it wasn't as bad as getting stopped by nebby every 5 steps in alola to me

It's surprisingly fun with the right restrictions, and can be surprisingly tricky in places. My personal Nuzlaw with SwSh was the usual rules, level cap imposed, limited heals, forced to switch my team after every gym between two separate sets of Pokemon, and Dynamaxing banned outside of Raid Dens. That actually ended up being the run with my current highest death count (8 Pokemon - Blue Moon the Vanillite, Roulette the Vileplume, Leif the Ludicolo, Arlo the Barraskewda, Bunsen the Cinderace, Foxglove the Flygon, Freyja the Corviknight, and Cosmo the Obstagoon), with three of those being thanks to the Allister rematch.

However! A game that relies on arbitrary rules like that to be fun is not a good game. I have a soft spot for Gen 8, but I am all too familiar with its faults.

@elfin raft Do you have a regular DS, or a 3DS? Because Gens 6 and 7 are available for that. Gen 8 and beyond is Switch.
BW is honestly my favourte set of games, though. I love them so much!

That's understandable! Admittedly I don't mind an easy game myself in the slightest, I just have limits, if that makes sense.
But I understand that for certain! This may sound incredibly strange, but that's actually a big part of the reason why I Nuzlocke, besides the strategy element. I end up so attached to my teams by the end of it, and have ended up valuing a bunch of Pokemon I would have hardly noticed otherwise.

You want an example? Unfezant. That is purely the reason why Unfezant is my favourite early bird. I'm cursed when it comes for those, but for some reason, more often than not, if I'm doing a Unova Nuzlocke, Unfezant will end up on the final team.

I suppose it helps that, compared to the other two options, I find Rolling Gizmo fun. Loopdeswoop is okay, but also tricky, and you can only go through so much ray surfing before you start disliking it. So I guess like your Rolling Gizmo at best. Whereas Bubble Blast... well, is Bubble Blast. Can't say I like that mechanic.

Can't draw eyes/hair/anything of the sorts evenly? Draw the side that's harder to draw first (for me it's the left side for eyes) and then do the other side

On that note, we have a classmate who always eats Baskin Robbin's. A single scoop is around RM 9, and to get a proper serving of ice cream (what you'd normally get in a normal popsicle or smth) can cost up to RM 30.-Ali

Lemme tell the story how I first got a taste of the infamous mint choco. We were in a hotel and an uncle bought baskin robbins for us. He didn't say what flavor they were and just left but I thought it was pistachio since the lighting in the room was yellowy and stuff. Y'all, I almost cried the first thing it touched my tongue I was like is this toothpaste and chocolate together
AND I didn't know it was a huge debate until I brought it up in class. 80% of us don't like mint choco.

The next time I tried it was in boba tea form. I wanted to give it another go but no- absolutely not. Ik it sounds dramatic but I really was about to cry, I could not stand it
