Assuming you have permission... You will want to remove their account from the phone. To reset Sky you will go to your settings (phone settings) navigate to apps and find sky. Clearing the data will reset Sky. If the account is already saved to a Google account. That Google account will need to be removed from the phone in order to prevent it from auto signing in. Then you will want to sign in (on the phone, not sky) with the new account or the account that you used to attach your save to. Then follow the previous directions to sign in to Sky. You can re-add the other persons Google to the phone afterward and it won't mess with the save.

You could try clearing your network settings... I have no idea whether or not this will work... But it just might.

Every device has its own UI... But the setting should still be available.

This would mean you will have to retype in the password to your Wi-Fi.

Here's the result of what happened when I helped someone fixed that problem back in July... Unfortunately we had to reset her phone to factory in order to get it to work.

Having issues with the NFC detecting the Sky pins with my Galaxy Note 10+, I know the NFC on my phone is working since it detects my amiibos and says they're unsupported with any apps.

I see the star option in the Sky menus when my NFC is off but it disappears once I go out of the game to activate it, so I tried a trick of opening the Sky settings first, then turning on the NFC from my drop down menu and it asked me to scan the Sky pin once I selected the star option, but no luck detecting it. (I tried both sides of the pin, but I know the back is the correct side)

@loud cedar bruh you know downloading APKs is against the Terms of Service, right? It could cause a lot of performance, account and malware issues for you. Trying to use APKs will result in download problems and may result in account data loss and inability to contact TGC support. APKs cannot be used to bypass the device incompatibility and do not help TGC with beta testing at all. Please don't use them or discuss them here.

Make sure you're using the right account and if that's not the case, do you have your sky id with you? You can contact support in game and ask them to recover your game using the sky id

external audio isn't detected the same way in android and iOS devices, so unfortunately the headphones aren't available for android yet. it's something TGC is working on for the future!

The headphones appear on your character when you play music or audio in another app while playing Sky. You can use them any time by putting on some tunes! (iOS only, until it's implemented for android)

Not an easy fix. Android has many different brands making their own skins for the OS and often that can change how different data is handled

Where Apple had an easy to use solution right off the bat and has their own ecosystem.

I'm honestly of the opinion that it may be too difficult of a feature to implement on the Android side. I doubt it would even be a thing they could do with the Switch version considering that is a straight-up game console.

Would it be nice? Heck yeah. But at the same time I don't think they have the resources to do it right now.

when you factor in unstable connections, people entering and leaving certain areas, and people warping to their friends, "server splits" are a semi-common occurence

I'm fine with Sony being excluded because they have pulled stunts before where they want people to stay on their platform, and to do so they usually disallow cross-play with other platforms. Even Fortnite wasn't spared originally. I don't know if they changed that again or not. Either way, exclusively playing with others on the same console only, when all the others can communicate with each other, isn't exactly fair.

If you plan to get an iOS device and you wish to not have lag, then get the iPhone 8 or better. I knew a friend who had the iPhone 7 who lagged severely. However, not all Android devices suffer from the lag. It may be that your phone is not powerful enough to run it 100% smooth. Or, it started overheating in thermal throttled.

Hello. This question is not about Sky iteself, but about how I could fix my phone to play music correctly. The problem comes with my phone because even on the Sky Music app, the problem ocures.
So, when I tap the screen with multiple fingers at once, the app slows down, and I can't be able to play music properly.
Funny fact is than its way more important on the app, which is very lite, compared to Sky where its "approximatly" running properly.
When I charge the phone, there is no way anymore, it just cannot be played.
This is kinda annoying.

The game runs fine but its really blurry on my galaxy tab s7+ and I think I have the thermal and performance headroom to push it further

It has auto launch and run in background permission
