It's a common problem sadly. Usually we recommended you quit the game, clear your sky app cache (if youre on android) then relaunch the game, nd shrine back. The servers would usually put you in a server on your own ||where you can die successfully and ascend on your own||

Clearing cache does not result in progress loss. Only clearing data will reset your app. But to prevent the loss of your account, you should link it to gmail, fb, or gamecenter before you do anything else.

@mighty arch sactuary currently have a bug where other player can't see us and you can't see them. So if you see a darkness burned themselves, it must be another player that you can't see

@hollow jewel to continue to isle, you need to download the prairie map which will be displayed on your bottom left screen and a circle above the portal. If the download didn't work, open settings and scrool to the right until you find the support button and check your question there.

theirs is a 2019 model, and the chipsets they have are technically 64-bit capable, but I'm not sure about if their OS actually is 64 bit... the highest any of the 2019 models go for ram is 3GB

but if what you're saying is true then they have two hurdles in the way

kinda sucks that there are barely any decent android tablets that can do some hefty gaming. Even my 4-year-old iPad struggles a fair amount

I think Lenovo and Samsung have some high-tier ones though, especially Samsung

Heya,, does someone know if the unblocking friends bug is fixed? Because I’ve lost bunch of friends when I tried to temporarily block some people to find others who were not showing on my current constellation😭

I'm not aware of any bugs about blocking friends in Sky. You may need to close and reopen the block list a few times to get all the friends to cycle through so you can unblock them

each page of blocked friends shows 8 people at a time, and sometimes when you unblock friends, the menu pages get a little confused and don't show the rest of the blocked friends properly. Close the blocked friends menu and reopen it and it should come back just fine

@pallid lion This is an old question but if you're on samsung you can install their sound assistant which lets you manipulate individual app volumes on the fly! I believe some third party apps also make this possible but in my experience they're a tad fiddly

@slate bridge Sky needs some Google services to work on Android. Ever since the US Huawei ban, Google can't really work with Huawei anymore. As for Umidigi... The specs for some of their stuff is decent but I think the very low price for what you can get from them means the devices will be lacking in other areas. Heard reports of the few system updates they've pushed actually breaking some critical parts for it to function as a phone.

Main complaints involve buggy ui and potentially even more broken system updates.

Both of which would deter me if I was looking for a cheap phone to buy

But they are the better of the cheaper Chinese brands... So really it's up to you on whether you want to stick with them or not.

There is a known issue with Google Play sometimes showing devices as not compatible when they really are. Give the following steps a shot:

-Force close all applications

You should also save your sky ID in case a problem arrises so that support can find your account easily if needed (Also in the Account section, you will find a recovery code tab)

There's no way to force the game to run on a higher level quality. If it only goes up to the boosted 30 fps, you can't make it go to 60 fps

Bulbi, TGC is working on a way to bring the headphones to Android, but Android devices detect external audio differently than iOS devices, so it's been difficult to figure out how to implement them on Android. Currently it's considered a relatively low feature to work on compared to general bug fixes, new content, etc., but it is being worked on.
