@wind mango The problem: I collected the wax from the season candles but couldn’t forge the candle. Normally a red dot pops up and you need to press it to get your candle. No red dot appeared so I went home and the wax I collected disappeared. I went back to the season candles to recollect the wax but still no red dot appeared. sky is a fairly graphically intensive game and considering how early it is in the game's lifespan and release on android it's not optimized for 60 FPS on all devices

@median granite I had the same issue with forest, and i think if i still fly the intented route it'll still crash for me.
So, what i did is fly towards the right side (||flying towards the wing upgrade that's on the tree||), and for some reason 90% of the times that avoids me crashing in the cloud part.
The problem is that, you'll encounter a lot more of possible crashing places after that.
If after that you find you can't go thru, i can guide you thru, i'm actually hella stubborn and tried and tried to figure out a way to get thru and managed to actually get to Eden after lots and lots of crashing.

From what I understand from the engineers the Forest (and other) crashes are a graphics+memory issue. we're working on it and hope to have it resolved in the next update. Oppo f9 seems to be one of the hardest hit devices by this particular issue. While compatible, the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU struggles to handle the graphics rendering a fair bit.

I'm crashing less after update, you all should try playing now, I saw sky forest (I do crash still, but can let camera go higher), did sliding race for the first time (finally door opened without crash) and I was stuck in Eden for few days before but now I'm free.

When u have really high levels with your friend, that one friend will be on the top of the crown right?
So my friend was there, and i cannot reach it to collect her gift not warp to her. I thought yesterday she's gone from my friendlist, the facts is the crown constellation are cropped...
So the top of it cannot be seen.....

Hello. I installed Sky when it was realised for Android through the Play Store, but now i cannot install new updates anymore, because on the Store there's a message that says my device is not compatible. I have a Huawei P10 Plus with 129 GB of storage, 6 GB of RAM and Android 9. Why can't I install the new updates? Please, help me.
