So you know how we use candles and stuff to regain our cape’s stamina and how dark water drains our cape’s stam? Since Achlys is a krill, a creature of darkness, it’s the complete opposite for them, the dark plant thingies also help regain cape stam

To think about it, (headcanon) Quincx clearly remembers Achlys being on the dark side of the war

So It would probably make sense as to why Achyls should stay away as far as possible from Quincx since He’s one of the last krill kids to be seen by Quincx and survive from such dangerous war
