Rhythm outfits:
I think the pants are sort of like a sweatpants material but softer than the usual inside. Mostly meant to be worn in cold places to keep warm but keep mobility.
The shirts seem just as soft and a little bulky for the same reason as the pants, keep warm but keep mobility. The boots are smooth and a mixture of rain boots and snow boots so they’re small and light but keep out the snow and water. Lastly, any belts are smooth material besides jugglers… it’s a scarf used as a belt
I also think the gold parts are metal
Best worn in valley or wasteland.
Uncomfortably warm elsewhere

I like to think it is darn cold.
Most underground/indoor places would be cooler since there is not much warm sunlight to heat up the air.
The only way to counter it is with fire, but temples tend to be careful with is fire placement to ensure decent light coverage, as well as to avoid burning the very thing it was build to store and protect.

Dungeons and Dragons have different races for players to choose from while playing a game.
Most of it boils down to telling a story and using one's imagination to get immersed while role playing as your character in a fictional world ruin by a game master.

Aasimar is a half angel, half human race.
They have celestial (heavenly) features that either is a benefit to the character, or a curse. It depends on how the players want to flavour and write the character.
You can look them up for info if you like.

It depends between cultures, but normally it’s between 60-75 Fahrenheit. However, considering Vault’s place and a notable lack of heating devices, I’m starting to think it could be a bit colder, at around the 50-55F range.

Sky isn't the kind of game whose lore you will find clearly written black on white tbh, most of what we know is interpretations.
History-wise, we only know ancestors were here before, that they used to live humble lives gathering light (laughing lightcatcher memory in prairie) before they discovered darkstone (forest, especially the temple which is a refinery) which made their technological progress take leaps (valley, with floating buildings and automatic transport) but ultimately was their downfall (wasteland first krill area looks like a ruined version of the forest temple). Some may have survived a bit longer, long enough to stockpile information (vault) before eventually dying out.

I wouldn't call it concept art. It is clearly marked as backstory timeline which is nesseccaty to build any sort of story arc or lore without getting off track. Without it people will go off and make mistakes regarding how to incorportate future lore or concepts in the story. Its the foundation needed to build a house. I consider it cannon. It wasnt present as "concept art" but as history. I watched the video and reviewed the photos. I didnt just assume. It is why I tell people about it.
It definetly doesnt give answers but it does what is intended, it builds the foundation.

The one photo shows an arc type structure which you can find in eden as I have seen it before and I always wondered what it was. Now I can use this timeline to build theories about where it all happended. How it spread out across the lands. The timeline dosent tell me that. I have to discover/ investigate it myself just like with any lore. I hope to find the king one day and figur eout who the heck he was and why he did what he did.

Memories from the cave in the isle of dawn can also be placed on this timeline. When did it take place, when did it transpire. Why was it forgotten.

All of Zhao’s work we have is concept art from before Sky was even a game. If you browse Zhao’s website, you can certainly see some similarities between his work and Live, but you can also see some clear and pretty major differences. For instance, Zhao refers to all the Elders as empowered Ancestors, but later devs have said that the Elders have always been Elders. Zhao talks of a Valley priestess — instead we have two Valley Elders. He mentions a war between the ancestors and light creatures which led to an ark exploding that created the Storm. While we are sure a war of some sort occurred, we don’t know anything else about it, and the only ark we have in game is the Forgotten Ark that looks more like a merchant ship that crashed due to the Storm and a krill, not a Noah’s Ark gone wrong. Zhao also had concepts of skykids facing the Elders as bosses, especially the corrupted king in Eden, but that’s very clearly not the case anymore.

Sure, Zhao’s work has been a temendous foundation in Sky’s themes and development, but it’s been years since then with other devs changing the story and mechanics. His stuff can surely supplement our theorizing given the dearth of confirmed, in-game lore. However we should be more critical of how his concepts fit into canon due to the evident changes.

So the Performance Guide is named either Hans or Hana depending on their mood since they're genderfluid. Their mask plus hair reminded me of a Great Horned Owl. They also have a nickname from the Mellow Musician, 'Hoot'. The Mellow Musician is named Maia, partly based off of Bob Marley. The Frantic Stagehand is Bomo for Bombay cats. The Forgetful Storyteller is Damoh for Damask roses, and the Modest Dancer is Chi-chi for the cha-cha dance.

Not much of a theme there unfortunately.

I can see how naming characters who aren't your own can be iffy. at the same time, I don't think the ancestor spirits would refer to each other and themselves by the monikers skykids give them (their in-game names were prob skykid given) so I give them names to use when that moment comes when writing.

Anyways, I also had a theory that we sky kids are the cause of the spirits disappearance.

How? Well when we sky kids were children we arrived in this Sky Kingdom (we like to travel worlds far and wide), we like to mess things (just like normal children), but then we saw this crystal in Eden, we played with it but accidentally break it. The crystal broke and it unleashed a curse that ruined Eden (Eden was supposed to be a peaceful realm). The curse spread throughout the sky Kingdom, and because of it the spirits died due to being infected by the virus from the crystal called KR. We were scared, so we flee out of the sky Kingdom and continue our journey. Some time had past, we became more mature and realize the mistake we in the Sky Kingdom. We came back to the world and we try to fix the things we have done.

And once we reached Eden again we have to fix the broken crystal, but sadly, we die again and again and again. Spirits from other parts of the world also tried to help us but ended up being stuck in the Sky Kingdom, the spirits that are now stuck are called "Seasonal Spirits" and when new spirits are stuck again we Sky kids call it "Seasons" as it happens time to time. Each time we fail to fix our mistake. Each time spirits were stuck, but one day a Sky kid relived the seasonal spirits memories, that cause the spirits to be freed from the sky Kingdom. As the news spread about the sky kid that freed the spirits, he was now called "The one who freed the spirits". And as the news spread far and wide, a group tried to revive the citizens of the Sky kingdom (the ones we accidentally died). They figured out that they were also stuck, and couldn't get to heaven, they relive it's memories and freed the spirit. The news spreads again, an after time, every sky kid relives the spirits

I think darkstone is actually a neutral element that can absorb either darkness or light. When it absorbs light it takes on the properties of light (can float, glows, etc) and if it takes on the properties of darkness well....maybe thats where the red stones in eden come from?

Like when you’re on the material plane it’s basic properties of the universe but with stuff overlaid on top so that you can perceive it. Like an illusion almost. as you go further up, you get more and more attuned to what things really look like and can communicate and focus on them more, and the ones who can focus on it at will can manipulatefundamental properties of the universe like with the lights

it's sorta hard to explain cos it can break your brain but the thought is that there is more to reality than the one we interact with. we are attuned to the tangible plane of existence. there are various more planes that are adjacent to the tangible plane that we may not be immediately aware of, but one could attune themselves to those adjacent planes, such as seeing ghosts that exist on an adjacent spiritual plane, or leave the tangible plane entirely to enter another dimension, like the Trials (or the Elders' pocket dimensions).

it's like light – the human eye only has cones capable of seeing visible light, composing the colors that illustrate our world. however there are other forms of light such as x-rays and gamma waves and radio and ultraviolet (UV) light and so on.

though just because we cannot visibly see these other forms of light does not mean they do not exist. in fact, we can detect them. when you stay out in the sun for a while and start to feel hot and tan, that is due to UV light interacting with the molecules of your skin. you do not see the UV light, but you can feel it.

planes of existence as aspects of reality we cannot immediately detect, but that does not mean they are not there or real.

long answer: skykids aren't biological beings who don't exhibit a need for nutrition. however you could argue they eat light, such as the "wax" we collect or the light mochi from granny. though they don't eat either in a conventional manner. also the light is really used to recharge their cape and to make cosmetics & items.
