It only got changed due to technical issues. For some players on other devices, the stars were too close, so the names kept overlapping or they kept pressing the wrong star, so it had to be changed

Well, the change of constellation was more because of technical issues I believe, so I see them actually being the exact same constellation like how it was originally. That's just my own interpretation of it. You can still view them as seperate if you want

Its an interesting detail that the two were intended to be exactly the same in the beginning, which hints some kind of connection between us and Eden (or the King)

Some graves could be buried or toppled over (like in vault), perhaps traveling spirits like crab call do have a grave (there's a bunch of tombstones on the side of the ship their memory is played in), or it got knocked over hence why you can't see them.

Some spirits could even have not had a proper burial. Thinking about the assembly kids who probably would not have the means to do anything other than a hole in the ground and a tombstone made out of debris and natural things.

Imagine that when we're not visiting the elders, they can have an above ground view of every last bit of their realm. Hell, maybe they wander around their realm/part of land while invisible just for the sake of wandering around. Could give you a scare if they choose to not be invisible and you're just exploring the Pairie perhaps and you go to Sanctuary, you just get to see the big ol' elder with his pot of butterflies chilling next to the geyser near the crab cave.

With that slightly disturbing idea imagine you're in the final stretch of the fly race and one of the valley twins chooses to scare you as you go past the pillars and they just stand there. You can stop and stare at them and they'll just stare right back. OR IN THE MAIN PART OF THE COLISEUM- they could be in the stands watching you very carefully.

Technically the elders are too dead to be physically in the world (the cutscenes canonically happen somewhere beyond) and too alive to not be able to interact with their temple, so you probably won't see them. But...
Not long ago, the spirits that come down when you stand near a grave in social areas weren't even looking at you when you were near them, and lately we're getting spirits we can interact with (hugging the assembly guide for example). Some people theorized it was, in game, a sign of the world healing.

Perhaps this could go for the elders as well one day, and players could spot familiar silhouettes zooming past in the corner of their eye when racing in Valley...

I really do hope in the future the elders can be interacted with in some of the ways we thought of today. (being able to ask an elder to follow you to unlock a door, the twins being able to race with you if you've started a race alone, snorlax prairie elder)

If we do get more interaction with them, I hope it will be in Orbit since I heard the ult gift cutscenes are pretty lackluster compared to the feat you just achieved, but that's going off what other people said so

Honestly an elder thematic change in the landscape could feed this chat for days; I already mentioned a glimpse of the racing twins, but perhaps as the world heals we could see boats flying across the isle again, or doors in the forest caves mysteriously being back in working condition and opening up new areas to explore.

The elders still have a pretty restricted and subtle influence on the world, and I doubt that, if it grows, it would be anything but gradual. Which makes it interesting if the devs DID plan for more content !

I have been thinking a little about prophecy. Turtle makes sense for water. Fish cosmetics would look funny, theres more potential for fish than just one stone mask. Turtle is unique. Nonono I actually think the Megabird is basically souls of many Skykids so basically a group of dead Skykids is called a Megabird, we see this in one of the concepts and I think it actually came to the came, just unnoticed, if you've seen the Megabird in the credits, there are small stars that make it up, since some Skykids are considered as stars, its possible that we ourselves, is the Megabird

Will all these little bug fixes ever be fixed?
The skykid stuck in the ground, the server merges while your friend was holding your hand (seriously), some of the past season cut scenes are off (missing spirits etc), krill still clipping though terrain on occasion (I would not mind them doubling back or even hovering in on place to wait for the cycle to sync up for them, but them snipping from a good distance away or taking shortcuts is very annoying), instruments changing pitch in certain places (that or I am imagining things), cut scene camera issues, and for the independent moths, the constant reminder to ask for help with spirit memories while they just want to figure things out on their own with the constant "?" hovering over their heads (it would be fine if that is what the player wants, but it might be awkward to pick up a moth and bring them to spirits but they either already got it or want to do it themselves.

Apologies if this is not necessarily lore related, though some of these bugs do disrupt the immersion of the game and could also leave player confused at times (see the bugged mural in sanctuary island for an example that sparked a good debate, but will rejected since it was a bug).
This mini rant is not directed at anyone at TGC, though would be appreciated if bugs were patched for a more stable game. More so than the promise of new content and hints of lore.

But you're right, some bugs are annoying and confusing. You can even see my sky kid clipping through the ground in the screenshots you quoted lol, which I only recently found out was the reason why I thought the Valley twins were taller than they really are.

While some bugs are fine (like the crabs in elder scenes) because they are harmless and can either be joked about or even be a lore hint (It is hard to tell, lol).

Once you start tracking or making a list of bugs in the game, it makes one wonder.
Surely the veterans since the beta of the game might have had a similar experience, and either stuck with the game, or use the bugs as a reason why they left.

Take note I am just a player since the season of Enchantment, so about a year of play. I am not with TGC or know how they work.
I agree they are not a big game company. They have made fantastic games in the past and Sky still has a lot of charm despite the small bugs.

Depending on the severity of a bug, and how long it takes for them to be fixed and stay fixed (some bugs are more stubborn than others), it can range from a few days or even weeks. Though I may be completely wrong in that regard.

I have a theory about the Isle Elder. When you complete the Isle of Dawn level (go through the entire realm) and you restore their light by lighting the candles on their altar. You see that his face is cracked and wonder how he received that appearance. Once he gets his crown, his face is healed. I think that the “real elder” was murdered (he took all of his light) by the “fake” elder who we meet and has the crown to heal his face, while the real elder is exiled to the very vastness of the dessert.

A solid-ish theory I made which could already have been proved true:

The vault--main part of it at least, is of the world through our Skykid's eyes. The background is dark of course and the transparent mantas are basically the mantas you see in Prairie (like that of course) and our Skykid putting it together. It's mostly transparent as other places don't give off a lot of light except the beak part/head and the wings

I believe sky kids can speak with eachother outside of the honks, the only reason that communication is limited in the game is purely mechanical. In the broader headcanon sense, I believe they have a very visual language as well with lots of signing/emotes, but are capable of speech too. As for if, like, a regular human person could understand their language, I have no idea and that’s entirely up to whatever fic you’re writing! I personally hc that the spoken language sounds like chiming musical tunes.

Hypothetically, you're selling power diamonds. Y'know, those glowing diamonds that lets boat fly. But nobody really needs them. Your kind has capes and candles! Who needs flying boats and platforms when you can fly? And there's lots of them...why buy them for a candle when you can pick one up from the sands?
These diamonds must sell.

Step 1: you must create a sense of scarcity
Diamonds will sell much better if the people think they're rare...
Take as many diamonds as you can find and hide them far up in the clouds, stock them up high until they're rarer then a shell.

Step 2: You gotta make people want them, maybe even need them! Steal the capes, lights and winged lights away. If you can, make the eden king sell them! He'll help!

Step 3: Wait a little while then remind people of their capes. Remind people how it feels to fly and question the rarity of the power diamonds. Blame the eden king for everything.

Step 4: Watch as they take down the king from his pedestal, amongst the anarchy ascend to the throne. You're hailed as a hero, a savior, maybe even more! You've fulfilled our wishes, thank you :)

So many hc for this: with the emotes in general it's the spirits teaching you something, in the case of the call how to imitate animals, so our skykids being chaotic children have something to enjoy. I also being a huge Journey fan have a ton of hc about music language. My theory is it's half telepathy basically utitizing whatever Source (in Sky's cases Light and for Journey The Mountain) to push words into the minds of others as a way of speech. The music helps dictate emotion and acts as a physical "boost" for the telepathy. So humans would be able to understand Skykids but they wouldn't be able to understand us.

Has anyone noticed the Prophecy drawings on the cave walls? Like, they show a golden child going through the trials and then going to Eden, but after the Eden scene they are now in the center of everything. They also have that Eden crown/glowing crown. And, I can tell it isn’t the Sky child because in the first Isle cutscenes it shows a blue child with wings. So does that mean the ||Prince of Eden|| was the one who went through the trials then collected the light from the trials and distributed them around the realms? (That’s another theory that I have, on the last pictures of the Prophecy cave) Do you think he went through all the realms and then went through Eden and then became the Eden King?

I just noticed the similarities between the Forest Temple and the ruins in Golden Wasteland where the first Krill patrols. It looks like the ceiling collapsed in whatever attack breached the front wall, and the same type of circular metal structure seen in the Forest Temple which spins before the door opens has fallen to the ground. The remains of the metal plate used to activate the door mechanism is still there too. I have to wonder if what lay beyond these elaborate entryways were of special significance. I especially wonder what the graveyard once looked like. Was it a place where the remains of special creatures were intentionally placed, or did it become a graveyard as a result of the war that laid waste to what is now the Golden Wasteland? Or perhaps the grand entryway was significant because one had to pass through it on the way to the Vault of Knowledge?

Okay, I don't know whether I happen to be possibly right or possibly wrong, but we when we have our light and don't lack are right in between; when we have finished our trials (for instance) we start glowing and become more close to the creatures than the ancestors in line of habits (flying up in Air, walking in water in Water, able to defeat Shadows in Fire and able to create a floor when we're in the risk of falling in Earth).

Indifference--the darker color--could resemble more Ancestor like thinking, perhaps. They had lost all their light (and became corrupted, like the stonekids) and also agree-ish/start to agree with the Ancestor's way of using Power Diamonds(?)[because they lost their light as well and realises that light could have gone to power diamonds where you could have used it effectively]--makes them the...60 stonekids in Eden? And we're gifting our winged light--purity--to them, and they do take it (and momentarily do see how it was wrong?) but it never was enough, so they reverse back into stonekids. So it loops again. And again. And yes, again.

(It could be purely visual and I know it is fully in the form of visuals but I really was wondering).

Honestly a lot of story patterns become widespread when they are vague; lots of cultures got a tale about the hubris of a king offending god(s) for example. It would make sense for you to link these patterns back to something you're familiar with (the bible).
Sky also got elements from indian beliefs (saying that because I am not sure if it was buddhism or hinduism) with the whole reincarnation thing, and possibly the personification of the universe itself (through megabird).

No matter how many wedges you had when entering Stormlock, you get 7 after hugging the white figure. You lose them upon entering Orbit, so I'd wager the light you cross the castle with is only borrowed. You can even see there's no winged light count.
The actual rebirth happens after you cross the final gate in Orbit !

So yeah, the winged light you have bought to Eden has been lost as part of the process. Game-wise, the winged light that has been given to statues becomes ascended candles wax.
Story-wise, you're "bringing light back to the fallen children" (or whatever the intro to stormlock says) so yeah, your winged light isn't with you anymore since those kids are using it to fly off to Orbit themselves.

Sky kids aren't actually spirits (or elders for that matter) so they probably work differently than those that came before.

In the concept art, you can see creatures migrating to Eden to perish there and be reborn.

Actually, ive been thinking of that theory for a while, here is my progress:
Skykids are actually dead, well, atleast they are, the reason why I think this is is because there is this certain theory where us humans are not actually alive, its just our head re-playing our memories, if the same thing goes for Skykids, its just re-playing the same thing when we were first born, as seen from the animations when you return home, but this time its day, another thing could be time traveling, where we go into another universe that we are still alive and left behind the universe we had before. Never to return.
Thats my theory for "Are Skykids dead or living?"

That would explain why the twins look like they play a game we can't, not just because we don't have paddles like theirs, but also because as much as we play in the same place they used to, it might have been a very different terrain.

Official twitter thread also says the race went through the city, so it's likely the clouds obscure even more habitations.

It is a shame we do not get to see more of the city with the clouds obscuring them, though given the limitations of the game, the races had to consider how much they show off a city with the budgeted poly count.

Pretty sure "the Light" is indeed another name for "Orbit", or perhaps its actual name in the lore

Its been mentioned in game a few times, and is in the title too. (Children of "the Light")

When you exit the point of no return, there was prompt saying "The Light awaits"

When you enter Prairie for the first time, the "voice" that guides you says "We'll wait for you in the Light", with "the light" part being highlighted

My own take on it is that the "Light" is pretty much the heart of "Megabird" in a sense. Every living being of light in Sky is actually an incarnation of "the Light", and together, they all form the Megabird, which is actually all living beings acting together like a hivemind of sorts.

It also explains the narrator when you first play Sky (the new one), who seemingly switches perspective and keeps saying "we".

Its probably Megabird or the Light, but since it's pretty much alive through all beings, it "talks" from different perspectives

"We are the universe trying to explore itself", this is the mentality I have when it comes to Sky

The "Prince" was the closest literal incarnation of the Light, and at the same time, its direct "child" (Child of Light)

I like to think the narrator is that ferryman spirit seen in early art, or even the Isle Elder themself since they're associated with boats, beginnings, thresholds and so on.

I consider it to be Megabird because of how it seems to switch perspective "As spirits, we became many", with the first statement being interesting cause it says "AS Spirits", meaning its talking from the perspective of the ancestors, but immediately switches to another perspective when it says "And with their light, we faded away" (I'm going off by memory, so I could be very wrong here)

Its almsot as if the narrator here doesn't actually have a solid identity, as if its everyone itself.

In Light Awaits, it is said the Elders used to carry the light from all corners of the kingdom toward Eden; it is possible that the concept of light creatures migrating there to die and be reincarnated was actually kept, hence why sky kids follow mantas and birds all the way to Orbit (a manta even waits for you there and seems to go towards the door).
The elders could have been proxies of the natural cycle until... uh... -gestures at the power diamond fiasco- but anyway yeah, this is fascinating.

My interpretation? Stars were actually spirits that have already ascended to join Megabird. However, some event happened which somehow caused these stars to fall. In other words, these spirits were already spirits before they fell. Their "fall" wasn't their death, but it was sometime afterwards.

So spirits were already dead a long time ago, but they somehow fell from the sky, which doesn't seem to be natural

How does one who is already in afterlife in heaven simply get knocked and fall off from it?

Since she was already a grown adult when the kid fell, which is probably in the earliest part of timeline. There's also the prophets too, which may have come even earlier than that

Considering most isle spirits had names referring to migratory habits, I suppose they represent an era where ancestors were still very nomadic, especially with the dawn/beginning/birth theme.
Prairie could be the start of their settling in the clouds.

So far I worked out that skykids were sent down by the Megabird to save the spirits and return the light to the fallen in Eden (the statue kids).

I think the statues in eden we give light to are either the last chosen children of the ancestors that failed to reach the diamond (as seen how the Little Prince, who is a human child, was petrified by the storm), that or they were the first skykids though were not strong enough to make it to the diamond. Since us skykids are not intended to reach the diamond, we instead give our light to the statues as they are similar to a vessel to carry the winged light to Orbit.

The petrification (turning into stone) might be a symbolic transformation of one's life being stolen from the body. This effect might a reference to other myths that has supernatural events such as Medusa, and even in films such as Raya and the last Dragon (still looking into it to narrow down what the film's sources was to compare with Sky).

The Elders made a mistake and each one are experiencing the consequences of their actions. Therefore, I think they want to help us skykids make right what they started by completing the cycle.

Speaking of the lightseekers. I am a bit annoyed at the spinning dancer spirit being so darn high up in its memories.
Either it is because during the season, the area was different and the location of the memory fragments were never updated along with the terrain.
Or that spirit was part kangaroo when it was leaping of the ice.

Also, I like your thought on the boat might have crashed and the lake froze over afterwards.
Fun fact, that boat has 3-4 paddles on its sides. Though it is now only on the one side and it is under the map. Although that might be the same boats we see the spirits used in Daylight Prairies to carry jars to temples.

I was forced to play through the game but, here’s the catch, something shadow like was following me. Then, as I got to the Forest location I saw the Wendigo behind the trees. Creepy.

Skykids were once united, though had factions among themselves (such as the musicians, the actors, the racers, boat riders, manta rider eden runner, social butterflies, moth guides etc. etc.).
Then one skykid was like a bully, and then triggered a devastating series of events where skykids got corrupted and hunted by new and scary looking creatures.

Similar to your dream, Home is no longer safe and skykids can either move forward to Eden, or try to avoid the new wave of darkness.

Basically: Eden explosion 2.0 happened which free’d King ig. Tho the skids that were near Eden (Eden-Wasteland Graveyard) immediately died (like, no reborn or anything) Graveyard-Forest Temple) Skids became corrupted and the rest are okay.

The Elders are also free’d (cause why not) and Megan is at the background as always. The Elders are taking care of the remaining skids and skids that are barely corrupted (basically just tiny red stones growing here and there but that’s okay) can get ‘purified’ (tho it’s very painful). The other skids that have a decent amount of corruption (some of their body parts are stone, red crystals growing everywhere, etc.) gotta live in pain and the ones that are heavily corrupted can’t move at all but are alive

According to devs in live streams (though I cannot recall where exactly, perhaps the art of Sky one https://youtu.be/FwcNVlpymNk ,thanks @thin dirge for the link 🙂 ), character would have mouths. Though due to limitation in the game, or stylistic choice (again, paraphrasing because I dont know where to confirm with a quote), players can assume what their character's reaction are in a given moment instead of the game animating the character's expressions.

This may be supported by how skykids hands are mittens to ease animations and also allow players to imagine what their characters are doing beyond what the game shows.
Ex. a skykid using a point animation could be using one finger to point, or be using a flat palm to signal a forward motion.

The same thing may apply to spirits. As players can imagine them to be smiling, frowning, being angry or confused at moments even if the in game models maintain a blank expression 😐

This is so cool, too bad OP got Thanos snapped. But yeah, Forest feels moody, not depressing and oppressive like Wastelands but there's still something tragic about it.
I like to think the Forest Elder does mourn the loss of their forest and people for the sake of power diamonds, they seem... sad ? tired ? pensive ? at the beginning of their cutscene.
Maybe they shoved their feelings to the back of their mind by mercilessly working the years away until it was too late, because power diamonds were the backbone of the current world and they felt duty-bound.

The theory has a nice approach.
The elder did seem like the kind of person that would not show their emotions up front.
Since in the cut scene, you see them down, but once they see the skykid, they switch to a tougher looking front.
If their wrists/hands were hurting while lifting rocks, then her using a hammer might have made them worse, though did not show any emotion while knowing someone is watching.

I'd like to point out Teth uses telekinesis and levitation powers (latter might be harder to see, but I saw screenshots of Orbit where they are just. floating there. wierd flex but ok), which aren't seen again until our sky kid learns the emotes from the spirits in Vault.

Perhaps that can be used to reinforce the idea that the Forest elder is linked to the Vault elder in more ways that just having similar masks.

I like the idea of how the forest elder forges the diamonds, but it is the vault elder that imbues the magic side to them (that determines if a diamond would either trigger a mechanism, float, or project images).

The forgotten ark follows as tale of ancestors carrying the elements to a place (assuming it is either eden or the temple of Wasteland, or even back to previous realms, it is hard to tell for sure).
The krill and the storm crashed the flying ship and left the merchants stranded.

In the old lore, there was an event where the king was planning on taking the ancestors to Eden for safety from the hostile krill, but the plan failed when there was an explosion.

so i spotted this, uh, wall art? in the caves in forgotten ark and i was thinking like "wait a minute the spirits here are collecting the water" which means at some point the water wasn't polluted, obvs, as goes with the lore. but it was the KRABS that got me. If this was from when the water wasn't polluted, why are there krabs?? Does that mean the krabs were there before the darkness? Possibly... they were chill creatures and the darkness overtook them.

Maybe they were nice before, like the ones in sanctuary. In which case, there's probably some lore behind the chill crabs in sanctuary islands. Going on with this, it may also mean that some creatures are corruptable

I will be honest, I don't genuinely think elders should be underestimated either; the state we find them in the cutscene is quite a weakened one.
The twins could act stupid because it's funny and they're totally the kind that do things to entertain the crowd, but I wouldn't forget they too are ageless and ancient. So... there probably would be a pattern on who or where they would pull pranks, if they were to somehow come back to the Valley

We will never truly know what the twin really is unless any of the dev said something about it. So everyone is free to see the twins as any gender they desire. It isn't really something to debate on. I took them as brothers since that's how I see them when I was first in Valley.

Even the spirits, as far as I see from the official posts, are being referred to as they/them so I like to think most of them are genderless

I feel like the elders having no gender because they are ageless and probably existed before the concept of it is kind of funny. You could call then any pronoun technically and they'd just go

Though tbh I don't even think gender is considered within the world of sky, everything is gender neutral and up to speculation (some "feminine" spirits like the butterfly catcher are referred to as he/him in french and vice versa with "masculine" spirits ending up with feminine nouns)...

French (if I am not mistaken) Spanish for instance has masculine and feminine forms of words.
Even in my home language, we assume something to be male when addressing it when we either don't know its gender, or do not want to refer something by its gender. If it does not have a gender, then it is still addressed as masculine or objectively.

Some might identify as female but use he/him while some identity as male but use she/her. Used to hear that gender doesn't equal pronounce.

Some might just don't want to think about gender or pronounce it at all. One way, this is just my headcanon

Yeah, our gender neutral pronoun is still a neopronoun that's basically "he" and "she" stuck together ("iel") so I get why they wouldn't use it in translation either.

Honestly none of the elders have canonical genders, as it’s been stated that gender as we know isn’t a thing in Sky by multiple devs. Everything in Sky is genderless, meaning the the gender binary of boy/girl doesn’t technically apply. I know some people might still categorize them accordingly depending on how any of the characters look, but I still think it’s really neat how canonically the whole world exists without gender.

Pronouns are another thing though, they can be entirely unrelated to gender identity and expression. In English the singular neutral “they/them” pronouns are used exclusively when referring to spirits and Elders, but in other languages with different gendered pronouns, it’s likely to be somewhat different, like y’all said above. The way I see it, pronouns are what we can headcanon the spirits and Elders with instead of strict genders.

Technically, there wouldn’t be a concept of feminine or masculine either way - because female and male don’t exist, so they’d just be different neutral appearances, but yeah I also headcanon that they have the ability to shift their forms to their preferred shape. The Elders moreso, probably.

Ahem to expound what Chesca said, The Corpse Plant Theory states that the darkness plants feed off light Creatures (including Ancestors) or Light sources like the bells in Prairie Village similar to a fungi. For creatures, they start from eating them from inside out, sometimes they start as what we call the spirit cores (the darkness balls we burn) until it comes out like what happened to the Tearful Lightminer and Piggyback Lightseeker's companions or the plants trap them similar to the mantas in the Hidden Forest Boneyard.

Basically, Darkness Plants are like fungi that leech off light and the wax we get from them are not actually from them but rather the light essence they ate away from the source. Perhaps why we cannot see Darkness Plants in Eden despite being overrun by Darkness because there's no light source for the plants to leech off from

Hmm good question

Now based on what I see from the movie itself, Prince did live at the end. Even if his rose is not there anymore and he got bitten by a snake. The aviator did say his body was gone the next morning so he thinks little prince manage to get back to his planet.

Now, how about in Sky? That's unsure. It's possible that he could still live if we refer back to the movie and seeing him holding our hands at the end of the quest. That again, it might work differently for non skykids.

For what I remember, the Little Prince is an allegory of our inner child and the wonders of our childhood explorations/discoveries, child who slowly fades away with growing old ..

It's been long since I read the book, but I think of his disappear as a symbolism of how the aviator disconnecting from his inner child, but the sole fact he still remembers him doesn't mean he completely forgot.

A memory is still imprinted in him and thus still lives on in him. Maybe even in it's wonderful original state, the state that sparks the memory it's wonderful being state.
So IMHO LP is alive and was able to cleanse his little planet and help the Rose

OKAY THEORY TIME (I haven't had the time to read through this entire channel yet, so I don't know if someone's already said it or there's something that contradicts this, but I've been thinking about this for days and I really wanna say it, so here we go!)

So sky kiddos run barefoot on dirt and ridged ice, constantly stub toesies, fly face first into walls, and body slam things all the time, but they never seem bothered by it. They also make a hollow ringing sound when they hit something and are also heavy enough to avoid getting blown away by winds strong enough to carry boulders long distances.

My theory is that sky kiddos hollow and are made out of dense heavy clay or a metal of some kind, and they hold every winged light they pick up inside of that hollow in their body. They use their cloaks as a way to activate and control the Light inside of them, who's magic lightens their body enough to fly. So sky kiddos are basically sentient clay dolls running around and making friends with other sentient clay dolls 😌✨

I like to think sky kids are like those paper lanterns, especially the ones that we see float in fantasy settings 🏮
Like, they probably don't feel gravity that much because they might be hollow save for the candles/wax/light, and could be resistant to falling, though it's worthy of note the rocks in Eden deal some damage despite us not being squashed by them, so perhaps this is the same gravity magic at work and whose limits are being tested.

Maybe the "clothes" parts are paper (or similar since it's visibly immune to fire) and the "skin" parts are clay/porcelain/stone/metal.

The lore moth doc is made by Bricky, actually there's been lots of drama regarding that doc among others so..

And manta factories! There are some, but not exactly. The game refers to them as "Temples" (e.g Forest Temple, Broken Temple (GW)) but they're basically power diamond factories. It's been theorized that one of the ingredients to create one is light material, from light creatures, mantas included.

Just like a lot of theory and facts say... There are a disaster or maybe war happened and destroyed wasteland... But what wasteland was like before the disaster?
I think it was a huge country connect all the realms with vault... This country (wasteland) had a buildings from each realm... Each realm built something as a sign of it... And that's what mean finding a building look like forest temple, and other one look like valley and have a symbol that we can find it in valley (broken temple), so yeah...the big country (wasteland) was very impressive, and a place deserve being the link between vault and other realms...
But when this disaster came...everything was destroyed... Nothing left but the monuments
We can find at the place between valley and wasteland somethings like houses... Maybe they lived there and wasteland had a houses like that but they had damaged or destroyed completely

Unless something new popped up I don’t know about yet, I think its about how when the pinned lore doc was removed from the pins for “starting arguments” which one person was largely responsible for, through it did happen some otherwise. Afterwards when a saved version of the doc (not Bricky’s but the one before that) was given out, people where kinda told not to because giving people docs to read might overwhelm them. Sometimes Even if they asked for it to begin with.

When I was looking for lore stuffs elsewhere, there was pretty much only one yt video and all it did was analyze the opening with no info about mega or king. Thus anyone who analyzed the old intro without prior knowledge would assume the center figure we now think is prince is the god figure. Brbrbrbrbr.

I think since then lots more sky lore people have made better explaining videos. But back in my old lore geezer days (meaning like late last year) this was the one and only place to get the lore.

Honestly I get trying not to confuse moths, but also when you're told that the game doesn't have a clear plot, you don't expect to see the "canon" clearly written somewhere...
Doesn't take much to understand that stuff compiled by fellow players besides the barebones canon is gonna be convoluted and a bit overwhelming since it's held together with theories, scraps from official sources and chewing-gum...

Shifting through dev Q&As seems to be the norm. But in comparison to some lores that have a defined lore, and hide it by having to also pause every fight in every mode, King and Mega are fairly easy to come by. Its all one source for everything being explained: concept art.

I mean, concept art is concept art; a lot of it didn't make it to the final product, so ideas coming from here should be taken with a grain of salt.
I think that if your goal is to stay close to canon (as opposed to having every little detail written down), it's best to see the king and megan as patterns that indicate their presence but not much else.
(the idea of propaganda in the king's case is realistic but it could also simply be as mundane as a flag )

I hope TGC implements an update to add more detail to each realm so we get more crumbs by combing through realms another time 👀

Like, for now a lot of props (like pots, tools and unidentified misc objects in boxes) that are in dark areas are rough and grey; perhaps they could add more details where players holding lanterns from the coming event will be likely to waddle in.

I wonder where Krill originate from. To me they seem like they either are man-made killing machines, or some kind of invasive species. Based on the remains of wasteland and the head ancestor of it, it seems like some kind of war went on. Maybe the krill were used as a weapon against the sky people?

Im also exploring isle of dawn rn and I have a theory on the orbs. We can’t collect or interact with them, but on the cliffside there is a drawing that shows people in boats holding light/stars of some kind. What if the orbs are what the people in the drawing are carrying? There is a spirit in the cave that has two others offer the orbs to the table, seemingly in a ritual/offering like manner. So what if the orbs are some kind of gift to the light?

Yeah, the cape of the spirit was a lightseeker. Honestly I havent done too much investigating on seasons because I stopped playing sky for a good couple of months at one point.

The main seasons I know are the one in the wasteland, sanctuary, and the prophecy season. The prophecy season I have my own ideas on.

This is more of a headcanon but what if ascended candles made spirits more... alive ? Like, the blue sprites might be because they're still vague shapes with stars, but the colors regained after being ascended could mean the spirit looks more like what they were like when alive.
Anyway, this is impossible in game for now, but imagine hugging spirits after giving them ascended candles. Because I would die for any of them.

They might only know how to imitate it because of the shiver emote but I don't think they really feel it? They venture Valley early walking barefoot on ice and snow, skating on ice cold underground rink water unbothered and fly around on winter winds if that's not enough evidence.

However I think they do feel danger or pain

Like how they hunch over to protect their light in Eden or duck whenever they go near a Krill. They limp when they lose their light, clutching their chest

When they are holding a friend's hand, you can hear them give off a soft and slow heartbeat.

So, they can feel love?

Also, you have a valid point about them clutching the chest when they are badly hurt in Eden.
