Why do they have those steps at the bottom? Is it an architectural thing? Does it serve a purpose?? Does it hold a meaning???
And, is the fact that there's a diamond shaped hole in all the statues chest hold a purpose, or some kind of symbolism?

Also forgive me if I am wrong, but I don’t think having a spirit with valley elders pants is too far-fetched bc I think one of the forest spirits (apologetic lumberjack) has the same diamond shaped mask as the forest elder, so maybe it isn’t as unusual for a spirit to share cosmetics with an elder as we might think

It could be a sign of favor, like how we are granted elder’s hair for fully completing their constellations, but idk

I think the reason the elders that didn’t get elements have cracked masks is either they fell before the prince came into play, or the lack of elements caused them to fall sooner or take more damage than the other elders. Could also be that they disagreed with prince and fought with him, leading to them being vanquished/injured before the fall, thus the cracked masks

Theres a secret elder of Eden who may have been the first skykid. He is the victor of the trials, and he used a forbidden darkstone that takes up light to push cool door openers technology forward. That caused darkness to flourish and eventually Eden exploded and the King Eden elder went missing and skykids got sent, they mysteriously have his constellation and look like he did at first kinda.

Speaking of Prophecy, I think the reason why the Vault and Isle elders weren't given an elemental light wasn't because they were defected or, exiled of sorts (they probably won't be exiled at the beginning of their own civilization what the heck). It was perhaps because they already had been assigned the roles like how Isle's was to shepherd souls/stars and Vault was supposed to keep knowledge which doesn't necessarily need the aid of the elemental lights

I don't think Prophecy had any hand in the production or rather, the colored orbs were just based off the elemental lights. The time frame between Prophecy and Enchantment must be waaaay big since Prophecy happened at the dawn of the Sky Kingdom whilst Enchantment was during the fall. The people of Enchantment must've found out about it, in desperation to save the crumbling kingdom to restore the lands with the help of Lightseekers and tried to create the same thing though understandably, weaker than its natural elemental counterpart. The red and purple lights were most likely artificial offshoots created by them, I personally think the red light might have signified memories since it was the one that made the ark murals appear while purple light might be power or magic that created the ark shops

From all the player interaction that post Enchantment seasons, including Enchantment itself, require to complete their quests, I would say that yes, Sky kids are helping fulfill their unfulfilled wishes, whether it be restoring the ark, uncovering murals, helping a child finally perform in the colosium like they always dreamed to, building the ultimate tree house, etc.

Basically, you gather them up, bring them to their statues in eden and then ascend with them to their home, orbit.

While they stay behind amongst the stars, you get to be reborn and do it all again.

For my part, I imagined that at the time, the golden desert was once a flourishing land, forests, meadows, glades, rivers and lakes ... but the forest of the flourishing land would have been burned with l 'element of fire (prophecy) to make way for a strong industrialization (compared to the hidden forest, which still paid attention to nature)

I have a theory that before the valley twins they may have had an older sibling that use to rule over the valley of triumph. I think this as when you go to the oob temple in the valley you find starfield memorial which is a constellation consiting of 3 main stars and if you look and the valley twins they both look like they have an arm missing which could mean there was an incident which involed the previous valley elder and the twins. This could also explain if the previous elder was a revitive or sibling why the valley is the only realm with 2 rulers and why starfield Memorial is around. It could be a memorial for a previous valley elder. Its just a theory i put together so it might not make 100% sense.

Light-Dark Hybrid Mushroom Theory:
What if the light mushrooms in forest actually both performed photosynthesis and fed off of other creatures/plants' light to survive instead of choosing one or the other? Darkness tends to feed off of light corpses/excess light and trees grow up into/above the clouds to gain light, but mushrooms may be a mixture of both. Like a light mushroom would be able to flourish in a healthy realm by making energy/food with sunlight, (or whatever makes the sky world so bright 🤠💧) but could also survive in a corrupted environment by sharing light with other creatures that come by. Which is why both you and the light mushroom light up once you get near it. Light mushrooms will also take decayed plants and grow off of it like actual fungi, such as trees, (dead or alive) fertilized, wet earth, humid, OLD walls made of stone, maybe even clay? Overall, mushrooms are an interesting combination of light and dark biological traits made to sustain the ever-changing climate of the Hidden Forest.

Skykids might also be a preventive measure. I think it was spreading before due to the diamond production, which isn’t happening anymore. But also now, everyday plants are being burned and mantas set free.

Sky kids are actually quite powerful like they can tank rocks with little damage, handle winds able to carry rocks, expel small sparks to mimic a sparkler, can’t take fall damage and can’t drown
