When you finish the sliding race at Valley, then, at the temple at the stadium, you go out one of the high windows, and go into cloud tunnel, this happens-
Then if you keep going it does this-
It goes all dark and there are stars

It's where the Valley Temple cutscene with the Twin Elders takes place. If you go down into the center of it, you'll find the twins standing there.
When you activate the shrine in the Temple, the game technically sends you there to watch the cutscene (even if you don't know it)

I’m going— to touch here. Then let you all go wild, because I don’t know what I’m doing. Just—
I’ve become a moth again since beta and have had to relive all the cutscenes for the spirits, and in dawn, I’ve seen it’s very quiet but that families are shipping out candles and troops to the battlefield it seems, but what catches my eye is when two spirits stand over what seems to be a child of light, hinting that they either died recently or that’s just how they’re made, though I lightly doubt it since we wake up the same way and were called upon as a last hope for this war, before all of these ‘spirits’ died, but after the war started, leading me to believe the spirits recently died, moving to prairie, the spirits there seem to just be living there as a community, not really involved with the war too much, onto forest, the spirits there seems to be a lot of misery here and where they search for resources while also being very loving toward eachother, it is almost like you are witnessing their final hours. To valley, this seems to be a place for gambling and entertainment and they might use gambling currency to help the war, but I’m unsure. To wasteland, it is right into the battle field, a great battle seems to have gone on and it reveals the more violent side of the citizens of sky as there are spiked barricades everywhere and are buildings toppled, but this brings a few questions/notes of who the attackers were. They were obviously expecting ground forces, not krill, as if they were expecting krill they would’ve set up defenses higher up, krills don’t seem to be the direct enemy and seem more like drones/patrollers that loom for people, rather than attack although they are capable of toppling buildings with their strike force, we’ve seen they don’t attack unless they see some life, so this couldn’t have been the case, so this brings the question of who or what attacked them (I’ll leave this to you all). Onto vault, this seems to be a library/safe house for obvious

Reasons, there are a lot of multi player doors, usually four player doors, only the mages/staff there seem to be able to open if they work together, not enemy forces, in the final cutscene upon completion of the vault, you are greeted with a weak vault elder that sends a story, a message to you, the player as a final hope to see that you understand what you must do, which is conquer the eye of the storm, where a figure seems to lay, we’ve seen the corruptions this figure at play, but something that interests me and what is different about this scene is that although this elder is damaged, they do not ask for help like the others. They simply wish to tell you something, maybe the battle is still happening but elsewhere, maybe in a different location or plane, which is why these figures appear ghostly to us. We have seen we are able to help them, but maybe it is not obvious how—

ok here is my theory... the prince reopened the ascension beam to restart light creature ascension... some of the elders wanted to go back up to orbit but some thought that neutral creatures accessing a light creature way to heaven would bring devastating side effects... so the elders brought their armies and went to war... then all the TST stuff
after the war ended and the ascension beam was crippled and its emitter was corrupted, the ancestors decided that the elders sucked and they rebelled and imprisoned them in where they r rn.... the prince hid in orbit...
