Many years after the prophets led people to the island and taught them and prepared them for the things that they would face there as they tried to colonize the island. They populated and spread, but then something killed them, most likely radiation of some kind from Eden.

The boats sort of sail through air, but can dock on land that juts up above the clouds (re: forgotten ark). They seem to have been used for trade and transport (re: FA and waving bell maker). Clearly, whatever made the ‘imprints’ spent a lot of time traveling around on boats. So if you go by the “Winged Light = imprints of Alef/Prince, this tells us that he travelled around the world of Sky a lot.

So it turns out that maxing the exposure (as far as my phone will go) only gives enough detail to separate the limbs from the bodies. Photoshop or Lightroom might be able to go higher

Okay my plan failed, because Photoshop does go much higher in exposure but also can wipe out the krill completely so it’s just white

So according to color picker, krill are 060606 — which first of all, 666, but also, if you don’t know how the color system works, that is darkity dark dark. Usually the rule of thumb with art is that you don’t use pure black, but TGC has come very close. In simpler terms: it is physically possible to discern the krill’s shape and body structure, it will just be really hecking difficult.

The thing about vantablack (or any representation of absolute black) is that light cannot escapes it. Say if you shine a light onto a vantablack object, they will look no different because they have absorbed the light and there's nothing to reflect back on our eyes

Also, since I haven't come up with any good theories yet, I would like to propose some questions.
What is the season quest giver and how did they die? When a new season starts, we get to relive all the spirits that once inhabited there but not the quest giver. For example: we kinda established that the spirits in sanctuary island most likely have died there but we never get to see what happened to the quest giver. She just stood there asking us to restore the bell structure and united the sanctuary spirits at the end. We know practicality nothing abt her, we can't even be sure that she died there at some point.
Another thing to look at is in the more recent seasons (starting from season of enchantment), the quest givers stay even after the season has gone by. Every other spirits moved on, go back to the sky (or something along that line I'm not sure tbh).
