So I noticed there's water in the deeper portion of the vault. Which is weird. Where is it coming from? Also it's clean. Not that poison from wasteland. And considering that vault is sandwiched between wasteland and the storm, it would make sense for the acidic poison to be eating through the vault. But it's /clean/. Thoughts?

Speaking of a post apocalyptic event, the beginning cutscene does elude to o s, with all the light disappearing and all, which probably was a relatively long time ago, long enough for the Golden Wasteland to become, well, a Wasteland. The Krill were probably there before the event, as the Golden Wasteland is all about fighting, but their numbers probably went up after said event. Maybe Eden used to have a tribe, too, but the event was from Eden so it wiped them out.

So i have been checking the little octagonal pyramid thing in isle, prairie, and forest
This is the isle one in the old sky the pyramid can be activated but now it cant
There is a butterfly shape that attach to that pyramid
And this is from the prairie
I believe the symbol that attach to that pyramid is this
And that is a manta symbol
And we can activate it by activating all 3 bells in the 3 little island there
And this is the forest one
And i think it have the same symbol as the prairie one

About the ark, my idea is that the spirits are scholars that travel to every realm, and after they got caught in the storm and crashed in wasteland, they started to try and rebuild shelter and while at it, a possible 'cure' for wasteland, and these are the lights we had to collect to complete the ark and unlock the spell market

- i think the krill came from something similar to the early on evolution and differentiation of species in our timeline
thinking about it, krill in general (in our world) are a huge staple food in a lot of sea creature’s diets; they are a keystone species
however, if the populations become reversed enough, prey animals can end up eating the predators
so in a scenario where the krills were outnumbered by, lets say the mantas (who happen to be predators of the krill irl), the krill (prey) could end up eating the manta (predator). if the cycle continued, the krill could change their diets to light creatures. or they could just have really bad eyesight and percive everything as microscopic organisms (what they eat irl)
i also think krill couldve once been light creatures... i mean they do emit bioluminescent light through their organs irl
or maybe im comparing sky to irl events more than i should

its confusing how the krill eats the manta in wasteland. usually, prey numbers should outnumber predators 3:1, but we see 1 manta and 10 krill. unless there is a hidden manta population, or krill end up feeding on children too often

Different people will have different theories, @magic stream! The devs said in a livestream last year that he’s not in the world the way that the other ancestor spirits are, but of course signs of his existence are all over.
Personally I think he was connected to the giant shattered power diamond that’s in the center of Eye of Eden, and that he holds much of the responsibility for the destruction of the kingdom

How do Sky children see? We know they have eyes under their masks, but those eyes are always closed. They have “eyes” on their masks but I don’t know how they would use them to see?

so i found out that there's a common leitmotif between hidden forest theme and the piano music that plays right before you are reborn. the music that plays as you get reborn is in dflat minor/csharp minor. hidden forest theme has the same leitmotif - just in c minor.
this might be a bit of a stretch, but is it because forest is the first realm that introduces the possibility of death? (capeless technique in prairie aside) so then the key shifts up (i think) since you're still in orbit, though after the music ends you go right back down. so death might be what this leitmotif is associated with?
also, hidden forest's music doesn't have a 'closure' to it. but in the ending credits part, there is a 'closure' (idk how else to describe it) to the music. this might signify the end of your life though it leads to a new one(???)

they've basically harnessed it so much without any signs of running out of it that they've branched out from infrastructure and quality of life improvements to simple leisure and entertainment -- that kind of idea, in the twins' case
i remember there being theories about how the sky kids are actually the king or prince in some form...but more generally, i wonder if the vault elder was just acknowledging our character as performing a role similar to the king in some way in his cutscene
because after putting the light in the diamond, he gives it back to us, then all the elders appear and bow in our direction before the last mural of eden lights up -- and in that mural, the king's seemingly holding a ball of something, similarly to the object our character's now holding
makes me wonder if the vault elder was reaffirming that we've now been entrusted with the light of the world, since our character has been running around trying to save everyone -- sorta similar to how the king was meant to guide the people and rule in a way that would benefit them all

basically, back when i made the theory i was under the impression that dark plants will grow on dead things like fungi do. and the reason why there was no light on the whale bones was because i believed whales werent entities of light, like something lacking light but not necessarily "dark" creatures
like a neutral mob
