Okay y’all it’s theory time about the final shard memory, please let me know what you think or if any of you have similar thoughts..

Throughout sky we have been shown that there is a significant connection between light creatures, humans/ spirits, the land and life beyond. We can see first hand that there is a natural cycle of life in the sky kingdom with sky children and light creatures probably being the only anomaly- we can reincarnate.

Part 1: My theory is the “prince” was a child of light, that naturally grew up and ruled the realms and eventually turned into the king, the elders of the realms were his advisers, together they formed a great bond and made huge leaps and bounds in terms of raising the kingdom/ creating new technologies and elevating it’s civilisation. For some unforeseen reason the king sought out gaining more power than necessary, in the first picture we can see a figure eating an orb. This is also the last mural we see of the king, please correct me if im wrong.. this made the king exponentially ill and he eventually died. Part 2 coming after cooldown 😂

Part 2: The bond that he formed with the elders was stripped away causing a huge amount of grief, forest elder made it a priority to find a way to return his soul to the kingdom of sky, together the elders combined their knowledge and resources and built the red shard, and placed it at the top of eden - the closest reach to the heavens.
They encapsulated the kings physical form within the artificially made red crystal and activated it, in the second image we are seeing the kings soul being drawn back from the heavens back to the crystal where his body lays, we also see a barrier between the red crystal and the “soul” for anyone who has attempted to fly beyond the barrier knows that you are unable to, my theory is that this almost acts as a star gate that we see all across the sky realms and the main requirement for getting through is your death ☠️ of course trying to resurrect the king through these unnatural means upset the balance of the life cycle in sky and subsequently caused the big explosion, which then spread the “corrupt” intentions of the elders throughout the realms of sky.

Even though they did it out of love for the king it still went against the natural flow of life and lead to the downfall of the sky kingdom. This is also why i believe that there is no eden constellation or “elder” because his soul is either trapped in the shard or left wandering unable to return to the stars bound to the land, which also kinda feeds into my theory about us being the kings reincarnated soul but looking at the realms from a fresh naive perspective… let me know your thoughts.

I have purified the red dark shard of the hermit.
The floating red rocks are in the way, but when they hit you, they just blow you away and you don't take any damage.
I was excited when I could successfully collect the pieces of light by flying between the rocks. So much fun!

the mask will prevent you from starting to crawl while taking damage. however, it is a one-time-use until you restore the mask again. and yes, restoring requires you to meditate at the temple or visit orbit

Concept pants I did a while back, alongside hair and a mask (dated)

• I call this the Ancient Whisperer of the Darkness set.

• the suit contain a deep crimson turtle-neck oversized jumper

• a krill tendril poking out of a steel shoulder plate with a krill face on it, this is held together my leather straps going from the opposite end of the plate and under the left arm. The end of the straps are welded together by PNR shards that have been melted down as a mold for a gold ring surrounding a miniature PNR diamond

• the ends of the sleeves of the turtleneck are floof from Spinning Mentor's leftovers after she'd finsihed her cape, finsihed with black mitten like gloves

• we have a purple pair of pants, similar to that of Rhythm pants crossed with cargo pants, that are comfy material to keep us warm in the coldest of environments (like water trial)

• completed with studded blades on the heels of comfortable leather boots.

• the mask is a void black mask, with a shallow scrape of a krill attack in the right cheek of the mask. Due to injury in GW and Eden, the mask has been welded together by PNR rocks melted down to form bright crimson cracks from the eyes. As the mask is fueled by darkness the eyes and power gem of the forehead glow a strong crimson too.

• hair is floofy and grown out, flowing freely in the wind.

• all design and concept is my own work

I believe it's not about losing wls, it means that after the krill or crab will attack you but the prop will get in the way it'll broke, but not immediately it will stay a little longer?

Since they said props can shield you I tried using it in front of me but it is the same, haven’t tried it on crabs yet, I think it’slike you said, the crabs will attack the probs instead of us for shielding matters and can handle damage before it disappears,, but what I meant is and what I was testing was, I thought since it will shield some damage, it will reduce the damage taken by us if we got krilled, but apparently not

The goddess statues doing it is fine, but it'd feel much more organic if it was an npc. Especially since spirits from other seasons are now super involved with some daily quests like admiring the sampling, and the spirits in the music hall.

So this is why I really get frustrated and disheartened by the insistent focus on forced social and group events - people do not participate! They let others do all the hard work and then just take the unearned rewards.

This is such a sad and common story from my experience! I was in Sanctuary today for flying rock shard event and of the four people present, two people refused to help or participate during the actual cleaning of the darkness. They waited for us to do all the work then ran over to sit on the circle to participate in the memory shard collections at the end to get the ACs. It’s not fair and not right. It’s really impossible to do these new tornado shard events without help.

In the beginning im trying to get them to talk to me and they just totally ignore me.
