Me & my friend @signal mirage last night on beta, it was so much fun ❤️ and great beta journey so far!

So this morning, as usual, I went to update my beta program and it took me the beta test application I had to click Visit playstore option but I clicked opt-out and now I'm out of beta due to that, as usually the update opens Playstore but it didn't.

It comes little dramatic but Sky has held a special place in my life from past year, helping me through so many things in difficult times and finding great friends.

The new season has been one of the best season so far, in my Sky journey from Dreams, I have been playing Beta from past Assembly,

& it its been a great ride of emotions from joining to being surprised with new updates or something more in the inbox,

the testers and developers really work so much for making the sky a better place as it is now in the public version,

I don't know how long now I can access the Sky beta latest update but I will be at as many places as I can, test as many things I can until the next beta wave we get, sit at the Sanc, and wait for the sunset to come and later watch you all here in Beta discussion enjoying more fun things to come forward ❤️

i don't really talk here much but i will say i really love the new hair and i hope it doesn't change too much, i think it's a nice way for new players who weren't able to get owl hair to have something similar, i'd been waiting to play sky for years before the switch release since i had a really outdated phone so i wasn't able to run the game before that, and owl hair has been one of my most wanted cosmetics but i know it's not really fair to bring it back, so i think this is a good compromise
i get why some people aren't happy about it, but i think it's a really nice way to sort of redistribute ultimate gifts whilst keeping them somewhat fresh for older players and similar enough for newer ones who missed out

Honestly, I don't know why veterans are complaining about penguin hair... In fact it looks like owl hair, but in relation to that, look how many cosmetics there are in Sky that look like it too... I think they should drop this toxic thought of exclusivity and accept the fact that TGC wants to come back with the ultimates of old seasons. Just like every Mobile game returns the old items, Sky wants to come back too.

3D artist here (just a hobbyist though), it looks like the pixelation is caused by the tris of the model of the hair since it’s forming a very specific diamond pattern! Might be caused by a number of things, like possibly being inside out, not having smooth shading applied, or just some materials being funky. It’ll likely be fixed uwu though should send to feedback to make sure TGC sees it

An altered version of the past owl hair back into the game in a great idea! My question is, a year later there would be new players who would've missed out on this season. Does that mean there'll be a third season of rhythm as well? Is replicating past seasons more important than originality? As a 2019 player, I support the returning of past ults into the game in a fair way. I don't think there'll be as much drama as people predict. The penguin hair is beautiful, but it's only ever just a duplicate. People will only remember it as owl hair 2.

Good point you have here! But bringing back the original ult gift from a past season instead of an altered replica seems like a more reasonable idea. This way, many players have a chance to experience past ults, regardless of which platform they're on(android ios switch).Creating replicas to replace the original seems like tgc is overly complicating this matter. The returning of past ults is actually beneficial to the community since they have become so rare and dying out.

Yes I agree that this new season has so much more to offer. But ults are meant to be special and unique with each season, after all it's the final reward of completion. Ult rewards are known to change oftenly in beta, take assembly for example. I'd like to argue this isn't as small of a matter as it seems. Bringing back past ults has been a topic in this community for a very long time, so a duplicate ult is naturally going to raise suggestions that tgc will look over to.

the impossible umbrella on their back you can't obtain that umbrella in beta. Theres one which is similar and kind of a light purple which is obtainable. But not the actual blue ult umbrella. People hack it basically. Pines explains it a lot better

not a progress wipe, instead it was that lightseekers only ran for about ~2 weeks in beta and we didnt have the extra daily season candles, so there was only enough time to maybe complete two spirits. Though you are correct in that umbrella being unobtainable-best to report anyone who has it!

The exception is a purple version of that umbrella. It was the first version of the ult in lightseekers beta and used to be on a season spirit. It was removed, but during one update the purple version got added back to the closets of those players who had purchased it originally

There is a bug with the constellation where if you light/send hearts to someone, it shows them needing hearts again. Trying to send multiple hearts doesn't drain your candles luckily, and they do only get 1 heart the first time you send it.

i know everyone's excited about the update rn but here's a couple ideas for the turtle cape, first one is all flat and more like a turtle shaped fabric instead of an actual body and a shell, and i added some gold patterns on the shell as well, second one is more like a backpack and it's more round and thick than the current one! 🐢
