chibis cosmetics usually dont really change size too much from the original so it goes past the waist and covers the legs slightly, but for taller people the cape does not go past the waist

it goes for hair too i think, but its less noticeable

which is also why sometimes you'll get weird hair glitches for chibi hair like wig seams sticking out
