• Season of Duet became plural as the Season of Duets (same for the Duet Guide becoming Duets Guide)
• The appearance of the Seasonal mannequin "Spirits" upgraded again. The cello got some color, and the Abyss and Revival symbols appeared on the nearby stones
• Favorite emotes wheel UI was tweaked again!
• Favorite emotes are back to appearing at the top of the expression menu again.
• A new circle appears around the wing icon. It's black by default, and fills up blue when you press + hold the icon. This brings up the fav emote wheel.
• The wheel now indicates the saved level of favorited emote! (This is best illustrated by the close-up screenshot I borrowed from cy. In it, bow is saved at level 1 and boogie is saved at level 4.)

• "News" option added to the ⚙️ menu !!! It contains recent TGC news blogs and patch notes, which can be read in-game
• Tapping the Daily Quest icons on the Map Shrine now pull up your daily quest list
• When teleporting to the Tournament event, a 30 min cape spell is placed on you! It has a unique icon with the Hidden Forest constellation symbol on it
• Favorite emotes wheel now has text displaying the saved emote level, instead of the nodes (it's blank for level 1 emotes, however)
• Stretching Lamplighter, Baffled Botanist, and Lively Navigator all have minor appearance tweaks!
• Lamplighter's collar was removed and they got proper sandals instead of a simple texture
• Botanist's Assembly pendant scarf was removed
• Navigator's collar was also removed and they got proper sandals as well

Sent this to beta-feedback, this issue was annoying me for a while and I thought the favorite emote menu might fix it since we could also add home to it. If others have a similar issue it could help to feedback as well.

Here’s what I said:
“I liked being able to hold down the top half of the screen to summon the favorite emote menu, because on smaller devices the regular menu is often covered up by candles/tickets etc. especially when forging a candle. Sometimes I have to wait for them to go away before I can go home with my friends (not a long time, but it’s annoying). Maybe if we could hold down a wider area around the regular menu to summon the favorites menu, wide enough that it’s below the candles?”

My main goal was just to try to match the poster more... I gave up trying to redesign the mask and just did a recolor plus some dots.

For the pants I noticed it seemed they made the top darker blue to match the cape, so I took that dark blue and put it on the pants and then made the top black so this mask recolor would match. Also wanted golden tattoos like on arm and tried to match the trim on the shirt.

(Ignore mask isn't color matched above I literally ran out of patience bc I did have it black but with the redesign on top that I scrapped bc I ended up disliking it but bc I merged the layers I couldn't just keep it black raaah )

• The design of the poster in the concert hall changed a bit! The lighting here also seems to have gotten slightly brighter + bluer.

• (This is the wall directly across from the mannequins selling the Seasonal items.)

• The design of the banners bracketing the poster in the concert hall changed slightly, no longer displaying the Season's symbol.
• The poster also appears torn at first, before being restored with the completion of Quest 2. (This torn version was briefly visible in the previous update, but it transformed into the restored version immediately after entering the area.)

• Yet another update to the appearance of the Seasonal mannequins area, displaying the new items.

Emoji editing on favorites through a controller isn't obvious at first. Rather interesting basically you have to open the wheel first. Hold the button for it then open the emote menu then steer the right joycon to select which slot to write the new favorite emoji. This is too much yap from me already but it amazes me how this works on the code

We can put home and candle actions into the wheel Quality of life improvements. The candle shortcut is basically a way to mitigate interaction overlapping between opening the friend tree and burning plants/lighting candles while candle running with friends.

Spells also work 🤸‍♂️

Edit: You can't spell the emote and utility wheel without a W. Therefore, this is a W feature 🗣️ 🔥 💯
