Hey uhh idk if i should put this here, but i did a bug report but im hoping theres some way to fix this now and not just with an update in the future.
i somehow clipped through the bottom of eden instead of being able to interact with the child. everything is red, i got the cutscene but it threw me back into this abyss and im feeling a bit hopeless about getting either my candles or my levels back after all of this

Wanted to see the bug report if you've sent any screenshots, but sure you've submitted the bug report fully?🤔 Mind sending a screenshot? If you're a blue orb flying above Eden, it's a common bug and restarting + return shrine fixes it^^
That's if that's the bug you're having, since there's another that's pretty rare but nothing fixes it afaik- And there's many other fixable ones 🏃

i have the game on my switch so no screencaps, i did fully submit the report bc it tagged me. It was a different glitch, i wasn't a blue orb my character didn't exist as a whole. Everything was red and i couldn't interact with the npc in order to move past this section. HOWEVER i fixed it! :D I was worried about restarting the game as eden can be touchy but it got me unstuck and prompted me to return to the cutscene!

Wasteland is terrifying. Eden had its moments but overall wasn’t that bad. I went into it knowing I was going to die. I was only krilled twice, and saved around 15 souls. I won’t be going back anytime soon, but I’m glad I ran it.

no. If you fly close to them you get some wax. Wing buffs come from the spirit tree, after you buy the buff you will see the spirits giving you wing buff on the way to reborn

I have one for the infinite rock rain: don't jump, just walk. Jumping will knock you off your feet

Was able to help my friend get the winged lights in Eden, only one thing went wrong but no one lost any lights!
I got completely grayed out, still not sure how that happened... I didn't think I was that close to a crystal, unless that's a thing that happens if you get too close to a Krill which I had no idea about.
Again, the mission was successful either way!

It happened to me too, on my first Eden run through. You’re defo not alone, but it only happened once and then never again
You’ll get everything you earn from going through Eden from before-around the time it crashed. It plays out the few seconds before you die, before the section where you approach the other sky child to go into Orbit
It should be fine for now, though

there is a known bug where you start following a non-existant skid into the sky instead of the game registering that everyone has died (idk how much it has been reported to TGC but I have had it and have seen it plenty in this channel), eventually as you get far enough from the map it causes the game to crash (it's probably something like a fatal math error).

Tried heading through eden yesterday, most of the statues were already lit, probably because a lot of people were already there, but RIGHT WHEN I'm about to die, I see a lot of unlit statues at the very end of the storm.
Long story short, I only ended up with about 3 candles

Tip: try Googling the spirit you want to buy something from, so you don’t use your candles and hearts to unlock a trade of something that cost really much. (The cheapest cape is the orange/yellow one from the holding buterfly emote spirit, it costs 5 hearts, you can buy it if you want to change from the brown cape as fast as you can)

You should still be able to get back there once you load up the game again, I know my first Eden run I crashed before I was able to hug the other kid (the king?) in the void. I relauched the game and use the return shire to get back.

Tip for saving the statues: light a lamp before you save each statue. As you do so, go in a line following the direction of the statues. For example, if you’re going straight ahead, and you see a lamp and 3 statues in one group, light the lamp first then save the three statues. That way you have several lit up checkpoints from where you started up until the checkpoint you’re currently located, so that way you can recharge each time if needed. Continue lighting the unlit lamps BEFORE giving away your light. In the end you’ll have saved a vast majority of the statues in eden. However, I cannot guarantee you’ll get all 63 of them, but maybe (I’m just estimating) around 40-50 give or take. Hope this helps!

It’s called orbit wl, you get an extra wl every time you enter the portal to exit orbit. (You can actually hear yourself getting it, in the cutscene right after you enter the portal. Don’t skip the cutscene until you hear it)

tgc has been rebalancing eden lately to make it so players with a lot of wl don't have to wait to die. previously they made you walk very slowly in the endless rock rain, but that was received really poorly. so now they've changed it so that you lose more wl at once if you have above a certain amount

The max is 15.75, so 10 is generally good. Bring more wl, you need 140-150+ to get all statues, so I wouldn't stress about it getting all if you have less than that. And don't forget that you can go more than once a week. Some people go back to save statues they haven't saved previously, but that's up to you since it's time consuming. Minimizing how many zigzags you do in the endless rain and how many wl you lose in the first part is pretty important too

Yes! And you don't even need like 140, ..you can go there with a bit less that 130.. you just have to be careful of the rocks and yea. I got 15 on my last 2 runs, so I wish you luck!

your standard fare, of course, accidentially bumped into a crowd at the beginning, made sure the stragglers were ok, and next thing you know i'm helping out two moths and losing a lot of lights getting them back on track.

there was someone before us in the same server, didn't see them beside the blue orb in pnr that happily spammed emotes and i think was putting torches down for us. they went on ahead of me and the one remaining moth in orbit, and was reborn before i got to see them.
props to them, and props to the moth for a remarkably good first eden trip. very brave lil buddy

The perfect time is when the krill is passing to the right side and the rocks just ended. I would run to the rock pile to the left and try to get to the storm lock. If you're half way there to the storm lock and you see the krill coming, keep going unless the wind or rocks are being a bully.

Hi! I have a question. When you run/jump at the last red rock rain area, do you lose more wl than walking? which you think is better to do, walk or run?

you don't lose more based on how you're moving, that's depending on how many wl you have. I definitely fall more when jumping, though
