If you pass the point of no return, yes. Death is the only next step. You're in what's called "stormlock." There is a way to glitch out of stormlock with a chibi mask, but it only works if you didn't give a winged light to a statue.
The point of no return is quite obvious, it has a pop up and a message

I'm legit proud of myself, it's not much, but I've managed to get friends to the pnr 3 times today, after yesterday never having been inside eden beyond the pre-krill door
(yeah okay maybe I did it with oob, hence why it's literally a worthless achievement, but I'm still proud, I mean I pulled off the oob thrice without fail)

while the wind makes it worse, i think its safer to wait until it goes to the right, and the rain is stopping soon, then rush to the pnr cave
normally if you try to go when it goes to the left it turns back to spot you way easier

We don't know if that update was intentional, but assume it's a bug because there were no mentions of it in patch notes. Avoid jumping and look for low steps you can just walk over^^

Yeahhh! I dont mind that change all that much tbh - I can still get them all! It was mostly the impenetrable (at the moment) wind wall for me. Decided to test the wall on a taller skykid and i got through 🤔 Tried both simply walking/running and the jumping technique on some different angles on the shorter skykid but I still couldnt make it

One died, we tried to save him but failed. Each statue saved rewards 0.25 of an Ascended candle. There are 63 statues in Eden that reset weekly. You can get up to 15.75 Ascended candles each week. Eden resets on Sunday's reset. You use those ascended candles for wing buffs or to ascend friendships. You can buy other stuff from the Ark shop, but I highly suggest ascending all the regular spirits first.

Without running it twice before it resets, it's improbable to get all status under 130 stars. Straight shot from start of rock rain to end took 75 stars of damage. It varies though as you can randomly lose two or three at a time... 3 very rarely, but I got it.

You will get less candles to none if you do it twice in the same week. The statues you save will disappear until Eden reset for you to save them again. It's just like candles reset daily, except it's weekly and not daily. A reason someone might got twice or more is if they saved half of statues or less. There are 63 statues, 1 statue = 0.25 ac

Beta just gets patch notes early due to testing fixes. I am sure the "This change was intentional but had a bigger effect than intended" note will be in the official live patch notes when they release the update with the revert.

In beta so far, they have said that they intended to change it a bit, but it wasn't meant to be this bad. So they are working on fixing it to revert it back mostly to how it was before. That's all we can really say about it until the update goes live

There’s this part right before pnr where the last krill is, and for some reason I’m having a harder time getting past it that normal. In the past I’ve been able to wait for the rocks to fly by from that little hidey hole and squeeze my way in, but lately it’s been getting harder and harder to do so. I’m maybe a few paces away from the door and I don’t even jump, but when I’m ubering it can get really painful when you’re starting over from the bottom of that slope for the umpteenth time. Was this intentional or is it a glitch?

Wind strength was an intentional change. It seems if you're a smaller height, that staircase to the tunnel is pretty brutal, though. If you have a tall spell, that would make it a walk in the park.

It was intentional but pretty much everyone complained, so TGC is working out changing it back to normal in near future. Look for the low stairs that you can just walk over, wait til the krill passes to the right and avoid jumping

Hm, I'm not sure I know it off the top of my head; I think I miss a lot of audio subtitles because I have unusually low tolerance for instantaneous dynamic range in audio.. I end up having to adjust volume settings all the damn time to balance between sounds I can perceive but can't make out and sounds that are intolerably loud (which, unsurprisingly, drown other noises out unless I really concentrate on them)
I'm sure it happens to everyone a bit but I find that it's an issue with pretty much every game, show, twitch stream (e.g. game vs streamer) and not specific to any speaker or headset

Like basically you’re going to die but not before you save others and then essentially you’re also a frozen dark statue until another skykids sacrifices their wing light to save you so you can be reborn. In my brain every new player is someone that was saved from Eden or every reborn skykid that died in Eden

The fire trial breaks my brain 
I could learn it better than I have but I'm not particularly good at marrying up e.g. an externally provided map to the actual layout I see on the ground because the landmarks are candles and the map looks far neater than I can see it being from side on in certain places
I'm bad with spatial orientation in general though; To use a programming analogy, I'm good at working with a space, but my short-term memory is fragile and I'm bad at doing transforms between local and global spaces 
The darkness makes it so painfully difficult to maintain directional orientation, too.

No, when you die, your status cannot be lit by anyone else since it has a golden light on it. Every time you go to eden, the statues that are there will be there the whole time. Your statue isn't an actual statue. Just showing where you died

It's not a matter of tricks really; There was one point where I missed a particular turn in a wall for an hour, and then another hour with a map in front of me because I just had too much trouble mentally mapping where I was standing onto the map; It wasn't even that I was placing myself on the map incorrectly, more than I couldn't clearly picture my surroundings enough in my head to verify that I placed myself correctly. At that point it's possible to differentiate between getting completely lost and overlooking something.

In my case it was mainly because of slight ambiguities in my perception of angles.. the arrangement of candles on the map never looked like what I had in my head, the position of each candle relative to another wasn't right.

i just finished eden, it made me walk slowed than normal. im annoyed at the fact i went in there w 126 wings and couldnt go faster becuz of glitches.... my friend couldnt even give any to the statues

I've honestly had pretty good ubers to eden so far; The only thing is they basically skipped the WL right outside the hall (which I agreed to) because it's very high risk; at some point I'll practice it to get it from the hall solo.
Other than that all the ubers I've had got there pretty safely
