Fun fact(or lil secret) for anyone going through Eden for fun: Once you get to the part where you are on your way to orbit, listen to the background music. Once Aurora starts singing/humming, honk your sky kid aggressively. They will honk to the tune of the background music. It’s the cutest thing I swear . It’s the part where you are flying with the groups of sky kids. Don’t know if this is just a thing that went over my head, but it’s pretty neat

But when you get ascended candles after eden, do you have to spend them while you’re in orbit in order to get extra wedges or will you get them anyway if you don’t use them there? I never have any left over for traveling spirits and such because I spend them all in eden 😭

You will only get the wing buffs once you go through orbit. If you buy the wing buffs in orbit you will get them straight away! If you buy them in home space, you will have to go through Eden and get reborn.

Is it true you can skip the dragon part of you get the chibi mask and go through a wall???

the weird stiff stance you get when youre not hunched over in eden feels like when youre walking but actively keep your arms at your side

oh yeah you absolutely can clip thru one of the walls, you dont even need a chibi mask, but it's pretty hard to figure out where you can land at and not get stuck or blown off around the hallway entrance

you gotta jump forwards into this crevasse until you go thru the wall and after that yoire more or less on your own. i recommend at least activating the first cutscene (before the rocky area) before doing it though so it doesnt pull your camera back. you can easily avoid the second cutscene though

speedrunners apparently use this trick but ive tried it before and. well it sure was Something

its easy to get stuck if you dont know where to land. i have no idea where the correct place to land is in order to go straight into the hall though

definitely recommend either having a few glow spells or a firework staff. or i guess a lantern but idk how many people actually have those. what im trying to say is its DARK

but yeah even if you dont start any cutscenes, open the door to the second area since if you go too far youll hit one of those walls that'll put you back at a checkpoint and you cant open it from the outside

also the castle at the top is largely non solid and has a very strong downwards wind current

but you can still check it out

Well earth trial had a few shortcuts. It was patched. Remember them stating not the way it was intended to be played or something. So...from that perspective it was supposed to be hard fight against raging storm to reach the summit. Hope they don't think it is not appropriate to fly all the way...

oh yeah the FUNNIEST (in a mean kinda way) thing that can happen in eden is like. when ur pulling a newer player along with you and you get caught in the rocks and you get smacked and it barely does anythign but they get smacked and it throws them straight into super hell

I found that if you can do the 4-5 candle rotating cube with patience

You need to use the same method for final stretch

Stand and move with the platform and jump when things align.. Then stop at s platform and move with it and so on

watch out for the red crsytals on the floor! the small ones drain your light and the big ones will take your WL if you touch them
the friendship emote hug is very useful because it recharges you quickly if you guys get drained! deep calls work very well too
do Not try to fly at all- eden is almost entirely on foot until you get a little more experienced. the wind is very strong and in a lot of spots, flying can get you sent all the way to the start again
take your time most of all! dont worry about going fast or getting thru quickly. look around, it's easy to get a little lost, so go slow and stick together

Yep after going through orbit you get ascended candles that you can trade with the spirits for wing buffs but yeah you gotta collect all the winged light again

I've never gone through eden with anyone, always just kinda went by myself. But somehow today, I went to eden and ended up getting into the statue area and loading into a server that just finished as I was coming in (idk how it happened because I didn't see anyone else on my way up to pnr). So as I was running around saving statues, the 4 people kept honking at me as the blue lights that were following me.... I've never had that happen before and ahhh it was so stressful. I felt bad they had to sit through my whole run right as they finished theirs

You can try asking in #looking-for-group-live . There are a lot of people who uber others through eden using the oob. Just ask for an uber for eden the oob way (probably specify you want to use the rock clip one or you might get someone who uses a different oob)

There are also YouTube videos detailing how to do it if you want to check those out. I can send you the one I used if you'd like. I would take you but I'm new to this oob. I can do it, but I have a little trouble getting back in at the top sometimes. I don't want you to lose wl if I land wrong or something

I always struggle with eden, especially near the top just before the hallway where the dragon roams, I get greedy and go for that one winged light and just end up getting caught by the dragon or blown all the way back down

Maybe next time I’ll ask for an Uber haha
