I went eden today with my friend . I died faster then him ...and i became blue light .. it follows him ..after certain time. I was again alive and after few sec i become again blue light... It happens continuously even after my friend bdoe too.. he was also repeating the same process.. i have to restart the game again and again still it continued to be same.... Why any idea.. it never happened to me before

If you die too far from the end you can get stuck in the death loop, if you die too close to the end you can get stuck in the death loop, if you go in a group you can get stuck in a death loop. Basically you can get stuck in a death loop and it sometimes happens. Dying a few more times always fixes it

So save as many as you can

And dont jump/skip in the red rock rain area

focus on lighting the lanterns and keeping your cape energy up - since this will prevent winged light from being wasted and not given to statues

the statues you leave winged light at will have disappeared if you go to the last area again before reset. you can still get the remaining ones to maximize your profits - but the last area needs a ton of stars to reach the last statues.

@grand umbra Being patient and waiting really help when you're in Eden. And light the children up, as many as possible and then at the end when there isn't any more shelter you just keep running and lighting children until you die. 🙃

The biggest advice that was helpful to me when I started was to make sure to light all the shrines that have a flame so you can recharge near them

Because of that advice (and the amount of winged light I went in with), I was able to get about 12 ascended candles my first time in Eden

It’s 4 statues for 1 candle, so you need at least 40 winged light to get 10 ascended candles, for example

I wish my first time was with a group because doing Eden solo as a moth was brutal

But it’s a different experience alone as well

it's slightly confusing because at the beginning it says you risk losing your winged light
when you hit stormlock, you're forced to lose them all (don't remember what the path into stormlock says though)
