Well here's the thing, if you go to Eden to be reborn, getting no lights out meaning you didn't get krilled is good enough, getting 10 more wings along the way is already a bonus but if you do get krilled, you'll get some back along the way which is also fine as long you don't lose too much and still get a few more as a small bonus

At this point having 100 wings is already enough for all statues

The problem with losing wings is having to explore all the realms again for each spot where they are and that itself is tedious so some players would just continue with the story but for my first time, I wanted to find every wing before I get my first reborn, I looked up a guide for all the locations and this was before the season btw so the ark was after my 3rd Reborn I think iirc, and my god I just completely memorized already without having to look up again for a guide on where they are

And let me tell you the experience with getting krilled for the first time isn't so bad, losing one wing and getting back before it got lost was a sign that I know what will happen if I do get caught by a krill again

You get more by having more winged lights to give out. There are 63 statues in there that reset weekly for a maximum of 15.75 candles a week.

The wing buffs will be lost if you get attacked by a krill without any additional stars

#

You can only get those wing buffs back if you head back through eden

#

Other than that, wing buffs are permanent

#

Once you unlock them, they should always be there.

You can get more ascended candles by saving the kids in the last area! You can only save the max of 63 kids a week, with each kid giving you 0.25 ascended candles. You can check to see when eden resets the statues by using the !er command here! The more stars you have, the more kids you’ll be able to save.

What do people mean by winged buffs at the end of eden?

So when you make go into eden, there's a room at the very end where there will be children in a petrified state

#

You save those children by giving them the winged lights or children of the light that you have collected on your journey

#

Each and every children you save will give you 1/4 of an ascended candle when you die in eden, reborn, and fly into orbit

#

The ascended candles that you receive can then be used to ascend the spirits that you have relived the memories of

#

These spirits will then give you a wing buff when you head out of orbit and back home

#

The wing buff works in the same way as the children of light

Except if you get attacked by a krill or something and lose a winged light when you haven't collected any children of the light, you lose a wing buff which you can't get back until you go through eden again

Currency and game cycles wise, yeah! Eden resets weekly and candle light reset daily, so if you want to gather them you should plan your play time around that

@real mantle kinda, in the way to eden a tall size won't make a big difference about getting hit or not in most zones and in eden there's some few rocks that won't full protect you against collateral damage from rocks explosions, but being too small or chibi would make you harder to move, too many jumps in some zones and probably will make you slower
