Hi! I’ve been having an issue with purchasing items lately and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows how to fix it.

On the same day, I purchased the “Fortune Ribboned Ponytail” for myself and gifted my friend the “Days of Fortune Muralist’s Smock.” After that, I tried to gift her another in-app purchase, but I kept getting these errors:
• “The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time. Please try again later.”
• “Purchase Failed! An unknown error occurred.”

Here’s what I’ve already tried:
• Waiting before attempting to gift again
• Resetting my router
• Restarting my device
• Logging out of and back into my iTunes / Apple account
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
• Checking my balance

You can talk to the Guide inside the big tree there to start the Season of Assembly quests. They unlock all 3 passages to the different Forest treehouses and additionally turn the rain off in that area. Rain is off for half the week when complete but you can manually turn it off by reliving the final quest scene after you finish. Most quests but the first require multiple players, but you can find assistance for them on #looking-for-group-live. Hope that helps!

Devs don't usually answer the bug reports in the server, tho they do read them.
Also would be nice if you mentioned your device in your message, as that element can help other players like us to try to answer, if we are aware of any known issues regarding a certain type of device.
I'm not familiar with the OnePlus 15. But if it uses GPU Adreno 840 might not be it, unless there's an issue with a driver or smth.
But if I were you, I would do the basic trouble shoot, such as checking all is updated (OS, Google Play or equivalent, Game center or equivalent), enough space in the device, internet performance (there are tools like Ookla Speedtest you can use for that purpose), and so on.

How do I get more event wax for days of fortune? I already collected all the tickets around the area but there was extra wax to collect the first few days before the carousel was built i could collect it by interacting with a spirit and just grabbing the wax from the area it was on before it was built. Theres only normal candle wax now. Neither the spirits offer event wax anymore nor can i collect it by being in the carousel. Idk if this is a bug but im genuinely curious.

You can restart it by going home -> fly to the cave of prophecies, and then you can follow the guide
Or alternatively go back some platforms to a checkpoint which surely matches with the guide. Water trial can feel like it has dead ends when you don't follow the right path
