Check your connection on https://speedtest.net in case your internet provider got tangled - if your ping latency is more than 35ms or your download speed is less then 30 Mbps, you should call your internet service provider for a fix, or try to play on a different connection.

If your connection meets the recommended measurements report it as a bug

the realm the shard is in will have red rocks on the portal, and the area will have a thick red fog for as long as the shard is active (today's shard is in the third area of hidden forest)

The heart is there if you want to take that spirit with you that day, to help increase the friendship meter , which will raise that side meter to unlock more cosmetics , allowing you to skip over the spell options and get more cosmetics from it without having to spwnd on the spells

After around 30~ minutes the spirit will stand and wait for you with a heart icon saying how much they treasured their time with you, and from then you can make them leave. The timer pauses if you go offline for a while with them

When the 30 minutes are up, you'll be notified that the spirit is ready to leave, only then can you tell them to stop following you and you receive progress on their friendship tree

@turbid dirge We only know of one upcoming TS: Nightbird whisperer (who comes tomorrow). We don't know the price for that one. There are no officially confirmed 4 spirits (Also that prolly wouldn't be enough candles for 4 spirits since spirits usually are between 100 and 200 candles each)

That's the patch to the secret area. Go through the vault portal and then go to your back left. There's a small gap in the wall. Might have to wait for mischief to get the map shrine though. Idk if it's behind the barrier. Mischief usually lets everyone in without a cape

Today I tried to get the other new wl in The Wind Paths.
I know where it is supposed to be.
The problem is I don’t see it.

I tried teleporting through the spirit by the realm gate but I went straight to Isle of Dawn.
From there I went to Forest and to the Wind Paths from there.

What do I need to do in order to see the wl?

The new WL are buggy, I suggest you try checking in the older Wind Paths WL spot which is in the air tunnel, it might have respawned instead of the new one appearing

I picked up WL after the recent update - 1 in tunnel in wind paths and 1 on hill at the start of Isle.
I had collected every other winglight.
Once the season started, I was able to collect the new WL in aisle but it hasn’t shown up for me in the wind paths.

The wl you collected when it reapawned on top of the isle hill was Jennifer (the bugged map wl) Jennifer respawns on the map after every update and is temporarily collectible.

The proper isle wl for the season spawned when the season started though which is why you could collect that one properly

The one that respawned in the WP tunnel was actually the new seasons wl so you already collected it albeit it was in the wrong location.

Jennifer is what we've nicknamed the bugged winged light on the map, so it's not technically anywhere, it forcibly respawns somewhere random in the Isle after an update if you've collected the WL there beforehand. But after going to eden the usual WL will respawn so nowhere for Jennifer to respawn therefore being invisible again

It's not like any particular one is always lopsided, but if you're having trouble lighting your friends at Home; maybe try going to Aviary and viewing the Constellations from one of those platforms? A bit late, but the two spells combined should give more progress than the blue dye alone.
The blue dye would fill the bar by half, and you'd need 4 more days with the spirit to finish the tier.
Both spells would fill the bar 7/8 and you could fill up the rest of the tier by spending one more day with the spirit.

Look there for the correct price as the web store is widely inaccurate for prices.

When I went to buy that pack it showed as €30 but in game was €24.99.

If you have collected all parts, head to the big spirit near the main boat, there should be hammer icon appears. If it's not, just fly around the map, and head back again.

So the interesting thing is that the Blue Bird spirits were also the Season of Belonging spirits, just with different outfits and quests- you can still relieve them, but the ultimate gifts you got from helping them all and buying the season pass are gone

what do you mean exactly? when you buy something from a spirit that little bar at the side rises a bit, therefore when buying all items of one “level” the bar increases to the next level. if you’d like to skip a item you can invite them to follow you. you will get a bit of “experience” / bar of that

I heard the timer stops, which seemed to be the case for me today. I logged on at maybe 3-4-ish and activated my spirit, but didn't have time to finish my dailies. Came back at 9:30 to wrap up dailies, and had to wait around for a while for spirit to be done with me.

This is a question about a bad experience I had through this server

So~ there's this person I added from this server. We talked a little, and I added him on Sky. And I joined him to greet in Sky but later left to cr with a friend. He did join me once while I was getting dragged and I poofed before I could say hi. So I said a quick sorry in discord and explained i was rushing for cr and Eden with my duo. I think he started avoiding me after that but that's his choice, didn't matter. This happened on 14th October.

Yesterday he sent me a reply in discord cussing and everything. Issue is this thing happened in Discord not on Sky so I can't/couldn't report him in game. I still see him writing intros in the introduction channel everyday and it saddens me people like this is just roaming around and making friends without consequences. Where can i actually report him or should I just do nothing?

You can absolutely report them to #contact-the-mods with images of what you were sent, but as far as in-game goes I don't think there's much. You can still try submitting a report in-game, if it does nothing then oh well, but if it does do something then yay? (Not that you'd ever know I imagine however)

It's still possible to get all free items without spending time. The new hangout feature is just a bonus/boost.
The days you need gets more per level, e.g. level 1 fills ¼ per day and lvl 2 fills ⅛ iirc

You can just report already, the investigation will be done by devs (they have more background info what happens where just give details what you did and what happened)
And nothing happens, it just won't fill your progress bar for a day.

It counts for the spirit you invited only so yeah taking one spirit is better if you want to make progress in the friend/unlock items

Rotating works but it'll take a significantly longer time to unlock things for each spirit and you should probably do it keeping in mind how many days in the season is left and how many days a particular level would need

If you rotate them, everyone will fill progress equally, and if you don't rotate, the spirit you take with you will fill faster. But in the end, it will take the same amount of time until you are done with all spirits

Its been happening since forever, even before Moonmin existed, but as of late its really been driving me up the wall/insane since its getting super loud and distracting... Have you said goodbye to them? After 30 minutes, there'll be a notification that saying something like "The spirit treasure your time with them" then their light appear as heart. If you get close to them and open The tree, you can say goodbye by clicking on the right corner button, the icon with heart and person waving.
