So when you cross over into orbit and get all your Wings, and then get Asdcended candles, you use those Ascended candles to unlock the Locks in the friendship trees of Spirits that come to visit at home, or Aviary

After that, you then go to Eden to pass over again and go to orbit and get the new ones you unlocked and they add up :3

As far as I know, the first 4 seasons didn't have seasonal quests. But also certain things worked very differently than the did later in the game.
Season number 5 (enchantment) was the first to incorporate seasonal quests (the colored lights), and all skykids can still complete that quest.

They didn't have seasonal quests back when they appeared in the Live game. We still have the spirits available, for dailies, learn their emotes and TS.
Keep in mind Sky has grown and developed a lot, incorporating new ideas, features, mechanics as the seasons went by.
There are more areas in the maps today than back when I started playing as a moth, for example, and you don't loose WL because you crashed onto a wall, to give another example.

what's considered a veteran is subjective. some think you need to reach a certain time of playing. some believe you need to wait for the ts of your birth season to return. if you want to use that title, especially after playing for so long, then feel free. as someone who also played since 2020, i rather still be called a moth (or buff moff )

its located at the treehouse in hidden forest. enter the portal and fly down and to the right onto one of the hills. you'll see a passage with a spirit gate that leads to the tree house. it costs 12 hearts and is unlocked after completing the fifth quest

The only thing messing with your capeless would be picking up a wing light or buying a wing buff,as long as that doesn't happen you're safe
There are places ingame where everyone is capeless or where everyone gets a cape, regardless of their actual wing count, but these are game mechanics that work in these places only and do not interfere with your account.
For trials, you need to click on the wing light, then the yellow/white banner will appear that tells you you completed the season quest - the very same second you need to close the game, so that the wing light cannot register. Don't leave it open in the background, really fast exit and restart it. When reloaded, don't take return shrine! Walk back to Prophecy Guide to submit the quest and unlock the next trial
This trick also works when you accidently click on any wing light or when you got too close to one of the auto-collect wl in Valley, just force exit the game fast

That is the spirit parade, the items correlate with the seasons. The anniversary was merged with the monthly fireworks show as they both utilize festival tech and the anniversary already runs the fireworks.. I believe it’s hourly? Shouldn’t be long on it!

Just following up on this cause this is a weird situation, but I got a response from a member of the support team who told me that I could redeem the bundle, and this was the prompt I got. Which is a weird thing to get as I haven't made a candle bundle purchase at all since the start of Two Embers, only near the end of the last season as I wasn't able to play consistently to make ends meet for the candles required.

You’re likely seeing it as you’ve progressed through enough aviary quests now. The season that introduced it ended several months ago, but it’s still pretty new in the long run.

You can utilize the space to be whatever kind of room you want! There’s quite a bit of furniture to collect and it’s a great place to put trinkets. If you don’t have enough space to place everything, there’s expansions available from the nesting/furniture shop. I’m actually not sure how the sharing system works but I know there’s an option to “view other nests”, if you’re looking for inspiration. The big white candle near the balcony will set it as your spawn when you first load into the game (with aviary as a home teleport) and friends can visit when you’re inside, this can be toggled off through the blue diamond if you’d rather have some quiet.

*note about the extensions, they don’t provide more physical space. They only raise the limit on how much stuff you can have around.

updates has always requires storage 2-3x the size of the actual app due to technical reasons, like it or not. that's how google handles it at least

For updates, for a while there are both the old and the new versions of the files it changed stored to ensure nothing can break even if you cancel the update or run out of power or so, plus usually the store requires some extra space to be sure as the exact amount of space necessary isn't known to it. Additionally, the size of the files it downloads is smaller as the files are compressed, the new files will need more space on your phone than during the download.

the travelling spirit is a spirit from a past season - after going through eden for the first time, you're able to see them on your own in the realms and can relive their memory but can't buy their stuff, that only works when they return as ts. if you have never relived their memory before, please do that, then you can buy the stuff.

If you come back to eden before its reset, you can sacrifice only to the statues you didnt do last time.
Eden reset is every sunday, that when all the statues can be sacrificed to again

it sometimes glitches like that, it's a bug. try restarting game, as long as one of you sees the other as online there shouldn't be a problem with warping

Happens regularly with a friend of mine. If I log in before they do, they won't show online in my constellation unless I restart - so to see them online they have to log in before me. Likewise, the constellation won't update to show them offline when they close the game.
Though, on some rare occasions the game would correctly update their online status and even give a "Friend is online" notification, which is just as rare.

I'm not 100% sure what triggers it to be in the constellation, but it may be that someone in your server has the star tag as well? I don't know the full extent behind the constellation part of this feature, but I do know the icon should appear above another Skykid's head if they also have a registered star tag.

some placeable items can be obtained from spirits rather than be bought on the nesting shop like the torch and tent but those can also be placed as decoration (not necessarily on your nest but shared spaces), and yes its the shop that updates weekly

Your inventory items are permanent unless you’re using a spell. Anything purchased from the nesting shop is permanently usable!

Use the quest 1 teleport ("view this memory again"), then home and use return shrine. The quest will be cancelled and you can roam freely, and talk to all the spirits. Toymaker will disappear with the 2nd quest so preferably use the 1st one

It is a really subjective question, and a single answer won't apply for all cases, sometimes some people do not want more friends in the game, or maybe they just do not want to add more people(for multiple different reasons, from having an already big constellation to not really vibing with some people).
