if not, go home or leave the game and then join again. depending on where your last checkpoint was, you may have to go a tiny part of the trial again. (fire if you leave when standing next to the candles and then join back in after reset, use the return shrine you’ll see that the candles have wax again)

Does anyone know why Sky doesn't let you record the in game audio on other screenrecorders than the one in game, on Macs?
I have Mac Mini M1 and I installed Black Magic (an audio record -extender for Quick Time Player) for recording the internal audio, because Quick Time doesn't record it without an extender.
It records all other internal audio from the computer fine, except the audio from Sky. Why is that? I can't find a solution

It’s urgent!! ) It’s the last day of the season and there’s only a few hours left, I only need 2 candles left and I was super disappointed bc all I want is the new gazelle mask, I worked really hard and I don’t know if I had the chance to get it, so in the urge I bought two times the 15 season candles before checking the last season spirit, but I saw that I was missing 2 candles! I didn’t want to spend another 9 dollars for just 2 candles but I did it in the end. a friend is trying to do the passage quests (via the guide in the Aviary) and it will transport him to the right place but when he meditates til nightfall, the guide doesn't appear...?

Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know what he's doing wrong?

Its a bug, a current fix is to go home (in the night time) then use the return option by meditating in front of the statue in home, then the guide should appear

flapping in a slow upwards spiral (make sure you're in glide mode) is what normally gets me up there, though asking for help from a player with more flaps is always an option! if you ask in #looking-for-group-live and get lucky you might find someone willing to help 👍

those are shard memories, theyre available after completing a red shard and you meditate

white shards were never a thing, only black (which give normal candle wax) and red (which give ascended/eden candles, and let you visit a random memory of the day)

well, friendly competition has always been a thing afaik, in the valley races is my first thought
we also recently had a team event (days of treasure) where us players helped two teams through the event and the winning team gave all players a reward
as well as last year we had the "tournament of triumph" (cmiiw) where we got randomly put on 1 of 4 teams and did daily games to win points for out team

so my friend just got the last node on the tree for their last spirit in the season and the heart kind of just vanished. they node is unlocked for the heart but its not in thier currency. is there anyway to troubleshoot this?

try restarting, if they are missing a heart then tell them to contact support with the proof of photos (all the spirits trees completed, their currency, and guides items not able to be purchased)
theyll be able to fix it even after the season ends as long as they open a ticket before reset it may take up to two weeks depending on their backlog but its better then missing it forever

earlier sections is about not getting hit as much as possible while grabing as many as possible

as you accend spirits and traveling spirits using accended candles and get wing buffs you gain more wl each time to get more and more of the statues

and eventually you can reach the farthest edge of the eye of eden which isnt easy to do

as a new player you probably wont be able to make it very far for now and thats okay

Why is it so hard for me to pull out white candle to help my friend fly longer? Like, it just won't come out but I saw people doing it effortlessly

Here's my experience: when holding hands, it won't appear at all but when piggy back it appear and disappear so fast.
And then the candle won't come out again, so I have to pull out red candle and then pull out white candle, then it disappear in a second and then it won't come out again.

There's these chairs/stools stuck to the doors, the sitting side facing the door. You often find them in common shared spaces. If you sit on them they let you get to the other side.

Note- with this, you won't get the light fragment quest, but you'll have to go through the racetracks normally.
